I stayed in one of several ground floor (actually semi-basement) rooms that opened directly off the relatively quiet street. Noise was a major issue. This was for three reasons: (1) a window facing street and hidden outside by shutters and inside by curtains behind desk was left ajar. The hotel room was exquisite, with ample air conditioning and a comfortable feel! The hotel is conveniently located in the old town! The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. However, we couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi in our room, which was a shame!

The style of the hotel is very vintage, the room and toilet are very big. Our room located next to the road, not too noisy at night time. We had no problem sleeping. It is in the edge of the old town, very easy to get to the center and main attractions. Only downside is the curtain at the door doesn’t really seem to be big enough to cover lights.

Very basic rooms with smallest restrooms you can imagine. Basically barely usable for people above 10 year old. Parking is a mess. Small spots and just few.. not enough for each room and people fight for spots…can’t park on the street so do not count on parking. Location is 20+ mins uphill walk from the town.

Very friendly personnel with flexibility. We went with our dog, they charge 12 EUR per night per dog. Breakfast is delicious and sufficient, coffee is good but not excellent. The hotel is right at the entrance of the ancient city. It is very close to see the Sea Organ from the hotel, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Although the hotel is not big, the facilities are very good, the front desk service is very friendly, and the location is excellent.

Room No. 003 on the first floor was very small and closed, with no windows to open and no air circulation, so I didn't want to stay in the room at all except during sleeping hours. It feels much simpler than Jinjiang Star. Really, the stars abroad are not the same. The room is small, the bathroom is small (fairly clean), and there is no drinking water in the room. You need to buy it yourself. The breakfast does not have many kinds, but it is quite exquisite. The location is great (right at the entrance to the old town) and is a four-minute walk to the Sea Organ. This alone can cover up all other shortcomings.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Sea Organ. I went there three times to enjoy the deep and beautiful sound of the Sea Organ! Other major attractions are also not far away and are within easy walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. Parking is in the reserved parking space on the side of the hotel.

We only stayed one night here for our day at Plitvice Lakes but we wish we had time to stay longer! The room is beautiful and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Probably one of the best place we've stayed. Very clean spacious room and comfortable beds. We were a family of 4 with two teens. Had kitchen with everything, we had breakfast at our balcony with breathtaking view. Dinner was lovely too. We had a lovely stay at B&B Aurora. Magda is a very lovely lady and brilliant host. The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony is large either good views. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory. Wish we were staying longer! Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Magda.

This place was a great surprise. We booked a bit last minute and were grateful to find Magda’s place. Every detail is well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean. The host met us at the ferry terminal and escorted us to the B&B. Room was large with a balcony and plenty of room. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and served in a pleasant, sunlit room. Located within a walking distance from the sea this hotel has a good location. They have enough parking space so you can park your car in the evening, and in the morning after a lovely breakfast and a light swim in the pool that sits so well in the back yard, you can take your car and go tuouring the sea side that is amazing in Istra. I said I would use the public parking lot, but there was no space available, so I parked about 1 km away. It was inconvenient that bottled water was not provided in the room. Other than that, there was nothing particularly bad.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, while the outside may not look like much, the inside is absolutely awesome. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Upon arriving in Croatia we spent 3 nights at the Hotel Stari Grand. This is a boutique hotel inside Old Town Dubrovnik. We had a lovely junior suite which was well appointed and very spacious. A wonderful hotel in the middle of a large park! You can't get a nicer place to stay in Karlovac. The breakfast was great and the view of the river is breathtaking. We would love to come back again!

It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing.

This residence is in a great, central location, and despite this, it wasn't noisy inside. Good double glazing! We stayed in a twin room. Beds were comfy, there was a spare blanket (it's a chilly winter), and the shower was decent. It is a self check-in, so be aware there may not be someone in the foyer to ask any questions to.

Rooms are nice size but the water in the shower flows out the shower, breakfast service was poor, limited choices to pick with no fresh bread and cool coffee. The location was very good but since it is a pedestrian area was difficult for taxi to drop off closer to the hotel.

The Regal Residence is on a pedestrian street just off the main square in the city, Trg bana Josip Jelacic. It could not be more central. The street is lined with restaurants and bars frequented by young and old together. A really exciting vibe. The room was very well decorated and maintained. Breakfast in the basement was good,

Perfect place for visiting old town and relaxing on the beach! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the old town is only 10 minutes away. The room was very nice, with a large, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind – after check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower before leaving. Highly recommended!

The Host was so kind and helpful! He patiently waited for us and explained everything about the area. The place is lovely and so clean. The Location is very close to everything like the beaches, pharmacy, the waterfront and so on. There’s a supermarket near as well. Highly recommended.

Lovely location with stylish decor. Rooms small with no where to put luggage. Bathroom is tiny (think cruise ship bathroom). No place to put towels. Safe didn't work. The next day we were told we could have gotten a key, though we were told no one would be at the desk after 10pm when we checked in. It wasn't a big deal for us, but how should we have known? Last yeat i was in hotel Bura in Senj with my family and we are so satisfy with our stay. We were in apartment and it has all that's important in room . I would have to say that the view was so amazing and relaxing. Every morning when you wake up you are looking at the see. Food in Hotel's restaurant was delicious and i would recommend you to go there and try.

Great location but a bit hard to find. We arrived somewhat late and the property was not well lit. Parking was fine once you locate it. Room was clean with great hot water. FYI there are several flights of stairs to go up. Would stay here again.

Good location The apartment was in a lovely part of Zagreb and within easy walking distance to the train station. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well.

The hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast and staff is fantastic. The only thing I feel it’s missing is a gym. We also would have liked to used the saunas in the evening, but they close at 6pm. We also would have loved to be able to get snacks at the bar after dinner. Overall great stay and not too far to walk to restaurants and beach.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach and activities. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool is an indoor pool with an open top. Still it was enjoyable.

A fabulous hotel and staff. Breakfast varied and very good. Hotel clean and runs very efficiently. Out of the many fabulous staff, just one grumpy man who “welcomed” us….. not!, on our arrival on 9th June.
