After booking the room in the old town I located the hotel and I wastold the room will be ready at 3pm .when I showed up I was told I didn't have a room that it was rented to someone else. Then they told me I could go to their second hotel studio about 10 minutes away by car. The room was terrible, took a shower and the entire room floor flooded, no service until the next day. TV not working. Horrible experience

Awful experience, day of arrival I got a call my room was no longer available try to send me to a different hotel but refused to provide me with name and location of the place ,order airport transfer trough them but no one show up, they did not let me check in till 5 in the evening,the entrance of the hotel smell like sewage and the room has no air and smell pretty bad, the bed is from the 1960, soaps dispenser broken , I unfortunately stay there 3 night( owner refused to reimburse even tough I point out to him all the problems)they never clean up the room of give a change/fresh towel , I pay for breakfast, but breakfast is only served from 9 to 10 am. Save your cash and spend it on someone else

The location is great! No need to climb stairs! Highly cost-effective! Near the central street of the old city, a 5-minute walk from the entrance on flat ground ~ Breakfast includes bread, ham and juice. The owner is an elderly couple and very kind! The room is retro style, but still clean

The little BB run by an old lady is probably the cheapest in the whole ancient city. It costs 850 RMB. It is quite comfortable to live in, but please be aware of the poor signal. The wireless network is very poor. Although the decoration is old, it is at least a four-star hotel.

The location and service are very good. The facilities are just tolerable because they are located in the old town, but the location satisfies everything.

The staff were amazing and accomodating 5 stars for them .
I am a seasoned traveler world wide and I have stayed in a lot of 3-4 star places but this one I would rate as a 1.5 star.
I was so disappointed in my room it looked like a run down storage room not like a nice comfortable room like the pictures display at all on the booking site.
There was no air-conditioner as stated in the amenities list, nor was there a TV as stated in the amenities list as both TV and Air-conditioner were not working there was an issue with the room door unlocking it .
Also the bedroom flooring was old and worn carpet that had stains and dried vomit on it.
There is no safe in the bedroom as stated.
There was an air cooler and pedestal fan in the room which only just made it bearable on a hot day and night.
There is no parking if you have a car . There are five flights of narrow stair to climb with luggage. If your on the top floor. There is not lift.
The room has a very much lowered wedge shape wall /ceiling that takes up a lot of room and you can injure your head if your not careful in the dark.
There is no concierge as stated in fact most of what has been stated as the amenities and parking is a big lie as they either don't exist or they don't work.
With what I paid I could gave gotten a better room for the same money somewhere.
The managerr never showed up so I could talk to them about the issues. From what I have read else where in reviews this accomodation is really bad and in my thoughts this place and the owner of this business need a good shake up or shut down as they really don't care about the clients. It just about ripping people off and taking money. I highly recommend not booking this place as it is really bad.

Hmmmm what to say about this "hotel"? It is actually not a hotel. It is an bed and breakfast! This is the amount of butter you get for breakfast, which means that you get less jams and other spread. The reviews about the mould smell in the bathroom is correct! All towels & skin after using them smelled bad too! Had to ask them to change them, but the new ones had a chemical smell too! There were so many crumbs on the sofa, have never seen this in any place before! The tall woman, who spoke weirdly croatian was rude, as she came to my room every day with some weird reasons and that felt super disturbing! Telly was broken and they told me to not use the air-conditioning during the day, as they needed to test it. I could go on, but I have better things to do.

Old, rundown and uncomfortable. Every part of this “hotel” has been let go. You can sense that the owners don’t care about maintaining the place and are juicing it until the last drop.
Even if this is the only option in your price range DONT DO IT. Pay more or less for any other accommodation because this is not worth it at all.
