The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, just one subway stop away. The front desk staff and other service personnel were all very friendly. However, the room was a bit small. Although the hotel is non-smoking, I could smell someone smoking in the adjacent room on the same floor. The staff should have reminded them. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

We booked a family suite with two bedrooms, two toilets, and one bathroom (with a Jacuzzi), and it was very clean. Four adults and one child were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is right at the Dongmen Street subway station, about 800 meters' walking distance from Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making public transportation very convenient. However, since the hotel is in the city center, we often encountered traffic jams when driving our rental car. I'd recommend using public transport instead.

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The overall experience is fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the self-service laundry on the second basement floor is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are always welcoming, with warm smiles and thoughtful service. Layla Jiang, in particular, always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I'll definitely choose Holiday Inn Oriental Plaza again if I have the chance.

I had a really satisfying stay. Although the hotel has been open for quite a while, the facilities are well-maintained and very complete. I was pleasantly surprised to find a free self-service laundry room, which many holiday accommodations still don't offer – that was a truly great experience. The staff were warm and attentive, especially Ms. Leila. Overall, I genuinely recommend this place!

I stayed at this hotel more than ten years ago when I visited Chengdu, and after all this time, it still deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; the subway entrance is right outside. If you're driving, there's also parking available. It's within walking distance of Taikoo Li and the Dongmen Bridge night cruise on Jinjiang River, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel rooms are a bit dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. The service is excellent, especially when traveling with children, as the hotel staff are very responsive.

The hotel is exactly as advertised, which is really reliable and trustworthy. The lighting and ventilation are excellent. There are also plenty of facilities, including a free self-service laundry room on the second basement floor. Getting around is super convenient right outside the entrance. The staff member, Xiao Jiang, was very efficient and even helped us get a room upgrade. The little gift we received at checkout was also adorable. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel lobby was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent, especially from Leila at the front desk. The hotel's location is super convenient, with smooth transportation and Metro Line 2 right at the doorstep. There's a 7-Eleven nearby for anything you need, and the snack street next door has amazing food. I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast offers a good variety, with congee, wontons, bread, and coffee all available. It's quite nice, and the toiletries provided are good quality. The swimming pool is open from 1 PM until 10 PM, but it's closed in the morning.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center. The subway station is literally right outside the door, and you can see the hotel entrance as soon as you exit. The parking lot is also conveniently located next door. Overall, the hotel is great, especially the front desk staff. Leila, in particular, provided exceptional service – she was proactive, warm, and attentive. Thank you!
