They gave me a souvenir when I checked out, but there's something really bad about it. The hand cream looks exactly like jelly, and since it was packed with food, I honestly thought it *was* jelly. Today, I accidentally ****** some into my mouth in the taxi – it scared me to death! I couldn't even force myself to throw up. Luckily, I looked it up and it wasn't a big deal. I felt fine even after I got home this afternoon. But if a child accidentally ingested it, that would be a serious problem. I suggest Atour switches to a tube-style hand cream and stops using this one.
Environment: Very cozy, mainly wooden decor with no unpleasant odors.
Service: Most importantly, the service is exceptionally good; everyone is very friendly, making you feel right at home.
Breakfast was surprisingly rich and varied. I will definitely choose Atour again in the future.
