Everything was great, the only downside was that our room was on a really high floor, so the elevator ride took quite a while. The view was amazing though, and the cleanliness was excellent. Service was top-notch, 10/10! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance!

Being the tallest building in Suzhou, I wanted to treat my girlfriend to a unique hotel experience when we visited, and the hotel's decor and service were both on point. There were a couple of minor issues though. When I tried to check in at 4 PM, the staff told me to wait about an hour as the room wasn't ready yet. They said they'd call me, but two hours passed with no call. So, we went back to the hotel around 8 PM to finally get our room key. The pool wasn't very big, and the glass was a bit dirty. Also, there weren't many seats available for breakfast. Overall, it felt comparable to a '某个' brand hotel that costs around 700-800 RMB. The extra premium is mainly just for being in the tallest building.

Terrible value for money. First, the hotel's underground parking had no staff to guide me; I was told to park on B2 or B3 because the hotel's spots were full, but there were no signs or directions down there, so I had no idea which elevator led to the hotel. Second, the room decor was the shabbiest I've seen for this price range, and there were even leftover fake eyelashes on the vanity that hadn't been cleaned. The hotel's 'sky pool' was probably only about 15 meters long – it felt smaller than some bathhouses. Only the service and location were decent. It's an influencer hotel, nothing more.

The room had nothing going for it except for the height. Both phones in the room were silent, and the clear rubber seal on the bathroom's glass door was broken. Later that night, I noticed something sticky on the nightstand... couldn't tell what it was.

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout orders directly to our room. They provided disposable bathtub liners for bathing, which was a nice touch, and the hotel is also very close to Eslite Bookstore. The breakfast had an à la carte option, which was delicious. Ms. Lydia's service was particularly warm and thoughtful. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Had a wonderful experience, felt like I was in the clouds. Breakfast was semi-buffet style; though the selection wasn't huge, the quality was excellent. It's just a shame the weather wasn't great during my New Year's stay, it rained, so the outdoor view wasn't very clear. I look forward to coming back again.

Karina provided excellent service! I wanted flowers for my anniversary, and she arranged them very quickly. The hotel has great soundproofing, and the high-floor view was perfect for watching the New Year's fireworks. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou.

I've dined at Xin Kitchen several times before, but this was my first stay at the hotel. We chose the Niccolo Lakeview N3 room to celebrate Karina's birthday, and it directly faces the Gate of the Orient. The night view was absolutely stunning! Karina's service was incredibly thoughtful, and she even surprised us with a birthday cake 🎂.

It was so considerate that breakfast on weekends runs until 11 AM; it basically became brunch, and we didn't even need lunch! 😁

My only complaint is that the room was scorching hot 🥵. The moment I walked in, even with the AC set to 16 degrees, it was still sweltering. I swear the room felt like 30 degrees in the afternoon! My only other minor comment is that the pool is a bit small.

This is a great hotel. From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home. I used a Trip.com package to upgrade to an N3 room, and the 60-square-meter space was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very professional; I wanted a higher floor, and they efficiently swapped my room for one.

The semi-buffet breakfast was also excellent, and the waitstaff would proactively greet me. To get to the Cloud Hotel floors, you need to take three different elevators, and you have to enter your license plate every time for parking, but the concierge always reminded me, which prevented any confusion.

However, the hotel does have some drawbacks. First, when it rains, water seeps into the room from outside, and the drainage channels might not be well-designed, as the sound of raindrops hitting the exterior is very loud, making it hard to sleep at night. Also, while it's advertised as being on the 115th floor, it's not quite that exaggerated. All floors with a '4' are skipped, so the actual floor I stayed on was around the 90th, but that's still plenty high. Overall, it was a good experience.

Unbeatable views! Kingsely and Karina provided exceptionally professional service, making us feel cared for from check-in to check-out. The rooftop features a gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Our room was very quiet and came fully equipped with a bathtub, bath salts, body lotion, and even a health scale.
