The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They offered hot tea during check-in, and even gave us two bottles of water for our journey after check-out. This is a service I haven't experienced at other hotels. The room was clean. They also offer complimentary late-night snacks from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and free take-out coffee, which is freshly ground.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It offers great value for money, is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near Xujiahui without being in the noisy heart of it. The breakfast noodles were quite tasty, especially the scallion oil noodles. Most importantly, as someone who struggles with sleep, I slept incredibly well – a deep sleep with just one click! Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The decor and ambiance were really upscale. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the location was super easy to find. The room was neat, clean, and very cozy. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area.

The front desk staff were all very young, like they were interns, but they were polite. After the evening cleaning staff went off duty, there weren't enough people, and I once waited half an hour for an item to be delivered to my room. The hotel is located in a small courtyard, so it's quiet for sleeping. Parking is also very convenient, and the staff are super friendly. There's a snack bar right outside, which is really handy.

I booked this hotel for a concert, and it's very close to Shanghai Stadium, only about a 10-minute walk. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

Better than expected! Though it's an older hotel, its proximity to the stadium is a huge plus. The rooms have a very traditional Chinese style, and there's even parking available. For this price, it's an excellent deal. The reception also made it feel like a very welcoming hotel.

I feel like Jinjiang Inn is really going downhill. I booked a room and had to climb to the third floor because the elevator was broken. I almost fell when I entered the room because a part of the floor near the door was caved in. I won't even bother with a picture of the toilet, the lid was broken and wouldn't stay in place. It was okay, pretty average, nothing special.

The room was clean, the service was great, and the location was excellent.

The air conditioner is strong enough to provide warmth which I had encountered many hotels not being able to do so. The room is reasonably clean and I can sleep well at night. However, there is not much eateries downstairs, but have to take a short walk about 80 m to the shopping area for meal. The toilet is automatic with some AI control.

The location is great, with a shopping mall nearby that has plenty of dining options. The subway is also just a short walk away. The room price is reasonable too, so I'd recommend it for anyone traveling to Shanghai on a budget.

It was great! Would stay here again. Super close to subway and easy to get around. Ok the hallway was shabby looking, but the room was modern, clean, and good AC. The only drawbacks was no fridge, no closet and no elevator. But you cant expect to have everything when living this cheap in a bit city. We were super happy with our stay, and felt perfectly safe as two you women.

This felt like a good value. No elevator wasn’t great but it’s only the third floor so it’s fine for a short trip without a lot of luggage.

Just a quick stopover. Aside from the lack of an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient, everything else was acceptable for the price.

Having to climb stairs was a bit inconvenient, but the room was clean and the digital check-in was very smooth. The amenities provided were also new, including disposable towels.

The room was clean and hygienic, and I appreciated the disposable toiletries provided, which were environmentally friendly and hygienic. The staff were very attentive to service. The only drawback was the poor environment downstairs from the hotel, with construction noise nearby.

The room was clean and the facilities were decent. The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded my room for free.
