SAVHE Hotel North Bund Shanghai in Shanghai

Hotel is always busy and the butler system wasn’t effective. I had to remind numerous times for delivery of items. It is really quite frustrating. I didn’t find the location to be strategic, it’s quite a walk to nanjing road but still walkable. We appreciated the afternoon tea, supper and laundry by butler. Other than that, it’s quite an average hotel.

Savhe North Bund is doing a great job above and beyond expectations! Beautifully designed with amazing details to comfort guests. Light controls, plugs and charging is very up to date. Rooms are super clean! Shower controls are easy and heated water comes right out without hardly any waiting time. Love the free laundry done by butler same day service! The breakfast, free Lavazza coffee and take away cups are such a wonderful treat! Also free tea time and late supper is such a generous offering. Receptionists are very helpful and ready to help! The aromatherapy is another wonderful and classy touch! Best hotel I would say coming from a lot of traveling experience. Get spoilt with Savhe’s new standards, be prepared to miss it!

The service was amazing in this hotel. Food was really good, we really enjoyed it.
We also appreciate the hotel's attention to detail, they noticed a birthday was coming soon and they prepared a happy birthday cake and sent it up. It was really impressive to see such a hotel which cares deeply about the experience. It was 10/10 for everything.

The hotel boasts a very modern and distinctive style, reportedly incorporating New Chinese aesthetics. A wonderfully pleasant aroma greets you upon entering the lobby. The smart controls in the guest rooms are fantastic, and the one-touch 'deep sleep' mode ensured I had an exceptionally restful night. A particularly nice touch is that the restaurant offers complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, with the afternoon tea snacks being absolutely delicious. Overall, the hotel service was excellent, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.

This was my first time staying here, and the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a stone's throw away from the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The hotel feels relatively new, and the environment is very pleasant. During our stay, they even provided afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The staff, both at the entrance and the front desk, were incredibly warm and patient, helping us with our luggage and making our check-in process smooth. Much appreciated!

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Shanghai. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

My Business Trip Sleep Salvation: Finally, a Truly Restful Night!

I simply *must* rave about Sahe Hotel; it's practically a secluded sanctuary tailor-made for sleep. The moment I stepped inside, the fatigue from my journey was immediately whisked away by a subtle, soothing fragrance. The Le Labo Thé Noir 29 scent, subtly lingering, gently calmed my nerves.

The entire room's lighting was exceptionally well-designed. Not a single light was harsh; instead, all were soft, warm, diffused lights, like a gentle filter that softened every corner of the room. When switched to sleep mode, only a barely perceptible, soft glow remained, striking the perfect balance: enough light to see your surroundings without disturbing your slumber.

I particularly loved its interior design and color scheme. There were no ostentatious decorations; instead, they opted for low-saturation, incredibly soothing earthy tones. Natural wood, cotton and linen textiles, matte metals... all elements were combined so naturally yet elegantly, creating a sense of effortless perfection where everything felt exactly as it should. This visual comfort was equally key in promoting deep sleep.

From the relaxing fragrance and the incredibly soft lighting to the tranquil, sophisticated decor, every single detail pointed towards one goal: to create the perfect environment for a truly deep and restful sleep.

This was absolutely an incredible value-for-money experience, and I strongly recommend it to every traveler who prioritizes sleep quality.

SAVHE Hotel truly made our trip to Shanghai even more enjoyable! The exceptionally friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the food—afternoon tea and the late-night snacks were such a highlight that they became a regular part of our daily itinerary.

The room featured various lighting modes to suit different needs, adding to the comfort of our stay. Overall, the facilities were thoughtfully designed and incredibly convenient to use.

We had a great stay at the hotel!  Though the staff had to use a translator app to communicate they were always very professional and accommodating.

We loved the design of the hotel and really appreciated all the services provided from the  buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and Kate night meal, free laundry service and well equipped gym.
