A wonderful experience and stay. Thanks for the friendly and attentive service the staff team provided during our stay. The room is spacious- over 40sqm, the bed linen is comfortable. The location is great: just a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful Jinji lake and moon light pier where you can enjoy spectacular scenery, dining and activities. A nice surprise to find that The Jinji Lake Film Memorial...

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou’s Industrial Park for three nights (from January 4th to January 6th), and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is a brand-new building with impressive height, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although there seemed to be a slight staff shortage just after the Christmas and New Year holidays, which...

My 3 star is mainly for the service and food quality in their breakfast buffet restaurant. I stayed over the weekend and there were tons of guests having breakfasts. I noticed the servers were just walking around but not paying attention to the tables that had bowls and plates piled up, not clearing them fast enough. There are two dispensers for black tea and green tea, the table top was forever wet...

The room was thoroughly cleaned and very clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough to open two suitcases with ease. The service at the front desk and from the porters was also excellent. Above all, the housekeeping staff was wonderful. I would love to stay here again.

Luxurious comfort, room is spacious, so is the bathroom, with a huge bathtub. Great views with a full ceiling to ground glass. Excellent service too. Bed is firm but pillows are way too soft. They do offer a variety of pillow types you can order via their Mini Program in WeChat. Location is a little off from most attractions, being surrounded by office buildings instead. In general, a 5* stay in...

It was okayish- had sone problems with the tv otherwise stay was good 👍🏾

The room is a bit small and has no windows, but it's clean and the front desk service is pretty good.

It's okay. It feels a little bit old. It would be better if the facilities inside could be updated. Overall it's pretty good.

The toilet has transparent glass. When you come back at night, small advertisements are stuffed into the cracks of the door. There are also small advertisements in the corridor.

The room is generally good. I chose this hotel temporarily for a concert. It is very close to the Olympic Sports Center and the front desk is also quite welcoming.

The space next to the table is too cramped. If you sit on a chair, your legs can fit in. If it's not good, just use a smaller stool. There is a table under the TV with no sockets, so it is inconvenient to use your own equipment. Overall service is satisfactory. Details determine success or failure!
