Huge shoutout to Gary, the butler at Bellagio! His service was exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly polite and attentive, showing genuine warmth and professionalism. This kind of service really makes you feel valued. Five stars well deserved!

The room's decor is a charming blend of vintage and upscale. The mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and glassware, and there's a complete tea and dining set. I especially loved the separate vanity, perfect for sitting down comfortably to do my makeup. We checked in on Christmas Eve and received special commemorative Christmas key cards and a little lion plushie.
The hotel's location is superb. From the 6th-floor Italian restaurant terrace, you can see the 'Bund Three-Piece Suit' (the three iconic skyscrapers), and it's also visible just a short walk to the right of the hotel entrance. The Bund Origin Christmas market was right nearby.
Breakfast is semi-buffet style. The à la carte options include omelets, egg rolls, and egg sandwiches. Among the non-à la carte items, I highly recommend the small wontons – they were probably the best I've ever had at a hotel.

This hotel stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk service was warm and attentive. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water was consistent, and the toiletries were high quality. Staff member Ellie provided excellent service! Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this hotel is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I highly recommend this hotel! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The bedding smelled like sunshine and was impeccably clean, and even the hidden corners of the floor and bathroom were spotless. There's absolutely nothing to fault about the hygiene. Ms. Ellie was super enthusiastic, and her service was both attentive and efficient. The hotel's location is peaceful yet central, and the corridors and lobby are tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable. I had such a pleasant stay that I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I highly recommend this hotel! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the warm atmosphere. The decor is simple yet stylish. The room is fully equipped with everything you could need: a smart toilet, high-speed WiFi, and a large-screen TV. Every detail shows their thoughtfulness. The most satisfying night I've had in Shanghai. From the moment I was greeted to check-out, the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. This will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Shanghai again.

The location is superb! Even though it's on the Bund, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The night view from the sixth-floor terrace is absolutely stunning, I'd say it's even more impressive and upscale than the Lujiazui skyline seen from Nanjing Road.
The hotel's overall design is very tasteful, and the welcome fruit wasn't just an afterthought – it was genuinely nice. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was exquisite.
A special shout-out goes to the cleaning lady. My child had a nosebleed at night, and she not only helped clean it up but thoughtfully brought extra bottles of water. The front desk staff were also very kind, and I'm very grateful.
I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai ❤️

I chose the Bellagio in North Bund for my city stroll. The location is excellent, very lively with all the famous bridges and buildings nearby. The hotel is beautiful, and the lion at the entrance is very impressive. The room was spacious and clean, I had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to Luna for the room facing Suzhou Creek!

Nestled by the Suzhou Creek, it's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a stroll. The hotel boasts a grand and luxurious design. The white Christmas tree in the lobby is simply beautiful. The high-ceilinged ballroom on the second floor sparkles. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is good. For Cantonese speakers, Jia Fu No. 1 Chinese Restaurant is also quite decent. LaGo Italian Restaurant offers fantastic views of Shanghai's Pudong nightscape, and the food is equally satisfying. It's a shame that afternoon tea is only available on weekends there. However, enjoying afternoon tea at the lobby lounge on the ground floor is also exceptionally delightful; the decor is elegant. I particularly loved the window seats, but unfortunately, they were reserved. The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and attentive. Overall, a very satisfying choice for a trip.
