Beaches are spacious and comfortable. Additional amenities such as the pool, bicycle rentals, SUP boards, and other activities are easily accessible and fun for guests of all ages
Everything was just easy and enjoyable. We returned home full of energy and wonderful memories. Would definitely recommend Petalon to anyone looking for a calm, nature-surrounded seaside holiday in Istria
Does it have the best beaches? No, but it has not one but multiple beach options (for everyone's taste) and there's natural shade on some of them
We especially loved the easy access to the beach and the walking paths along the shoreline. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious, with enough variety to please everyone
All the amenities are there, it's clean and tidy, the food is great and diverse, and most importantly - it has kids entertainment center with content throughout the day/week, incl. swimming courses for 4+ year olds
The staff is friendly and helpful. Poreč and Rovinj are nearby for daily excursions + the dino park in Funtana is surprisingly well done w/ lots of shade. All in all - warm recommendations for families
Crikvenica, Ul. bana Jelacica 2, 51260 Tsrikvenitsa, Primorsko-Gorski Kotar, Horvatiya 🧭 Map
🌞 From seashore 1 min
It is a great weekend gateway, we got offered the apartament instead of the room (for the same price) since we came in late post season. Crikvenica is amazing and the view to the sea from the room is marvelous
The pool and wellness area are also very nice, the gym is well equipped - but the staff is exquisite, we have never experienced this kind of hospitality before - the receptionists, maids and especially the waiters (with whom we had the most contact) were exceptionally kind, complaisant, polite and professional
Beautiful Hotel, we were amazed at the apartament and the interior. Amenities are very nice and the massage is highly recommended. Pool is very nice and there are two Finnish and one Turkish sauna
Nice rooms, cosy beds, great variety for breakfast, polite stuff, clean pool area, spa and saunas working nicely and available whole day. A/C works properly in rooms and rooms are quite and sound insulation is superb
All of them are clean and since we were vising in the November, there was enough room
The two things that can be a bit better: since new building rooms dont have a balcony a retractible wire in the bathroom would be nice for drying towels. Water in a pool could be 2-3 C warmer
We had a wonderful family ( 6. 2 parents with 4 children 17 + ) holiday in Hotel Vis. The location of the hotel is superb. The views from the sea view rooms are magnificent! You literally walk into the beach
eventhough sea looks great the noise at the beach due to constructions going on at the bay and the sewage tank smell, swimming is not tempting
I think we had the best sea view room. It’s actually old hotel but we were lucky we got a newly renovated one. The front receptionist are polite , helpful. Breakfast is many varieties but the taste is so so
Yet the rooms are a good size and for the price b and b it is affordable for families. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again. A safe , stunning views, friendly staff
The outside bar is beautiful with stunning views. The hotel rooms could do with a bit of modernism and if there was music / entertainment in the bar you would never want to leave it
The staff to be highly commended were the cleaning staff who were always smiling and happy. The front desk staff were lovely too. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday
The sea view is particularly beautiful and the room is very large
Great place to stay and food was excellent both for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with excellent service.
Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the not too distant future.
It's a little far from the old town, so you'll need to take the bus or Uber. It takes about 15 minutes and costs about 9 euros.
The rooms are spacious, there are several pools and a rocky beach, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel’s restaurants offer a fairly diverse selection
It was very close to the sea, we could swim in the Adriatic Sea, it was a very nice stay. You can go to the Old Town by bus, so you can enjoy sightseeing and the beach
The only negative point was upon our arrival, when we were given a room overlooking the parking lot, even though we had booked a sea view room. However, the staff quickly made up for it and offered us two alternatives
The initial start of the holiday was a bit shaky as the food was cold, we paid for an all-inclusive holiday, however the holiday was not all inclusive as the Hotel Punto does not offer all-inclusive, Although Thomas Cook sold it as all-inclusive
Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center of Vodice, but not worth its 4 stars
I was charged €6 for three tea bags to make tea in our room. The room initially did not have a kettle. I had to ask for a kettle to be arranged. The fridge in the room wasn't working as well as the light in the room
There were several concerns about the staff not being very welcoming. On day 5 of our 7 day holiday I was chased out of the restaurant told that I'm not allowed to fill up a water bottle
The offer included food in the restaurant but however any drinks must be in the restaurant and only during meal time. Anything outside of dinner times are payable, even the tea
Initially I would not have recommended this hotel but they have redeemed themselves and I can now say that they listened to our concerns and made it better
Loved our stay here. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Loved the pool area and coffee at the beach. Promenade was uncrowded and I walked 90 minutes. Rooms very comfortable
The indoor wellness centre is well designed within the limited space with an indoor pool, hot tub, hot and steam sauna. We felt so relaxed after using the spa amenities
We stayed in a premium room with ocean view, well worth the upgrade as we enjoyed sitting on our balcony mesmerized by the beautiful sea in front of us
The staff were all excellent from the reception front desk, wellness centre to restaurant servers and kitchen staff. Special thanks to Stipe and Jelena for welcoming us. My husband and I would definitely return
We took the half-board - the dinner and breakfast buffets offered a wide selection of delicious cold and hot dishes and desserts
Outstanding staff, great location and exceptional facilities. So good we extended the stay
We had an amazing time at the hotel, the workers were always helpful and welcoming, the room was perfect and the hotel provided a good variety of things on site such as the cave bar or the two swimming pools
One thing I would note is the hotel is 30/40 minutes walk away from the old town or Taxis are about €8
Rooms average and missing some facilities for a five star hotel - small swimming pool, very limited gym and no kettle in room. Odd layout going between two buildings via lots of lifts
com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea. Room was an interior room with no view. com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room
Hotel More is a solid 4-star hotel with all needed facilities. The room is spacious compared with most hotels in Europe
Although the hotel is little far from old town and parking near the old town is very difficult and expensive, utilizing Uber service would be a excellent option that is very quick and the cost is very reasonable (less than €10 each way)
We dined one time at dinner buffet which was nice and the other days maybe ordered some lunch for the menu with our credits or used them at the pool bar or lobby bar. Can't really think anything to complaint about
We had a lovely stay at Places, Makarska. The hotel was very modern with great views and in close proximity to the sea. The restaurants were good in the hotel and there were lots of bars and places to eat nearby
Great hotel, really good concept for the wristband as you get €350 a couple for 7 days can spend at the beach bar, pool restaurant/bar or main bar/restaurant
The outside gazebo's all need new cushions or at least clean ones need new water cushions also was no music only dreary music needs uplifting music didn't see any entertainment maybe end of season but still in needs something
Would recommend paying for pool/partial sea view. Rooms are quite small but fine for two. Don’t have to get buffet you can scan for a la carte menu which they don’t really advertise
You can stay by the pool or there are many walking/cycle routes nearby. The places beach bar is lovely, and the cocktails were great!
A modern hotel with nice amenities like a well equipped gym and a swimming pool. Location is a short walk to the Old Town and next to a public beach. Staff friendly and accommodating
The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive
A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.
A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use
It's a very nice hotel. The staff actively introduce restaurants, all of which are very authentic restaurants.
Had a wonderful meal for NYE. Staff attentive. Room and package a great price.
It’s an amazing place for a holiday. Breathtaking views, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. The staff are hospitable and kind, always ready to help whenever you need
Every day you can enjoy tasty food — lots of fruits, fresh fish, and delicious meat. I am thankful for having such a wonderful vacation in this place
Pool should be more frequently cleaned and restaurant fully supplied everyday. And icecream and iced coffee for ledena should be prepared daily!
This resort looks like it has been built in Tito's era and didn't change since then. With exception of adding WiFi, some rooms have AC and flat screen TVs
There's good access to sea, but if your building is father from see, you may need to go very zig-zag to get to see. Some buildings are not accessible via all entrances. Walking distance from city center
Book and stay only in new appartmens, these are with air condition, all is new. Place around, people here, great. Easy to walk to Jelsa center
The beach is probably the highlight of this hotel, as the water is crystal clear and you have a feeling like youre in heaven. The depth of the water is around 5-6 meters and you can see all the way down
There is a part of the beach for families that is much shallower, and there are other parts which are secluded and very private, while i was here i only saw 3-4 people at most on those ‘hidden’, more secluded parts
In a quiet place, in a beautiful bay, with crystal clear water. Sunbeds are free and comfortable. The hotel staff is pleasant, cultured and always at your service
Firstly the price of the hotel is unmatched, i dont believe there is a cheaper alternative on Hvar that offers both a breakfast, dinner and a private beach
Second, the hotel is older but all of the rooms are clean and well maintained, every room has a seaview, a tv and an air conditioner
For me, a phenomenal choice of hotel, although it is old fashioned and probably needs renovation by today's guest standards, but the rooms are clean, have air conditioning, everything works and I had no complaints
It was an incredible expirience, the hotel is near the beach and you have access to the pools as well
We had a great time, food was excellent, especially dinner-would come back any time because of this. The location is really good, close to beach and shops, marina, restaurants
We stayed at the hotel for three days in June, but managed to enjoy the incredible view of the sea from the room and also just relax
Got a room that smelled of smoke, got a different room the next day,
Very small bathroom with almost no storage space,
Every time you took a shower the floor was full of water because the door seal was leaky, the wash basin tap was so short that you couldn't wash your fingers without the water spilling over the edge, no information about things that can be used in the hotel and the 2 other hotels that...
parking is slightly complicated, we could park approx 200m away in the hotel’s parking lot, but in the end it wasn’t a big setback. Staff was always kind and smiling, room cleaned every day, towels changed as well
Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel: the girls at the reception helped us with all the questions, thanks for the food, for us it was excellent, and also thanks for the cleanliness of the rooms
The resort isn't exactly new, but the location is great and the views are beautiful! There's a nice, large pool, plenty of rocky beaches, and there are nice beaches on both sides of the resort, as well as a shop and restaurants on site
Lovely place for a quiet time.
walking distance to various beach bars and some restaurants.
Short taxi ride into Pula Harbour
Aparthotel with all the necessary amenities. Ideal for a stay with friends/family and even as a couple
Excelend apartman see wiew, clean, quiet accomodation... close vehicle parking...
Is been so good so far
Good locations the sunset is beautiful from my place
It turned out to be much better than it seemed at first glance
The breakfast buffet was the best selection we have ever experienced , the hotel cleanliness was exceptional. A brilliant location too, on the beach with a private area for guests and €7 sun loungers
Excellent location, friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. We didn’t have any issues at all but I’m sure the staff would have quickly and easily sorted anything out.
The breakfast catered for a few different nationalities but was always hot and varied. This hotel is on the beach and central to all the bars and restaurants
It was first time when I arrive somewhere and I didn’t have this urge to clean everything before I use for example a shower or a toilet. The airco is working very good. There’s small fridge, towels, shower gel, soap
Full recommendations for Hotel Plaža. Everything was really good, rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. And the best part - food! Everything I tried was delicious.
First time at this hotel and was really surprised with all aspects. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and are very modern. Good strong WiFi, safety deposit box and plenty of wardrobe space
If it's restaurant quality food you want then go to a restaurant! Pool area small but not a towel-on-bed-all-day type of place. Very close to everything, lovely atmosphere, beautiful area
Nice old style hotel and most of the stuff.... Close to beach
Because in that bay all of the hotels is one company, they organised show like: kid show, rock concert and sport competition, and they were very very great. That was my favorite activity
It’s been a great holiday! The staff were kind, the food was better than I expected and we had a great time there. We were on a 7 day holiday as a family
Could you please check this? There are no other means of contacting you apart from calling the phone number, which would incur international charges
Unfortunately the escalator didn’t work, so we had to use the stairs with our so many package. The best part was the shows at night
Rooms: cleaned daily fridge toiletries hairdryer and free safe plenty of storage space and air con. We had a pool view and sea view. There is no kettle but I took my own
Restaurant: we couldn’t fault the food plenty of choice never went hungry. Pool: nice refreshing pool same level all over. You could change pool towels throughout the day
Nice and friendly staff, they’re all very kind. The hotel itself could use little renovation, carpets are old and dated. Also they could put as information that the hotel pool is for non swimmers
Location excellent, breakfast and evening meal both very good. Rooms facing the pool were ok , and the staff service was exemplary
Doesn’t seem enough sun loungers for amount of guests. We think we were the only English there but that didn’t both us. All staff were polite and friendly. Would definitely return and would recommend
Overall, it's a very good hotel, the rooms could use renovation, but otherwise they are fine. The mattress in the room should be changed more often, because it was quite worn
Our room was upgraded at our arrival. The room was clean with a beautiful view to the sea. Breakfast was good with variety. We choose this hotel because of the possibilities for going both to the beach and the pools
This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool
We stayed in a beautiful sea view suite for my sisters 40th. We had a small lounge area, huge bathroom and bedroom and a lovely quiet balcony
It was therefore a big surprise that the beach chairs at the beach that belong to the hotel are not free of use for the guests. We had to pay 10 euros for each chair, just because we wanted to stay at the beach
The area is gorgeous and the walk along the waterside to Srebreno was fab, I did the walk every morning for exercise and what a view all the way! Also very easy to take water taxi to Dubrovnik which leaves from the small harbour outside the hotel
What a lovely hotel! The location is fantastic and staff are really really nice. Breakfast is absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10.
Coming to the end of the season so some of the area around the hotel was showing a bit of wear and tear, (decking on walk to private beach)
I love it here the beach is impeccable, it’s so serene! The place is clean and staff friendly
Room was quiet, good sound proofing from windows, bed very comfortable. Evening meals in both restaurants were of a high quality and at times outstanding. Private beach was clean with amazing clear water
Reception staff were very nice and helpful in dealing with broken light and sink. Unfortunately, we visited at the end of the season and lots of the spa facilities were broken
There were weeds everywhere in the lovely but poorly maintained grounds. Day trip boats pull up by the beach resort and use the ‘private’ beach and sun beds, which I found strange, as no one stoped them
Of course I’d go again hopefully the gym is upgraded next time
On the positive side, I would highlight the very good location of the hotel, as well as the fact that the staff did their job well and cleanliness was adequate. Unfortunately, we also faced several inconveniences
Hotel is good enough, very close to the beach and shops etc. Only down side is there is no lift and only air conditioning in the bedroom. We arrived and it was a heat wave, 40 degrees
Desserts were only brought upon request (the “lemonade” and water were just decorated with fruit, the coffee didn’t taste like coffee, and one of the chocolate cakes was actually spicy)
The chef’s performance deserves only 2/5 stars. Honestly, it’s only worth booking breakfast here!! Really! In addition, the lack of hot water while showering was very unpleasant
Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs which was very hard going. All in all nice hotel though with friendly atmosphere for families
Overall, the location and cleanliness of the hotel were fine, but the level of service still leaves much to be desired
2 Pools were beautiful and overlooked ocean. The poke bowl lunch cafe on beach Was delicious ! U can even sit on a canal a on ocean on the rocks. We stayed one night in Hvar but then 3 nights at this exquisite hotel
We loved our 3D2N stay at Maslina. " Here’s the real highlight reel: • Top Tier Cocktails: You have to try the Lavender Spritz and the Maslinca. They are super unique and taste like the island in a glass
It is a 35 -40 min drive to Hvar where all the action is, also a 50 euro change. however , from hotel you can walk to Stari Grad a very beautiful and bustling town for dinner, the vibe is not as chaotic
Honestly, it was a bit pricey for us as a young couple, but the atmosphere is so relaxing that we left feeling completely recharged. • Wooden Bikes: Their signature bikes are so cool
Whether relaxing by the pool beach to the spa, we highly recommend
The pools are beautiful and while it was too windy to enjoy while we were there, the loungers set on the rocks overlooking the Adriatic would have been a unique place to catch some sun
