Staying in Kunming during a layover. As a five-star hotel, it offers standard service and rooms. The toilet flush wasn't great, but everything else was up to par. Wanda Plaza nearby was quite lively. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept really soundly, which is a big plus. I'd definitely come back.

Huge room and bed, top-notch facilities. Multiple elevators running simultaneously meant no frustrating waits. The price was incredibly attractive too! Plus, there are all sorts of great Yunnan specialty restaurants right downstairs. Special shout-out to Xiao Ke, the server, who was super friendly and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Kunming.

After returning to Kunming from Lijiang, I stayed at the Wanda Hotel again, mainly because of its incredibly convenient location. It's easy to get to the airport and high-speed rail station, and the surrounding Wanda Plaza makes everything very accessible.

I brought my mom and sister to Kunming, and I'm so glad we chose the Mandarin Oriental. The front desk girl, Su Ai (such a lovely name!), was very enthusiastic and patient. My mom asked her about some cultural aspects of Yunnan, and she patiently explained everything to her. She's really great! We had a 7 PM flight, and considering my mom's age, she even helped me arrange a late check-out, which I'm truly grateful for. Kunming is a beautiful city, and because of the wonderful people and friends we've met, we've visited several times. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and all the staff are very warm. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming. On behalf of Xi'an, I welcome everyone to come and visit! 🍒🍒🌸🌸🌸🌸

The hotel's location is great, and the cleanliness is excellent. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who were very thorough and thoughtful. On the other hand, the front desk service was quite disappointing; they definitely need better training for their reception staff.

Huge thanks for the upgrade to an Executive room! There were bath towels and a non-slip mat in the room, but I couldn't find a floor towel. Despite that minor issue, Mod (don't know their full name but they deserve a shout-out!) helped me retrieve my forgotten power bank on checkout day. They were professional, calm, and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kunming Railway Station, with Wanda Plaza nearby – super convenient! It's perfect for a stopover in Kunming before traveling to other cities in Yunnan.

**Environment:** The environment is great, and the decor is beautiful; the marble finish really appealed to me!
**Service:** Warm and attentive.

The breakfast was also delicious, refined, and plentiful!

The service was attentive and thorough. The breakfast spread was ample, and the large TV with screen mirroring was a nice touch. However, for seniors or those who prefer convenience, you absolutely need to take a taxi to get around, as it's quite far from the subway station, making transportation not very convenient. The minibar is chargeable, but a lovely staff member helped me get one free, and they also provided fruit and snacks, which was very thoughtful. What left the biggest impression was the incredibly strong water pressure in the shower – it was super comfortable.

The front desk guy is super nice! I stayed here for a night a few days ago while transferring through Lijiang, and now I'm back again. The front desk upgraded my room and even gave me some fruit! If you're coming to Kunming, definitely stay here!
