HeFu Hotel in Hangzhou

The environment is great, and the service is very thoughtful.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was 5 star. Very friendly staff, very helpful front desk, excellent service. Have to mention breakfast was fantastic, we love the food especially the beef noodle. All the staff we encountered was fantastic, special mention of 小黃 ＆小吳, great service. Decoration is authentic Chinese home furniture, beautifully reflects timeless design, heritage and functionality

Everything was great, except for the limited breakfast options – though it was still enough for my husband and me. You can tell the manager and staff work really hard; they're very enthusiastic and always willing to help. The tall young woman at the front desk was especially friendly, even walking us to the main entrance.

We had an extremely satisfying stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and very kind to our children, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel has a classy and well-maintained atmosphere, and the service quality was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We struck gold when we found Hefu Hotel in Hangzhou. It is a beautiful inn with a traditional exterior and modern interiors. The surroundings are so peaceful, yet West Lake is just 15 minutes away on foot.

We picked the Family Courtyard View Room with 2 bedrooms. Perfect size for our family of four. Spacious unit with a dining room. L'Occitane toiletries are provided, and the twirling shower massage is a great feature!

The dining area crosses a living room and library, so much so it feels like home.

Breakfast is made to order and a different main course is featured every day.

Dinner is by reservations. We didn't know, but the staff accommodated us when I said the kids were too tired to go out again for dinner. We could even place our order, returned to our room to shower and rest, and then the kitchen called us over when our dishes were ready!

For our second dinner, we were invited to ask for anything we wished to eat, even if the dishes were not on the menu. So, we order 3 from the menu and requested a light fishball soup and steamed egg custard. What a wonderful, heartwarming meal of homemade simplicity!

Service is attentive, and I dare say will rival that of international 5-star hotels in big cities. When my boys couldn't wake for breakfast, staff prepared takeaways for them. When my 10yo said he preferred western breakfasts, staff prepared wagyu sausages and bacon for him the next 2 mornings!

I asked about laundry service, and staff said they would take care of it for free!

The night before departure, I told them about my difficulty understanding directions to my next hotel in a restricted heritage area. While I had dinner, the staff made calls to help me plan my way over and booked us a large vehicle for us and our suitcases. Hefu staff even managed to get my butler from the next hotel to connect with me on WeChat!

We were so well taken care of!

It was a lovely stay for our family of four. The room is beautifully designed, spacious and has everything we needed. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Tea and snacks were also available all day. Service is excellent as we felt well-taken care of throughout the stay. Staff greeted us warmly everytime, helped with our luggage, and provided laundry service as well. Definitely a hotel i would recommend to my friends and anyone visiting Hangzhou. 😊

Quaint inn build in historical architectural style. It's in a local neighborhood, great for couples that want some peace and quiet. Service is great, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I am not a morning person, but their breakfast is delicious. I enjoyed their L'occitane toiletries and had a great soak in their huge in room private bathtub. Well done and keep up the good work!

Facilities: There's a dedicated coffee shop with great natural light and plenty of books – perfect for sitting down with a read and a cup of tea! The hotel also offers a 24-hour refreshment station, fully stocked with seasonal fruits and snacks, all available whenever you like! Very generous.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent, and the bedding quality is superb. The room even comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, which is a lifesaver in autumn and winter. Plus, there's bath salt for a relaxing soak, which is fantastic.
Environment: The hotel has its own outdoor courtyard. It's incredibly comfortable to relax in the sun there when the weather's nice.
Service: The service is warm and attentive, always meeting requests promptly. Highly commendable.
I'll definitely be staying here again.
