I stayed here during my layover in Xishuangbanna, right next to the train station. It was alright, very convenient for catching a train, especially if you're in a hurry. My only gripes are that there's no laundry room and no apartment suites, which made washing clothes a bit difficult.

The hotel is located in the city center, 3 kilometers from Kunming Ancient Town, about a 40-minute walk. It takes half an hour by taxi to Dounan Flower Market. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a connecting family room to easily look after our elders.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Kunming Station, and there's a direct connection to the airport via Line 2 and Line 6. The rooms are exceptionally clean and soundproof, ensuring a quiet stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

The service was excellent! The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and baggage staff were all proactive in greeting us, and were incredibly warm, polite, patient, and thoughtful. The location is great, very close to Kunming Station, and within walking distance. The weekend dinner buffet was rich and varied with fresh ingredients. The facilities are top-notch, and we even got a room upgrade with a fantastic view. It was incredibly quiet at night. Every time I visit Kunming, I love staying at Grand Park Hotel.

I was really happy with my stay here! Even though the facilities were a bit old, the excellent service completely made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. From the front desk to the restaurant and even housekeeping, guests almost always received immediate feedback. There was a small misunderstanding during a meal, and they even comped our breakfast, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's location is also fantastic, not far from Mixc City and all the major attractions. I'll definitely choose Jia Hua again next time I'm in Kunming!

This hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around and finding good food. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by an elegant fragrance. The decor has a classic feel, perhaps from 20 or 30 years ago, but it's incredibly well-maintained and refined. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and upgraded me to a suite. They even noticed I was holding a takeout bag and, without me saying a word, knew I wanted to throw it away – that was really thoughtful! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Kunming.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was thoughtful. If I come to Kunming again, I'll definitely stay at Jia Hua. The hotel's Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles are also delicious. It's perfect for a family of four.

This is an established five-star hotel conveniently located near Kunming Station, making it easy to get to the train station. The hotel lobby is elegant, and the high-floor rooms offer expansive views with beautiful nightscapes. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is abundant.

The hotel's guest services called in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and the room arranged for me this time was very comfortable. The hotel has a grand, vintage-style decor, and the room facilities are complete and easy to use. The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent; it's very convenient to get to Cuihu Lake or Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls, or to the old street for snacks. The staff are also warm and thoughtful. There's even a delivery robot that can bring takeout to your room, so the service is always on point. I'm quite satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work.

The front desk staff were warm and efficient. We got an upgrade to a better room, which offered even more beautiful views of Kunming. The breakfast was a real local treat, with delicious grilled Erkuai, steamed Ersi, rice noodles, and Xidoufen (pea jelly). The cakes sold in the lobby were also very tasty and reasonably priced, with a buy-one-get-one-free offer after 6 PM. The only downside was that the room facilities were a bit old, but that's understandable for an older five-star hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.
