The quality of service is excellent. First, the buffet breakfast is really nice with many choices that you can select. Second, we asked for the extension of checkout time that the front desk immediately entertains it.

The location is super convenient, right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. We had two kids with us, and Cassie at the hotel was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a family room. She even added us on WeChat to recommend some local snacks nearby, so we didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another two days.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious – a really great experience. The staff were warm and attentive; they responded quickly and efficiently to any issues. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only downside is the breakfast is too expensive, otherwise everything else is great! This hotel is a good option for business travelers or tourists. The location is also convenient, not far from the subway.

The hotel is relatively new, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable. The location is especially fantastic, right across from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. If it's your first time in Shanghai, staying here is an excellent choice. When checking in, the front desk staff was very patient and helpful in explaining the room types. Thanks to the thoughtful team! 👍👍👍

Friendly staff. Unbelievably they understood English. Nice food and good atmosphere. They have English menu but the details and ingredients are not written in English, so like most other places you should use google translate app so you can choose the right one.

Still shocks me as to how the Chinese have adapted famous food chains into their own! This particular Pizza Hut has an awesome menu compared with what I'm normally used to.. the decor was very elegant, downstairs feels very confined yet the upstairs is much more spacious
