The beach is so close, but if you want some drink or food, you may walk 1km to the next beach bar and fastfood restaurant, because the hotel bar is open only morning and afternoon. The wifi is sometimes good, sometimes bad. The bed and the room is comfortable. There are bugs and mosquitos in the environment around the hotel. Recommended to bring a bug and mosquito repellent liquid. I got 10 bites per 5 minute. Food is good.

For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk. It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10. Choose your preferred method. Located in the old town, it is ideal for sightseeing. The owner was also kind and I was able to check in safely even though it was late at night. However, the room was small, which was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if all hotels in the old town in Croatia are the same, but you cannot store your luggage after check-out, so you have to stop by the luggage storage center, which costs extra.

Spacious apartment, only one key for it so it was a bit of a juggle getting it cleaned and clean towels. Another key for cleaner is necesary. I was told i had to pay for use of washing machine, this is not clear in the advert. Beds very comfy as were pillows. We ended up staying at Villa Royal after our flight home was cancelled. We stayed for 2 days. Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower and you have a balcony to sit outside and dry your clothes. You'll need to bring your own shampoo and body wash for the shower. Maria at the front desk was so helpful and Ivana made a lovely breakfast every morning.

Villa Royal is located near the sea, in a small peaceful place Cavtat close to Dubrovnik airport. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants , supermarket, drugstore and beautiful views. If you choose Cavtat for your summer holidays, best thing you could do is stay at Villa Royal. The Vila is very clean, comfy and nice rooms, some of them have sea view. But the star of the show is definitly host, Mirko who makes you feel like home !

Fabulous place. Very short walk to beaches and town centre, but on a quiet road. Balconies , some with very nice views. The owner, Mirko is a gentleman and makes you feel at home and is very helpful providing any local information you may need. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. A pleasure to stay here. The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. My only minor inconvenience was that the suite only had one bathroom. The location is excellent, just two kilometers from the old town, which is a pleasant 30-minute walk. There's also a bus stop right outside, making public transport very convenient. Lovely little B&B Lovely little family-owned B&B 15 minutes’ drive from entrance 2 to Plivitce lakes national parks. There are restaurants and markets within walking distance but the home-cooked breakfast is worth the 10 euros extra. Stayed in the studio for 4 nights whilst visiting the area. It was very clean and comfortable. Can't comment on cooking facilities as didnt use them but it apoeared to be a well equiped kitchen. The location is great for visiting Plitvice Lakes and Rastoke. Good restaurants are within easy walking distance and the owners Boris and Ana are very helpful.
