I arrived at 5:30 AM and was told I had to wait half an hour to check in, acting as if I didn't want to. They told me I had to wait until 6 PM. The front desk staff represents the hotel. Don't promise guests anything you can't do. I was really angry. I rushed all the way from the airport to be treated like this. The first time I checked in, I was looking at the hotel reviews. Later, I learned that a guest had given me a 5-star review with three photos and then charged me 16 yuan, which I refused. I hope the hotel management will provide more training for the front desk staff so they don't act like stonewallers.
