Hotels in Dushu in Suzhou

The Kempinski Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake was a perfect experience! A big thank you to Guest Relations Yolanda for her thoughtful service. Communication was smooth throughout, and the service was excellent, making for a fantastic stay. Definitely five stars, and I'll be back!

The hotel's scenery is excellent, and the apartment-style room is perfect for families traveling with children. I could work in the living room with the door closed, so it didn't disturb the kids sleeping in the bedroom. The large lawn was fantastic. Yolanda provided warm and thoughtful service, and she was very quick to respond to my questions on WeChat.

The Capybara King Room was great! It had a projector with mini-games, which my child absolutely loved. The room also came with kid-friendly amenities like a step stool for the sink, a toilet seat, a children's toiletries set, and cartoon bedding. There's an indoor play area and an outdoor activity zone, and the lake view is beautiful! Yolanda from Guest Relations contacted me a day in advance and provided...

This hotel is nestled between Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, both of which are expansive and impressive, surrounded by lush green lawns. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a wide array of family-friendly activities. The pool is spotless and larger than those found in other five-star hotels. The Munich beer is a unique highlight. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Beautiful...

Arrived quite early in the morning and checked in quickly. I think they upgraded our room for free because we had elderly people and children with us, and they even installed bed rails. The hotel environment is great, and the kids' activities were really fun; my children had a blast. Even though the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the facilities, and everything is...

They kindly upgraded me to a lake-view suite, and the three-sided lake view was indeed stunning. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with three open-plan areas. However, it rained for three consecutive days, and the room lighting was dim. Combined with its vastness and being at the end of the corridor, I was spooked for three nights straight and couldn't sleep well. Since the hotel was fully booked...

I stayed at this hotel during my May Day trip to Suzhou, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, right by Dushu Lake, and the garden-style architecture creates an elegant and atmospheric ambiance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. The concierge was proactive in helping with my luggage, providing excellent service...

The hotel is a real 5 Star Hotel , amazing facilities and definitely recommended for couples

The hotel, as always, maintained its high standards. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with the beef noodles and pastries being particularly memorable. The hotel is conveniently located right by Dushu Lake, close to the Cherry Blossom Avenue and a charming little chapel. Enjoying a boat ride on the lake is perfect for springtime fun. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance

This hotel is located right next to Dushu Lake Cherry Blossom Avenue, very close to the Christian Church, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning! 👍 You can see the church from your room, and the view outside the window is just beautiful! 👍 As for the service, it was excellent. The staff were always proactive and enthusiastic in helping with any requests. 👍 Regarding the facilities, I felt that...

Hotel service is good! Will stay again when travel to suzhou.

Very good hotel for a good price. Clean, quiet, beautiful environment, delicious breakfast.

Facilities: Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are practically spotless with no yellowing, which felt great. Even the grout was quite clean. Cleanliness: Five-star standard, no need to say more, it felt great. Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and generally, if they weren't too busy, they would meet basic requests. Environment...

This was a truly memorable stay! The front desk upgraded us to the presidential suite, and we felt like royalty. The 160-square-meter multi-functional room offered breathtaking panoramic views of Dushu Lake and Moon Bay. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious local specialties.

The lady who handled my booking on the day was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She managed to secure several benefits for me, and I'm very grateful. If you can find out her employee ID, please give her a commendation! The environment here is excellent. We were upgraded to a side lake-view room, which offered fantastic scenery from a great floor level. The cleaning staff and security guards were all...

I booked a stay at this hotel last minute for the May Day holiday and was pleasantly surprised! Upon checking in, I was grateful for the wonderful service from Doro. She was incredibly warm, kind, gentle, and generous. Even though my arrival was unexpected and rushed, she thoughtfully upgraded my room for free to a spacious and bright one, and even gave me complimentary breakfast vouchers. It was...

The room was quite spacious, and the view outside the window was lovely. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were very polite and quick to resolve any issues. Dushu Lake feels much more relaxed compared to other attractions in Suzhou.

This hotel in Suzhou offers great value for money. It's fun, has good food, and beautiful scenery. A special thanks to Trip.com customer service representative Ms. Ma (employee ID 713028) for helping us with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. It's definitely worth staying here.

Nice ambiance for stay with family

Beautiful hotel, and good rate. Location right next to lake and across the road from a small mall with food options. Decent buffet breakfast in the lobby. We got 2 rooms for 1 night in Suzhou, the only downside was the shower was clogged in both rooms and I found a cigarette butt in the shower drain of 1 of the rooms. Informed hotel on checkout.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we are very happy with the cleanliness and services provided. We enjoyed the space in the room which is relatively larger than other ones closer to the city. The surroundings are nice and peaceful. There is a shopping mall in a walkable distance with a supermarket and some restaurants, using didi to commute is very straightforward and the key tourist...

I've always left good reviews before, but this time I have two issues: 1. I had my child's ID for check-in, but I was still asked to sign something? They said it was a requirement from the Guoxiang Police Station? Please don't add unnecessary tasks for customers. 2. There were over a dozen people in one room on the same floor, making noise from night until past midnight, and then again from 6-...

It's a nice hotel with big rooms and great views of the Yinshan Lake and a small mall nearby. The staff is very friendly, but a little shy because of the language barrier. Staff at the front desk can speak english. I really liked the breakfast, it has a lot of variety and the food tastes good. I also used both of the saunas, which is a cool feature. Metro is a few 100m away or you can use didi to get...

The Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake is not exactly close to any sightseeing locations but as the name suggests close to the Yinshan lake. We received a beautiful upgrade to a suite with lake view and the amenities in the suite were fantastic: Highly luxurious, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the food in the executive lounge and in the breakfast restaurant are decent. We will certainly...

I stayed in this hotel for two nights initially and extended my stay for one more day in this hotel. Overall my experience was outstanding. Hotel is clean, fresh environment and at good location. This is located opposite to Liverpool john university of Xi'an jiaotong. Subway station is also nearby around 400m. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. Children friendly and staff services are also awsome...

Enjoyed my stay, the staff were nice an accommodating. Was able to do my laundry for free and tons of restaurants supermarkets and cafes near by to choose from.

Excellent hotel, very clean, recently renovated, absolutely nothing to say about the premises. Personaly, I didn't enjoy the breakfast as it's mostly Chinese food and I'm not used to it but that's also the reason why you travel so...

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in China. During my stay from 17/02 to 20/02, the reception and staff were very nice to us. They are also welcoming to foreigners like us. I extended my stay until the 28th. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large.

Good service, nice staff, and pretty good coffee at breakfast. Breakfast has a variety of selections to choose from.

Very nice hotel, strategic location

This was my first time booking the Jinji Lake Hotel. Arriving at almost 2 p.m., after checking in, I noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room. I'm a nonsmoker, but my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, and someone was immediately dispatched to address the situation. The lobby manager also came and offered to move us to a nonsmoking room, complete with complimentary...

The room type is OK, the hotel facilities are also good, the breakfast is quite rich, it is the richest one among the hotels I have eaten in. The hotel environment is also very good. If you are not pressed for time, you can walk around the hotel more, which is conducive to relaxing your body and mind.

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful environment. The room is large, clean and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is very good, and there is a dedicated butler service. The butlers Xiao Zhao and Xiao Lu are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They help us order meals and respond to questions at any time. The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh. The...

Service: This time we were traveling with our baby. The front desk upgraded us to a lake view room on the 6th floor. The view was great, and we could see Dushu Lake from afar. The housekeeper Xiao Gao provided great service. He helped us delay our check-out with our baby. The overall service level of the hotel was very high, and we felt at home. Environment: The hotel is very suitable for a parent...

During the May Day holiday, I was studying at home and couldn't travel far, so I went to stay by Suzhou Jinji Lake for one night. I chose the Jinji Lake Hotel recommended by a friend in Suzhou. It was really suitable for family travel. I checked in very late that night and drove in following the navigation. It was very state guest style! I stayed in Building 6. It was very convenient to take a tour...

Due to its close proximity with my university, I personally believed it was the most convenient hotel with the most competitive price in the vicinity. Check in was fairly straight forward and i was also warmly greeted by the receptionist. The room itself was clean, however the bed was surprisingly hard which may not be comfortable for some people.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but well-maintained. The room was spacious, and cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, a comfortable stay for the price.

Amazing hotel. Great customer service

This hotel is only great if you are visiting a student in Xian Jiao Tong Liverpool University. But they should improve their language skills and service for International Student’s families. And the hotel is little pricey compared to other better hotels around the area. But overall I had a good stay.

I was in Suzhou to deliver a class at the nearby university. The hotel was perfect location to get to class, and had very nice breakfast. Just what you need for this kind of stay.

It’s really a gem in Suzhou. Nothing fancy but always there when you need it

The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good. There is Cuihu in fron and near a Church. It's great for a walk.

The hotel's greatest strength is its location! It sits directly on the shores of Dushu Lake, adjacent to Bailu Park. Whether strolling along the lake in the morning or enjoying the sunset over the water in the evening, it's an ultimate indulgence, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. For those who appreciate tranquility and natural beauty, this is a true paradise.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. But!!! The service was truly disappointing!!! First, there was no laundry room, nor was there any free laundry service. I had to hand-wash my clothes for both days. Second, the robot food delivery service was incredibly slow; I waited for 40 minutes for my order to be delivered.

The facilities were spotless; they were clean and comfortable. But the front desk staff was abysmal. I've stayed at many hotels, and I've never encountered such service. 1. During check-in, they directly asked the guest's ID card if it was "XXX" who made the reservation. Is calling out the guest's name so loudly in the lobby supposed to protect guest privacy? My friend had already told the front desk...

I used to stay at this hotel often ten years ago. Now that it's been renovated, I'll continue to stay here with friends. The beds are large and comfortable. Just outside the hotel is the Dushu Lake Egret Garden. It's beautiful to walk around and check in at the church. The sanitation and environment are very good, and it's worth staying here.

The room is clean and fresh, very large

The experience at Voom in Dushu Lake was fantastic! The room was clean and spacious, the front desk service was attentive, the environment was quiet, and it was convenient for getting around. It offered great value for money, and I'll definitely come back next time.

The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was very spacious and nicely located near a snack street, with a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk service was also very warm and thoughtful.

The room was very spacious, and the front desk even gave me a free upgrade. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. Parking was also free, and right across the street there's a snack street. To the left is the Ole' convenience store, so everything was very convenient.

Okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

I had a good stay at Warmly Hotel Suzhou! The staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore Suzhou's beautiful gardens, canals, and attractions. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Excellent value for...

The environment is elegant, quiet and comfortable, the transportation is convenient, the service is enthusiastic, the parking is convenient and the service is thoughtful. The breakfast is nutritious, the room is clean and very hygienic. It is a safe place to stay. The service is good, the breakfast is good, the room is good, and the front desk service is meticulous. They greet us when we enter and...

When I checked in, the hotel lobby was being renovated, and I had to walk through the construction site to get to the elevator. I thought this was a poor arrangement. I can understand that the hotel needs renovations, but at least the check-in was arranged properly. The hotel staff was very attentive and even called ahead to inform me of the renovations. The wontons for breakfast were also delicious...

It's OK. I feel there are not many shops around.

Beautiful hotel very empty when we went. Super clean and ths food was amazing at the buffet.

High-end decoration, mid-range price

She ordered it for someone else, and she was very satisfied. Good service, affordable hotel

The service attitude is very good! Changing the check-out time was smooth and the attitude was extremely friendly!

-前台服务态度很好 -房间清洁卫生，设计很有创意，是一个环形的动线，电视墙背面就是梳洗台 -室内有内嵌音响，可以连接蓝牙播放音乐，很不错

This hotel offers excellent service and is quite reputable. It's conveniently located near the subway station and is also very quiet.

The room size was normal, there was ground-level parking, and the facilities were mostly complete, though some were old. Initially, the front desk assigned me to the 5th floor, but upon opening the door, I smelled a musty odor, and the bathroom cabinet was rotten. After communicating with the front desk, I was reassigned to the 3rd floor, which seemed to be recently renovated. Breakfast was normal

This is my second stay. The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel is old. The service attitude is very good. It is clean and hygienic. The bath towel is too old and has a musty smell. The toilet seat in room 5026 is not firm. I hope it will be better if it is improved. When I checked out, the lady gave me a hotel comb as a gift. It was very thoughtful. Thank you!

Booked for the boss, it's close to the meeting place, convenient. I will probably stay here again next time. Isn't it convenient when on a business trip? Recommended to everyone, I hope you will be satisfied with this hotel

First time staying at this hotel because it near to office, location is ok but nearby not many shopping malls around.

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it...
