In a city like Shanghai where space is at a premium, finding a room this spacious at this price point, especially with a subway entrance right outside, offers incredible value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! First off, the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, and right across from a RT-Mart supermarket. Plus, there are tons of great food options downstairs. The room was incredibly clean and really smart/modern. Housekeeping did a great job too. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay these past few days. My trip to Shanghai this time was excellent, much better than visiting in the summer. I definitely recommend coming in the winter!

The bedding was good, but the mini-fridge was too noisy, and there was a constant whooshing water sound at night. I suggest replacing the fridge!

This is a newly opened hotel, I watched it being built and then opened. The location is excellent, very close to Ningguo Road station. Across the street is RT-Mart, and it's right at the entrance of Changyang Creative Valley, so there are plenty of dining options.
The staff are all very polite, and they even gave me some snacks when I checked in.
There weren't many choices for breakfast, but you absolutely *must* try the mini wontons. I watched the auntie making them fresh, and they were delicious – I had three bowls!

Convenient location with easy parking. The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water from the tap came on quickly. I really appreciated the smart curtains and smart toilet seat. The delivery robot brought my food upstairs quietly without any disturbance. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a commercial area downstairs, with a RT-Mart and various chain restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great experience! It's a new hotel, so all the facilities are quite modern. The service was good, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is also quite close to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk. I'll definitely come back next time!

It feels like the InterContinental system and Ctrip aren't integrated. I had to tell the front desk about all the benefits on my order to get them honored.
Breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about.
The soundproofing on the door was also very poor; I could hear conversations from the hallway.
The upside is that it's quite close to the subway station.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Changyang Road North Bund. The hotel is really centrally located and offers excellent value for money, especially for Shanghai. It is a newer property with high tech, modern finishes that feel very much like cutting edge Shanghai. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well thought out.
Check in was smooth and easy, which is always appreciated after a long journey.
A special shout out to Liyi Zhou and Jeri, who went over and above to assist me. They genuinely tried their best to help with an early check in ahead of my flight and also assisted me with my parcel. Their attitude and effort showed real customer service, and that kind of service deserves to be recognised.
The only minor downside is that the food options are limited when it comes to Western-style breakfast items such as omelettes or scrambled eggs. That said, this is an Express property, so it is understandable and not a deal breaker.
Overall, do not think twice. Book this hotel at a great rate with good service and a modern, comfortable stay.

This newly opened hotel maintains the consistent high standards of Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtfully informed us about ongoing renovations. The room had a great view and was relatively quiet.
