I've stayed here a few times. The rooms are quite clean and free of smoke. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, readily assisting foreign tourists. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it's not far from the subway station or attractions in Suzhou's old town. The prices are also very reasonable. The breakfast buffet, while not absolutely amazing, is still quite tasty. I would recommend it to everyone.

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk manager was incredibly welcoming, arranging our room and making restaurant reservations – perfect service! The hotel restaurant offered delicious and affordable food, and we enjoyed authentic Suzhou specialties like Squirrel-shaped Fish and Braised Pork. The room facilities were complete, and the bathtub was very clean. The only minor drawback was the confusing light control; it seemed impossible to turn off the main lights and just leave the bedside lamps on. However, overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

The stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every corner of the room professionally sanitized. The mattress was just right, providing great relief from fatigue, and the shower had consistent water pressure. The staff were also very well-trained.

I came to stay again, and this time I booked a twin room. The room was as clean and tidy as always, and it was also very quiet. The central air conditioning worked great. However, one thing to note when staying here is to control the room's humidity, otherwise it can feel quite dry. The service, facilities, and environment are all top-notch. Everyone can rest assured when staying here, I highly recommend it!

There's parking available both underground and above ground, which is great. Overall, everything was excellent. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is new, and lunch was delicious. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there's even a heater in the room.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The lobby is beautiful, and the ladies at the front desk provide excellent service, always smiling and ready to help with anything. It happened to be a holiday when I stayed, and I even received an apple as a gift. Definitely a hotel with incredible value for money!

The room was clean and hygienic, the staff were all great, the restaurant food was delicious, and the location was excellent. There's a bus stop right outside and parking available. I extended my stay for another night; it's a good place to stay.

I went to Suzhou to watch a game, and since the hotel price was reasonable, I booked a stay here. The exterior looks grand, and the lobby is nice. Upon check-in, my room was upgraded to the 7th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the bathtub; you have to stand in it to shower, which isn't very convenient for older guests. The hygiene was good overall, and it was quite quiet during my stay, possibly because it was the off-season in Suzhou.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean; every corner of the room was professionally cleaned, and the bathroom facilities were disinfected daily, which was very reassuring. The mattress was just the right firmness to relieve fatigue effectively, and the shower had stable water pressure. The staff were well-trained and proactively offered luggage assistance and travel advice. The location is excellent, close to both the business district and food streets, making it an ideal choice for accommodation when traveling.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was spacious and bright, very clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. It's great value for money and I highly recommend it.
