Great location and a nice room. The hotel lets you store your luggage before check-in if you arrive early, and after check-out as well. This was really convenient for us because we had a late flight we could go shopping without having to carry all our luggage. And near of the shopping area

Air-con kept on 24 degrees which was not cool enough in a summer day.
Lights in toilet and bathroom are too dark, not bright enough to mark up.
A short stair at main entry but no rump for moving laggages.

I am very pleased with JinChen hotel, excellent location, with easy access to food, shopping and metro. I think the deco and facilities in the room deserves a 4 star rating. The staff are friendly, room is clean. I will highly recommend to anyone, would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

I booked room on floor 3-5 and when we came they give us room on 2 floor that looked dark and old and creepy. When complained the stuff said I will “upgrade you” and give us the room I reserved. Funny. We stayed up to 6/7 times in this hotel and is getting awfully old. You did not give your guest bed frame covered with dust, cracked sink and dirty ****** style bathroom curtains. - is time to renovate.

A good location hotel., MRT, Foods, Walkabout are just nearby, Room is very clean, but the toilet need some additional cleaning,

First booked room was terrible. I lasted 2 minutes. It was in obvious visual disrepair. When “repaired” they didn’t even bother to match the paint color. The bathroom was not private !! Why do this?? So I changed rooms and paid for an upgrade where the bathroom has privacy. I stayed here a year ago and was quite pleased. This time the room has under gone much trauma. The rain shower head was broken. The bathroom door handle and lock was about to fall off. The silicon on the shower floor was disgusting. The complimentary shampoo, body gel
Has annoying foil tabs to open. Wet fingers in the shower made for an annoying experience. To top it off, the hotel staff locked me out of my room to force me to communicate with the desk clerk instead of politely placing a message in an envelope beneath my door. I was treated so disrespectfully!! I will never return here again. Beware!!

Price was reasonable, and location was near most prime attraction. Room was spacious and clean.
The only downside side was the wall are thin, and we could hear our neighbours' conversation at bedtime.

excellent place for hong kong taste, especially the milk tea and roasted pork. good for its long opening hours.

It is a classical Shanghainess Hongkong Restaurant. Highly rated, it is not really authentic in term of flavor, which might suits more to Western where it is quite sweet.

But the things I concern is that since I have been coming to visit the restaurant for several years, it is getting worse. Who know whats next?

It is definite fine to have a try/causal lunch during the gaps of work. But waiting in a line for it, not quite worth it I doubt.
