Cleanliness and service was great!

This may not be the fanciest hotel in Shanghai, but I like it very much. Less than 300 meters from a subway station, buses nearby too, very convenient, quiet and clean place to rest. Been there already 3 times and will be glad to book it again in the future.

It's ok but the location is a bit far from the city center

It was clean, and the location was pretty nice. The metro system in Shanghai is very convenient, and this Inn was located next to the station Wuzhong Road (line 15).

Very nice great service super convenient place for the weekend and the weather

The bedding was comfortable and clean. We received a free room upgrade, and we could see Xujiahui Cathedral from our window. The shower had strong water pressure, and the air conditioning got nice and cool. The hotel is located in the heart of Xujiahui, making transportation and dining very convenient. Xujiahui Cathedral, Xuhui Bookstore, and the Jiaotong University campus are all just a stone's throw...

Room was clean, however one of the in charge of cleaning our room was quite rude. Pillows were really soft even after asking for the firm ones. There was not much variety at the breakfast buffet - having the same food daily. During the weekends, food was gone by ~945am and they were not topping up but breakfast was till 1030am. walking distance to the metro and malls nearby.

The location of the hotel is accessible to public transport bus and subway.

I carefully chose this hotel, booking a king-size room. The facilities are relatively new, and while the room isn't large, it's quite clean. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool. It was a hot day, and I wanted to turn on the AC to cool down, but despite setting it to 15 degrees, the room temperature actually rose to 28℃.

Everything was great. You can hear sometimes your neighbors very well, but during 2 weeks it was only once for me. Service was great.

Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Although my room didn't have windows, it had an air purifier so I didn't have severe allergies and slept well. The housekeeping was very thorough every day.

Pretty good. The room facilities are complete and it's quite clean. The air conditioning was also very warm. It would be great if the bathroom faucet could be improved; I initially had trouble figuring out how to use it.

I've always loved this hotel. It's not big, but it's very comfortable. The common areas have a scholarly atmosphere, and the attention to detail is excellent. The room layout is also great; it feels much more spacious than its actual size. The service is always satisfactory, which is why it's always my first choice.
