The room facilities were clean and tidy overall, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Global Harbor shopping center, and it's only a 3-5 minute walk to Jinshajiang Road Metro Station on Line 3. Overall, it's great and worth recommending!

This hotel is super close to the subway station, which is perfect for anyone catching a high-speed train. The location is excellent. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, definitely five stars! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall called Global Harbor just down the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Mercure is always my top choice when I travel. The ambiance, from the lobby to the rooms, is excellent. The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and really focused on the guest experience. All the staff are professional and dedicated, always offering suggestions from a customer's perspective. The breakfast is delicious too; the coffee machine is great, and the mini wontons every morning are so tasty!

The hotel is also very close to Jinshajiang Road subway station, only about 200 meters away, making it super convenient to get to Global Harbor and Global City. It's really close to the city center.

I was with my daughter in this hotel for 10 days in the period from 03/28/2026. It was a great experience. Clean, tidy, clean sheets and pillows. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and smiling. The location is excellent. Across the street from the hotel is the Global Harbor shopping mall. The laundry service is also a great thing. The cleaning ladies are very kind and nice. We will come again. Thank you very much👌

The location is excellent, very close to Global Harbor Metro Station (Lines 3 and 13). The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and has a charming French-inspired decor. Overall, a very nice hotel.

The service attitude was excellent, and the location is superb, right next to a subway line, making travel incredibly convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose this hotel again on my next visit.

We stayed at this Mercure hotel with our kids while visiting Shanghai. It's right next to the subway entrance, which made getting around super convenient. It's also very close to Global Harbor, a huge shopping complex, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even gave us some complimentary fruit.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. The service is very thoughtful; they even provide warmed mineral water for guests. The location is excellent, right by the Jinshaqiao subway station, and directly across from Global Harbor. It's super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around.
