A very nice hotel close to the beach. 4km from the centre though. Our room was very clean and nice with a view to the sea.
It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!
Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere
The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the beach and close to several nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay
The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation
Best location on the beach and only 5-10min drive to city centre .
Very clean and spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast
The staff were amazing, the pool and beach area are beautiful and the air con in the building was crispy! Quick water taxi to Stari Grad from the beach area was 2 euro and worth it
Great stay 😊
We had a wonderful stay – everything was just lovely! The room was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was top class. We really enjoyed the pool and bar too
Extra charge for sun loungers on the beach
Extra charge to switch beach towels
Menu and food was not to our taste, heavily into fish and meat or fake meat. Could improve by adding vegetable based dishes
I travelled with my husband and we stayed for 3 nights. It was a great short trip! The resort is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great
This is a great spot for a relaxing and convenient stay
A litle dissapointing
Nice breakfast. The rooms were however really small, very outdated and not so clean. The standard of the resort was in general average. The pictures looked better than the reality.
Very tranquil and lots of things to do. Nice beaches and lots of greenery around. The local food was amazing and had an overall great time.
New and very clean ecovilla,
Convenient and close to the beach.
Many restaurants in the vicinity
The island itself is a jewel, we only stayed 3 days so there are still many things to discover during a future stay in this hotel 🤗 restaurant nearby Bella Vista I recommend it, great service, very good food and what welcome 🤩
I love it so much! I'll come every year from now on. If you're planning a trip, be sure to come in July or August. If you come earlier, it'll be a bit cold. Kids can swim, but adults won't dare.
It is a private house in the forest, so it is great for a vacation. The sea water 100m away is also very clean, so it is good for snorkeling
We injoyed Njivice and Aminess villa very much. It is small fishermans village with lot of greens. Some restourants there deserved our best reviews! Stuff in Amines are soo great, we got free washing of clothes once
It is on the seafront, walking distance from the beach. It is bad that the hotel did not renew its contract with the beach-umbrellas company. The service in their restaurant was lacking
We had a balcony where we could sit and take in the view, the bed was very comfortable indeed and we had all the provisions we needed, including bathrobes and slippers for the lovely pool and spa
Perfect for us from the moment we set foot in the door: service was accomodating (but not overly), room and common areas spacious and well cared for, food delicious and ample, location quite central. Highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful, exuding old world charm. Fantastic view, spacious rooms with high ceilings and tastefully furnished. The staff are super friendly. Excellent value for the money.
This was the most wonderful stay in an elegant hotel along the Croatian Riviera. Our room was sumptuous and luxurious, tastefully decorated with a stunning view over the bay
The hotel is an Austro-Hungarian Empire style building. The rooms are not big but adequate and the service is very good. The hotel's paid parking lot is a bit far away
Also convienenantly located near bus stop for buses to LAPAD region which have less expensive dining options. Besides the buffet, you can order your choice of breakfast, like Egg Benedict, Omellette etc
Nice service as expected from a 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast with terrace seat available. The only downside is that the pool is in the basement floor with dim lighting.
The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was fantastic. It’s within 5min walk to the Old Town and it’s so convenient. It’s also a short drive away from the city area
Breakfast was lavish and served on the terrace which was bright and lovely trees surrounding it. Great indoor pool and sauna and steam room
Thus you can visit the Dubrovnik Old Town during different hours of the day to avoid the crowds and see the Old Town during day time and night time
A distinguished stay at the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik. Timeless elegance, refined service, and exceptional attention to detail
A very cosy hotel in the heart of Cavtat. Beautiful views of the sea and small harbour from the balcony
It's a quiet hotel perfect for couples but children do stay there and are very welcome. I highly recommend the Hotel Cavtat and we will be going back next year
Nice & quiet, excellent staff, they made sure that your stay can be a memorable one. Excellent view and accessibility to public transportation
Rooms are super clean, comfortable beds, nice shower, and I had a great view from the balcony. Wonderful restaurant, great food and chef was very creative. Breakfast was above and beyond satisfying
Great hotel and staff, rooms were clean. My only negative is the fire alarm kept going off and sometimes at 5am which was frustrating but no explanation given
Staff very helpful, a special shout out to the girl at reception who gave me perfect directions to a rather obscure location in Dubrovnik!!
Air conditioning I rooms rubbish, far too hot in august. And our bed was broken on arrival (easily fixed it ourselves). About a 30 minute walk into town. Small pebbly beach less than 5 minutes away
The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel needed some TLC.
Great location, food and service. Staff excelent and friendly. Rooms are clean, but an old era hotel at the top of a hill between pine tree forest....
Very nice place, not from the sea.
Very good service, rooms, and Breakfast. What more do you want out of a Hotel?
Great for a short break by the beach and pool. Older property in villas however value for money was good. Excellent breakfast. Would return
Staff was very good and helpful. Apartment was good. Pools and beach great. Breakfast was very good. Everything went very well.
The pool area is very busy with long waiting lines. A nice ferry from the beach to Rovinj and back
Not a single dull moment for them, playgrounds and pools inside and out, activities all day for every age group from 10 to 21h
The room had a few issues with light switches, the AC has a range no lower than 23°C, which resulted in a bit high temperatures. Our room had a really nice balcony view of the sea, but this doesn't apply for most rooms.
Nice park, a lot of trees which give necessary shade. For disabled people sometimes difficult to get to some parts of the resort. Resort has many activities, pools or rentals. Service is really good and personal
The pools are great, and the toilets by the pools are very convenient. Bar by the pool was not so clean. The beach loungers are free, and the beaches themselves are beautiful
The hotel staff is professional and very friendly
The iced tea tasted like water, and the food was almost always the same with very little variety. The alcohol station was self-service, with no cocktails provided…you had to mix your own drinks in plastic cups
The hotel restaurant had the vibe of a school cafeteria, and it was very loud. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly, and the rooms looked much bigger in the photos than in reality
Also, there was no “do not disturb” sign for the door. The hotel was mostly filled with older people, and there was nothing to do nearby
I was quite disappointed with my stay. In the restaurant there was often no place to sit, which I’ve never experienced before
Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! The hotel is perfectly situated with exquisite views from the predominantly sea facing hotel, advantageously positioned on the side of the steep hill dropping down to the crystal waters of the sea below
however they changed the room the next day, with no problem. The WiFi signal is poor and kept dropping out but that could be a general problem for the area. The pool area is lovely but the pool itself needs retiling
Absolutely stunning! Beautiful location, service was impeccable, and staff were very attentive. Interior design could use an update (linens, tapestry, carpets, etc) but overall a wonderful vacation spot
They were great!
The location is very nice and close to many different tourist areas. We also enjoyed the balcony and views of the water. In addition, they have a nice pool that has great views of the sea
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although a couple of times the Adriatic ended up in the pool, and made it a bit slippery
We cannot wait to come back after renovations are done. I can only imagine what it would be like after they are done!
However, what truly sets Milenij apart from other hotels are the people. The level of service and attention to guests is at the highest possible standard
We are already looking forward to our next stay and continuing our Easter tradition at Hotel Milenij, as well as visiting during the rest of the year
We would also particularly highlight the Argonauti Restaurant, which has impressed us every time with its superb food and overall dining experience
From the moment you arrive, you have the feeling that you are truly welcome and recognised as a guest with a name, not just a room number
The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced, diverse, high-quality, and beautifully presented
Location is amazing, atmosphere and feeling like being at home. All Milenij Hotel staff give their guests the feeling of belonging and importance
- Rooms are really small - Black mould on the corridor on the second floor - Food is not good quality exept pizza and something from the breakfast - Food = some semi finished products (from frozen foods), overcooed pasta - Layout of kitchen area / Too many people storming at once - The sea in front of the hotel is slimy, you have to walk for 5-10 min to a better beach - Elderly people at the hotel...
Benjamin, bar manager, for the wonderful communication and fantastic cocktails. Ivan the"Cricket",pool boy,who always served us with a smile and joke at the pool area
Ratko,Food and Beverage Director, who keeps everything under fantastic control and communicate with us on a daily basics always smiling in an extremely friendly manner, so that we felt realy like at home
On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank the entire staff of the Falkensteiner Hotel Punat for their exceptional and wonderful hospitality. Above all, I would like to thank Ms
Irena, front desk manager, and young smily and polite lady Ms. Lucija for their exceptional efforts regarding our arrival, accommodation, and individual reservations during our stay
In my 15 years career as a hospitality manager position on one of the best five star cruise lines in world, I can only say one thing. This is our second time in Falkenstiner Punat
We were a 10 minute walk from reception, the pool, and the main Verudela Ave, but we were very close (1-3 minute walk to some of the best beaches!) the property is large, but getting around was easy
Recommend a first floor apartment for the best sea views. I would recommend coming prepared for beach activities as the pool was very busy and we therefore spent most of our time at the beach
Beautiful place with lovely pool and views to die for
Everything in one place with a lot of sports opportunities, wellness and very nice beaches. The highlight was the diving center inside the structure. Amazing
Very satisfied with our stay. The property is very big, this being said the walk from the reception to our apartment was quite the walk. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants are delicious.
A little more square footage in the apartment would be nice (we booked a premium 1 bedroom (2+2) and it was a tight fit for a family of three, but overall we loved our stay
Our stay in the Amabilis Hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Especially the view on the Adriatic Sea is so special. Every room faces the ocean so you can enjoy the sun all day
While the buffet selection wasn’t huge, you can order whatever you like, which more than made up for it. We also had lunch at the beach restaurant a few times—the food was excellent, and the prices were very fair
The only thing that was not fully satisfactory, was that the beach was quite small and thus very crowded. All in all a ln outstanding stay at the Amabilis
Definitely worth a try!
One small downside: the hotel has expanded this season, and it seems they’re still adjusting to the increased number of guests
The most spectacular asset is the terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and while we tasted the good seafood, we could watch the sunset
The pool and facilities were excellent and the staff were great and really helped us out when we had trouble with our upcoming travel plans: The only real disappointment was the restaurant
Very nice, clean room with a balcony facing the seaside. Good air conditioner in every room
The hotel needs a refresh! Carpet was thread bare and the stairs leading to the beach were in desperate need of a good cleaning. All little things that add up to a not so good rating
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean
Very nice hotel with beautiful view to Kvarner bay as well as surrounding islands and mountains.
There’s no beach, just a concrete swimming/platform. Avoid the steps into the sea, they’re incredibly slippery (I slipped down two and hurt my back)
Instead turn left from the back of the hotel and walk two minutes to the small pebble beach where you can walk straight into the sea
Everything is great! Hotel is on top location, rooms and beach are very clean, all staff is very, very kind! Food is also very good, every day we have meat, fish, vegetables, salads, cakes and sweets
We had a great stay here during september. We were not sure what to expect but we were not dissapointed. Our room was cozy and clean with balcony and the view of the sea
The location of the bungalows is very good. The beach is close and beautiful. The food was very good and there was enough for everyone.
Staff was very nice, especially receptionists were very helpful. We were also very satisfied with the food, we always were able to choose from what was offered. I think for the price we paid it was great experience
Delicious food, fun for both kids and parents with rich animation programme. There are some light sports activities during the daytime and mini disco and also activities for adults after dinner
Excellent cook from Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina!
I loved looking out onto the Adriatic every morning and at dusk; I loved the breakfasts; and I loved the atmosphere. Nothing to fault with the hotel - and the beauty of Dubrovnik old town at the bottom of a short hill
Room: Clean, comfortable, and featured a beautiful ocean view. Service: Top-notch throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and professional. Parking: Included, which was a great added convenience
Traveled in April 2026 and had a wonderful stay at Bellevue. Location: About a 20-minute walk to Old Town—far enough to be peaceful, yet still very convenient
Breakfast: One of the best we’ve experienced—excellent variety and outstanding quality. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would highly recommend
I really hope to return and will be recommending the Bellevue to everyone
I didn't use it - The outdoor pool wasn't particularly appealing to me, but since the beautiful beach is only 20m away, I didn't mind - The location is great. Close to the beach and absolutely central in the small town
There's also a supermarket very close by, and the hotel reception staff provided me with a copy of the bus timetable for the stop just up the road (it's fairly quick and easy to use the local bus service to go to larger resorts or the city of Rijeka up the coast
) It's very well placed for Moscenicka Draga itself, too, being very much in the middle of the village's sea front, from the hotel I was able to walk up into the mountains behind the hotel quite easily to see the high village of Mala Ucka, and the closer village of Mošćenice helped by the clearly signposted and marked trails, and a copy walking map from the nearby tourist information office
Being outside of school holidays it was mostly older guests while I stayed, and also a few pets, which was nice to see! It looked like they were geared up and ready for kids at other times of year, with special areas/kids club set aside
I didn't use the inside pool at all, but the outside pool was pleasant, and it is a very short walk out of the hotel onto the pebble beach
Beautifully maintained hotel. The food was good and varied enough. It could have been a bit warmer, though. The entertainment was fun for the kids. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marina.
Whilst it’s a 2hr journey we don’t feel enough time would be saved to warrant an expensive private taxi transfer. We had messaged TUI Blue ahead of the holiday to seek an upgrade on our Standard Room to a Sea view room
A nice hotel in a fantastic location right on the sea front
Very much recommended and looking forward to returning next year maybe later in season (see later about pools) Our TUI package holiday flew us into Split Airport – small but spacious, efficient & stress free
The small beach is a public one but easily accessible Food and service is excellent only one criticism - there were no bathroom liquids, sewing kit, shoe shine sponge, shower cap, body lotion, hair conditioner nail file etc
The layout is a bit confusing as it's all built on different levels of the hillside. Beautiful views out to sea, fabulous landscape with stunning views of mountains and the islands beyond
The only thing that let's it down is the expensive drinks. 80 euros! The pool area is lovely but we spent most of our time on the stunning beach
Free parking; the room faces the sea and the city, with stunning views, allowing for both sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is hearty, with hot vegetables, meats, and fruits, all delicious
When you reserve vacation in Hotel Adria, you need to go to wellness and gym. Staff is great, space inside of wellness looks profesional, as well as gym! There is also pool included
This hotel has a great view~ There is also an infinite pool
The view from here is amazing
The staff are very knowledgeable, and a beautiful receptionist even booked and printed out tickets for the Plitvice Lakes. The dinner buffet is also excellent, costing 28 euros for guests, apparently with a 50% discount
The room is clean and the location is far from the old town, but the hotel will help call a taxi so it's ok. The hotel has a good view and is very comfortable. The front desk is very friendly and feels good.
We stay there 3 nights, room with nice wievs, huge room with a really reasonable price, breakfast was really good, friendly service.
If i ever come back to the city i will love to stay again there.
