Service: Service was extremely poor. Internet never worked. On calling the front desk one staff comes but does not understand English and then goes back to never return. Limited to nil interaction with hotel staff on all matters. Every requested seemed ignored.
Cleanliness: Room cleanliness was average. The toilets clogged. There was no health faucet which was expected of such a high category of hotel.
Location: Is on the eastern bank of the river. A bit far away from the city centre. For tourists it can be acceptable but for business visit I would avoid this hotel.
Overall, a very poor experience. I would not prefer to book this hotel in future.
The location is at the city fringe, slightly away from the heart of the buzz. I took taxi mostly.
