Congiere, restaurant staff, house keeping and actually all staff provide exceptional customer service!!!! The only iissue I had is with head office transfer team who booked shuttle taxi for the wrong day…… I ended waiting for 2 hrs for pick to the resort, staff at the resort more than made up for head office error

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. My favourite hotel once I'd worked how to minimise dangerous steps. Lovely pool, pool staff & new Manageress Ivana (to whom I sent an email) Housekeeping a bit haphazard ... Sorry they lost the Bank supporting their non-functioning ATM. It recognised me but failed to deliver the €150 requested, so tipping was limited.

Good value for money, relatively pleasant rooms, accommodating service, food - surprisingly - good with varied menus, nice beaches, not overcrowded. The only minus is lack of activities for people who prefer active holidays. We will likely return for a shorter holiday.

Last visited 94- it’s been done up since then. A bit out in the sticks. Get uber from trogir about 6 e, cab from rank about 25!!! 1 hour walk- flat. Rooms on small side. Showers really good. Views lovely from upper floor rooms- I was on 6th. No gym. Pizza joint onsite closed. Nearest beach bar closed. Perhaps a seasonal thing. Staff- professional- first class. Review of our stay as a couple at Valamar Tamaris hotel mid september 2025. The hotel looks nice and the complex is situated in a beautiful green environment with lots of trees and nice flowers. Lots to do and fantastic food/drink. Kids club is adequate and there are other kid activities in the evening. Surprised that everything else costs extra. The inflatable on water, sunbeds/umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. That being said, it had a hefty price tag. Dogs are 30€/nt each and if you get a villa, there is a substantial stroll in the weather.

This is a heaven for kids: animation team is doing their best to make sure kids are entertained and parents are having the best vacation possible. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the location is ideal – quiet but still central. Breakfast was varied and of good quality!! We stayed at the Valamar Tamaris Resort all-inclusive hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maro Club was a great place for the kids and to earn some points and get some presents. Gabrijel, Ivona and Patricija. Food was deilcious and well organized. Spacious room we had and no noise at all. We would be happy to go back again to a Valamar location.

Very helpful reservation team, they provided us with the exact room wanted, excellent food, great children program, unfortunately rooms were not cleaned well, not vacuumed at all, 2 old filthy carpets on the floor.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. We had a chance to see a hotel room, which I personaly wouldn't like to sleep in ( we fortunatelly stayed in an another hotel). You could feel the atmosfere of socializm, the rooms were dated as well as the lobby and the restaurant. The location of the hotel is good, near the beach and about an 1 km from the city center. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. older but well-maintained hotel, perfect pastries for breakfast, good all inclusive (drinks and food all day), wonderful new wellness, helpful staff. in some rooms the air conditioning was not working properly. the staff was helpful and changed the room to a better one with good air conditioning

Excellent hotel.. ledt my passport and moneybin drawer in room by mistake one day was untouched ... nothing was too much trouble there

went all inclusive. plenty of varity of food all areas spotlessly clean. staff friendly and eager to help. would be nice to have tea and coffee in room
