Hangzhou was a bit chilly with the rain, but the hotel's service was incredibly warm. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was super nice. I was in a rush checking out and forgot to ask for an invoice. I called them up later that evening, and they sorted it out quickly.

Wet good hotel amenities wise it’s one of the best breakfast options we’re fantastic only problem for international travellers is the language which they need to work on otherwise it’s a fantastic hotel

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The ambiance was great, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I even received a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of options. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

We were upgraded to the top floor, and our room featured large windows with fantastic distant views of West Lake and stunning city lights at night. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered an extensive and delicious selection of dishes. The dinner buffet, in particular, was outstanding and provided excellent value for money. The hotel's location is also ideal for families, being very close to the Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum and Zhejiang Museum of Natural History, which makes it super convenient for outings with kids.

The location is superb, with all necessary amenities nearby. As an established hotel in Hangzhou, its facilities are noticeably dated compared to newer hotels. However, it truly shines in terms of its environment and cleanliness, maintaining the quality one would expect from a star-rated hotel.

See pictures for room amenities. Children over 110cm are charged 38 RMB for breakfast. My room key card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to get it reactivated before I could get into my room. The front desk service was so poor, it wasn't even as good as the street vendor selling vegetables right outside. I actually ended up buying some vegetables from them instead! 😂

We were on a family trip with our child. Apart from the room being a bit on the small side and the air conditioning feeling a little weak in the afternoon, everything else was fantastic! The breakfast offered a great variety, the location was excellent, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful – truly commendable!

The location is decent, about a ten-minute walk from the subway station and the 520 bus stop. Yintai and West Lake are also just a short bike ride away. The room itself wasn't large, and one side faced a building that had several big outdoor AC units. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd suggest avoiding rooms on this side. The room I eventually stayed in, on the 12th floor facing the street, offered a much better view and was quiet.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room, which offered distant views of West Lake. The room was very spacious and clean. It's conveniently located, with Wulin Square, the pier, the Natural History Museum, and the Science and Technology Museum all within easy cycling distance. The only downside was that dining options in the immediate vicinity weren't very convenient. However, the hotel's breakfast was quite sumptuous.

The room was fantastic – quiet, and the air conditioning was powerful. The kids absolutely loved the smart robot that delivered our takeout orders. Breakfast offered a rich and extensive selection of dishes. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 2.4 km from Bai Causeway at West Lake. Overall, it truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.
