The service was excellent, truly excellent. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel very welcome, just like home. The dinner included in the room rate was great; the portions were generous, and the food tasted delicious.

I was staying alone at first, and when my friends arrived later, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a twin room. It's an older hotel overall, but it's quite convenient for both the South Railway Station and Caohejing Road Metro Station.

The room is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The environment is beautiful, and the service is attentive. I'm sure the experience would be even better in spring, summer, or autumn.

Excellent location! It's very close to Metro Exit 8, and conveniently located near several major hospitals. The room was clean and tidy!

I booked this room for my foreign friends who were visiting Shanghai. They told me they had a good stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options that suited their tastes, and the view from the room's window was also very nice. As for service, the front desk staff were very friendly. However, the security guard at the entrance seemed a bit discriminatory; he was rude when I drove my friends into the hotel, but then became all smiles when he saw foreigners getting out of the car. This is definitely something the hotel needs to improve. Overall, it's a decent, standard hotel, suitable for a short tourist stay.

I chose this hotel for a business trip to Shanghai. The location is excellent, mainly because it's very close to where I needed to go; I could reach the subway in 5 minutes. There's also a large shopping mall downstairs, so I found everything I wanted to buy and eat. The hotel lobby even has a convenience store and a Costa Coffee, so I could get things without even leaving the building.

The room was spacious, and the bed was huge. The newly renovated style leans towards practicality, and the whole place was very clean. They offer both soft and firm pillow options, and since I prefer a firm pillow, I didn't need to call down for a buckwheat one.

Breakfast is served on the top floor and is very rich. The freshly made noodles and toppings were authentically Shanghai and delicious. There were also various hot and cold dishes to choose from.

The hotel service from 牛 and 张 is superb and they are super friendly. Room is very clean and is near a big mall. Very convenient location. Will definitely come and stay here again!

My child had an exam nearby, and after looking around, I chose this hotel. Compared to the chain hotels in the area that raised their prices for the exams, this place offered great value for money with convenient parking and a delicious breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel! Convenient location, affordable prices, and a clean, comfortable stay! A big thank you to the two handsome guys at the front desk, Brown and Cyann – they were super nice, highly efficient, and incredibly polite and considerate to guests! The breakfast selection was also very rich. I'll definitely be back!

The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very clean. The lobby service was excellent, and the air was fresh with clear views in the morning. The staff at check-out were also very friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied.
