This hotel is real value for money. The rooms are a reasonable size, its location is great and the staff are very helpful. It’s my number one choice of where to stay when I’m in Hangzhou.

We booked two rooms in this hotel, our rooms are neat and cleaned. The air con/heating temperature control in both rooms were not working as the room stay hot above 30degC which make it unpleasant.... disruptive sleep. We fedback the issue to the hotel and instead of addressing the issue, they asked us to turn off the air con/heating system and leave our room door open. This is not a solution as it...

The location of Home Inn in Hangzhou is excellent. 3mins walk to the subway station and 1-2mins walk to the WuLin Night Market. However, the cleanliness could be improve, and the room facilities are a bit outdated.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou, I always choose to stay at Marco Polo. I've stayed here several times already. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent facilities, and the toiletries are top-notch – you can literally just show up empty-handed! 😂 There are small shops and snacks right outside, a mall next door, and public transport (bus and subway) is all readily available. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless you absolutely have no choice . The only plus point is the location which is along a busy street but again there is another Atour that looks better and also convenient located too. The room was very quiet, the pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was quite rich. The bed was very soft, so I slept really well. I'd definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, just two to three kilometers from West Lake Scenic Area. Specifically, it's on a high floor of Hangzhou Jinhe Building. We booked a 22nd-floor room with a great view, and it even had a small swing. The room facilities are quite new. The front desk is on the first floor of Jinhe Building, and the customer service is very good. Housekeeping was also prompt.

Great location, right next to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and not far from the subway station. For the price, it's really good value for money. It's also not too far from West Lake, just a 10-15 RMB taxi ride.

Fantastic! Great location for getting around and the city night views are spectacular. There are tons of dining options downstairs, and it's perfect for a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and tidy, with huge windows and all the amenities you could ask for. The service was excellent too!

Excellent location, a 5min walk from this view of Leifeng Pagoda (last picture). Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant, the staff was friendly and helpful and I had no problem locating it.

The room is a bit on the smaller side, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to West Lake, and the entrance to Willow Waves in the Oriole's Song is literally just outside the door, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, just beside the night market. Parking lot is walking distance, but not adjacent to the hotel. At night it is always full, but hotel staff help you to take the car and park for you. If you dont mind, it is good.

The hotel room was great! It's a bit small, but fully equipped. It's a standalone cabin with fantastic natural light.
