Hotel is at good location, staff can speak English and translator device is also available for other languages. Plus the cost of stay is also very reasonable.

Unhygienic as well as quire a distance from the city. Decent transport links however the 1 hour would make you want to vacate the premises. - they were kind enough to acknowledge and rectify this by agreeing to an early checkout

Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a suite for free, and the room was clean and hygienic.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The facilities are a bit old but still perfectly functional. The cleaning staff does a great job, and Xiao Li at the front desk is always so pleasant. It's really good value for money.

The room seemed clean enough, but after staying for two nights, I woke up on the second night covered in itchy red bumps all over my face and body. It was unbearable. The doctor diagnosed it as papular urticaria, confirming it was insect bites, and said it would take about ten days to clear up. New bumps are still appearing these past couple of days. I really don't recommend staying here. Both my husband and I experienced this, and mine was particularly severe – on my face, neck, arms, and legs.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The service is excellent and very welcoming, offering great value for money! They even thoughtfully provided extra slippers and toothbrushes knowing we were a family with two kids. The room is split-level, with blackout curtains on the upper floor so adults can get ready early without disturbing the children. The air conditioning works perfectly!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our requests. They even extended our check-out time to 2 PM free of charge, which made for a really pleasant stay.

Conveniently located not far from Hailun Road Station on Line 10, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. The room offers great value for money, especially during Chinese New Year. The hotel service is excellent, and both the bed and bathroom are good. It would be even better if some of the other fixtures were renovated.
