Garden Hotel SUZHOU

Suzhou, 99 Daichengqiao Road (2 km from centre) 🧭

4 min

The room was spacious and cleaned meticulously every day! We received several bottles of mineral water daily, and the staff were all very polite! Special thanks to Xiao Guo, the free tour guide in the garden, whose explanations were thorough and insightful! We even received sachets as a gift!

The breakfast was excellent, not only for its wide variety but also for how delicious everything was. The surrounding landscape was beautiful too, giving you the feeling of dining in a Suzhou garden. Taking a stroll around the hotel, you could really feel its rich historical atmosphere.

Twenty years ago, I stayed at the Nanyuan Hotel for the first time in Suzhou and had a great impression. This time, I chose it again when I revisited Suzhou, and overall, it was still pretty good. The service is still warm and the environment is still beautiful, but the aging facilities led to an unsatisfactory experience. The socket cover was missing, the bathroom glass door didn't seal properly,...

This was my second stay at the Nanyuan Hotel, and the experience keeps getting better. This time, I stayed in a Fragrance Twin Room in the main building, which was very convenient for dining and getting around. The hotel has several historical sites and has hosted many famous figures, with dedicated guides giving tours daily. The excellent service, especially regarding the external environment, goes...

This is an older five-star hotel with beautiful gardens. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the service is great. The breakfast was also very good, and my family loved it! Both the elderly and children were very satisfied, and it's also very convenient for getting around!

The front desk staff upgraded our room for free. The toiletries were L'Occitane, and the room was spacious with new facilities, including a separate toilet, shower, and a bathtub. Free parking was a bonus, and we received complimentary fruit through our Ctrip booking. Very satisfied! It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Master of the Nets Garden and Tongde Hsing Noodle House.

Sanyuan Hotel

Suzhou, No 887 Renmin Road (in the centre) 🧭

12 min

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and convenient, thank you!

Excellent location. A few steps from Metro line 4. Clean and roomy. Staffs are excellent and patient with Google translator.

Pros: The staff is friendly. There is a small fridge in the room. The room is bright. There is a bathtub. Cons: The location is not ideal—it’s far from the main attractions, and those nearby are not very interesting. The hotel is showing its age. Some furniture is chipped, and there is mold in the bathroom. The cleaning staff used chlorine, leaving a strong smell that lingered for the entire next...

Price is slightly high as the breakfast is excluded compared to others. Overall is good, the front desk and technicians are helpful when needed

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, spacious. Good location, close to the subway. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the underground and 15 minutes away from railway station.

PACE HOTEL Suzhou Renmin Road

Suzhou, No 347 Renmin Road (45 min from centre) 🧭

Good hotel with better sraff, specially Join who helped us a lot! Good choice!

Nice view from my room, right across the city to the Gate of the Orient. The location is very close to the metro, Panmen and the canal. Check-in was fast and efficient. Staff were pleasant. Room was cleaned daily and bottled water was replenished. There was a fridge in my room, which was really great. Comfy bed.

The front desk service was especially good, especially thanks to Pei Xi’s front desk, Wang Shini, who helped us call the car and help us with our luggage! The rooms are also very clean! Compared with the previous hotel chain, it is no longer a level! The sum of the breakfast is very rich! The cp value is particularly high and must be recommended!

Very pleasant staff and excellent rooms.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff who offer help in any way they can. All staff went over and above. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and great value for money. Highly recommend.

A very good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent Would like to come back again. Location is good. Price is very reasonable. We stay there for 3 nights

Unique Space Design Art Hotel

Suzhou, No.3 Nanshipi Nong, Shiquan Street (2 km from centre) 🧭

9 min

Always wanted to stay here . Excellent lil place. Great cafe downstairs and art space. really enjoyed my stay here, kids enjoyed the place and nearby streets. Very Artsy and makes u feel relaxed and will def visit again.

[Suzhou Wuer Space B&B | A literary residence hidden in an ancient alley] The moment you open the wooden door, the mossy stone steps and white walls and black tiles outline the old Jiangnan style. In the space transformed from an old house in the Republic of China, the original wooden bookshelves and modern furniture collide to create a unique temperament. The terrace overlooks the outline of the...

Room was fine, but the air conditioner will off by itself and won’t on back! It’s a very artsy hotel, with a cafe at the lobby. Quite far from subway station, about 15 minutes walking distance.

The room is clean and bright, and it is quite comfortable. There are paintings hanging everywhere in the space, which has a sense of atmosphere and art. Friends, don't worry! The price-performance ratio is really high, and the transportation is very convenient. You can come and experience it!

Very good, the environment style is very artistic, the room is clean and comfortable, parking is quite convenient next to the homestay, there is a cafe downstairs, it is quite pleasant to sit and drink coffee

I booked this B&B nearby while I was eating at Shiquan Street. It has artistic features. The room was very clean. I like the blue and white tones. It looks very comfortable. The bedding is also very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the experience. Recommend! Recommend!

Very comfortable, clean, good service attitude, convenient transportation.

Room need to be in deep clean. Its quite old hotel, sofa/chair is dirty, toilet is dirty as well. Cleanliness need to be improved

Great location in commercial street. Particular room with bathtub and skylight. Simple and nice.

Good location, decent price. Unfortunately the room felt and smelt very moist. I couldn't turn on the ac because of the unpleasant moist smell coming from it

Location is outside the main tourist areas which I enjoyed but may not be for everyone. Area was very nice with many shops and close to Garden of Nets. Service was great. Answered all of my questions eveb with the language barrier and even located something I left behind and notified me immediately. Room was very clean and very spacious. Would Recommend.

It was very nice bathtub, and Services was very good enough
