The room facilities are a bit old, but the location offers good value for money. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic, especially the young man at the reception. The breakfast service extending until 12 PM is a great plus.

For this price point, it's pretty good and quite clean. The room size is a bit small, but that's understandable. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of Jing'an. Overall, a good experience.

My stay was great! Huazhu hotels always guarantee quality and safety, and this hotel really takes security seriously. Plus, it's excellent value for money. The location in the city center is super convenient for transport, and there are tons of food and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast hours are really long, lasting until noon, and you can even take food to go. The service was also very attentive.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I travel frequently for work and always stay here. It's located in the heart of Jing'an, which is super convenient for dining, shopping, relaxing, and meetings. Highly recommend! 😍🌹 Also, the breakfast in the morning is delicious! Love it! 👌

Had a fantastic two-day stay in Shanghai! ✅ The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping centers nearby, making it super convenient to get around. ✅ The environment is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderful. ✅ Breakfast was varied and fresh, with lots of choices. ✅ The service was thoughtful and attentive, truly flawless throughout our stay. It's great value for money, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai!

I really enjoyed my stay at CitiGO Jing’an Shanghai. It’s a great spot for solo travelers, with a super convenient location close to Nanjing West Road and the Jing’an area, so getting around the city was easy.

Breakfast was simple but nice, with a coffee machine, pastries, and fresh fruits—just right for a quick and relaxed start to the day. The room was comfortable and practical for a city trip.

A nice little bonus was receiving a cool coffee cup after check-out, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable stay in a strategic location, and I’d definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Shanghai.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips out of town, I've stayed here so many times! The service at this Jing'an location is really good, they're super responsive and have excellent customer service – always greeting you with a smile! It makes me feel very comfortable and happy. Looking forward to my next stay!

The service was excellent, and even the food delivery was brought right to my room by a robot! At first, I thought the room was a bit small, but then I opened the window and worked from the bedside, and it really lifted my spirits. They even chased after me when I checked out to give me a souvenir. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom was too low. Everything else was perfect – the bed was super comfortable, the layout felt very secure, it was really close to the venue, and there were tons of food delivery options nearby. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips! 👏👏👏

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. It's also a 10-minute walk from Zhangyuan.

Very comfortable place to eat with great services.. However, it's pretty hard to find staff who can speak English.. but don't worry, they will try to help you even they can't speak English
