Cleanliness: Poor. There were stains on the sheets, visible as soon as I pulled back the duvet. There was even hair on the disposable slippers – are you reusing them?? The sheets and duvet covers were damp, not dry at all. Even for a hotel costing around 500 [currency], I wouldn't expect this level of quality.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly do not recommend it.
