A big thank you to Jack at the front desk and Lao Guo (Old Guo) the concierge! If it weren't for their help getting my luggage from the hotel to the subway station entrance, I would have missed my high-speed train. From now on, Holiday Inn Express will definitely be my top choice for business trips and leisure travel. This is the first time I've been so deeply impressed by service. Also, the rooms at Greenland Putuo are very clean and comfortable. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

This hotel is located right by the Suzhou Creek, offering beautiful natural scenery. Ruby at the front desk was fantastic and upgraded me to a king river-view room, for which I'm very grateful! The breakfast was also quite varied, and there were many international guests staying here. The front desk staff's English was excellent too. Very good!
