The hotel's scenery is excellent, and the apartment-style room is perfect for families traveling with children. I could work in the living room with the door closed, so it didn't disturb the kids sleeping in the bedroom. The large lawn was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, and good rate. Location right next to lake and across the road from a small mall with food options. Decent buffet breakfast in the lobby. We got 2 rooms for 1 night in Suzhou, the only downside was the shower was clogged in both rooms and I found a cigarette butt in the shower drain of 1 of the rooms. Informed hotel on checkout.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. But!!! The service was truly disappointing!!! First, there was no laundry room, nor was there any free laundry service. I had to hand-wash my clothes for both days. Second, the robot food delivery service was incredibly slow; I waited for 40 minutes for my order to be delivered.

I used to stay at this hotel often ten years ago. Now that it's been renovated, I'll continue to stay here with friends. The beds are large and comfortable. Just outside the hotel is the Dushu Lake Egret Garden. It's beautiful to walk around and check in at the church. The sanitation and environment are very good, and it's worth staying here.

Due to its close proximity with my university, I personally believed it was the most convenient hotel with the most competitive price in the vicinity. Check in was fairly straight forward and i was also warmly greeted by the receptionist. The room itself was clean, however the bed was surprisingly hard which may not be comfortable for some people.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but well-maintained. The room was spacious, and cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, a comfortable stay for the price.

This hotel is only great if you are visiting a student in Xian Jiao Tong Liverpool University. But they should improve their language skills and service for International Student’s families. And the hotel is little pricey compared to other better hotels around the area. But overall I had a good stay.

When I checked in, the hotel lobby was being renovated, and I had to walk through the construction site to get to the elevator. I thought this was a poor arrangement.
