I took my mom to Shanghai, and after comparing several reviews and prices, I finally chose this hotel. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around with shared bikes and the subway. The room was tidied up daily, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the main road. The environment is nice, and it's clean and tidy. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is quite extensive. Booking through Trip.com made it cheaper, definitely recommended for a stay.

The room was compact, but it had everything one could need, perfectly embodying the saying 'small but complete.' By chance, I came across Ji Qi's book, 'The Realm of the Heart,' and found it incredibly down-to-earth. I asked the front desk about it, and just as the preface mentioned, I was welcome to take it for free if I liked it. It added an unexpected delight to my trip.

For my trip to Shanghai, I specifically chose this hotel because of its excellent location. It's very close to the commercial district, yet not in a congested area. The rooms are large and spacious, and very clean. The hotel staff were polite, enthusiastic, and always willing to help.

The hotel felt newly renovated, which was great. The only downside was that on the second night, I was moved to a different room, and the machinery from the equipment room made a continuous roaring sound. I've just developed high blood pressure these past few days and get headaches, so I'm very sensitive to noise. As a result, my experience on the second night was poor. Next time I visit, I'll definitely avoid that room! Breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide variety of options!

First time in Shanghai, and the staff at the entrance were very welcoming. The cleaning ladies were efficient, and the breakfast spread was extensive with prompt refills. Any issues were quickly resolved by the service staff.

I rarely leave bad reviews for hotels, but this one deserves it. They advertised free parking, but when I arrived, I was told there were no spots available. There are very few parking spaces to begin with, so I had to pay to park elsewhere. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, the floors were cracked, and there were visible stains on the walls. The air conditioning was as loud as a tractor. The facilities are outdated.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting the Natural History Museum with kids. The room was clean, and while the soundproofing wasn't perfect, it didn't disrupt our sleep. Overall, it was a great stay. It's also not far from Wujiang Road, which is handy for shopping.

Very comfortable place to eat with great services.. However, it's pretty hard to find staff who can speak English.. but don't worry, they will try to help you even they can't speak English
