This is my second year in a row staying at Hotel Niko, and already my fourth time here—and for good reason! Each visit just confirms why I keep coming back: the warmth, the hospitality, and the incredible people who work here

My stay at Hotel Niko in Šibenik was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that immediately made me feel valued as a guest

I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and food. Hotel Niko offers tremendous value while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality

My room was impeccably clean, cozy, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere

Amazing experience as always! Been coming to Amadria Park for a few years already, but Hotel Niko stole our hearts. The staff are professional and accommodating, especially grateful for Damjan and Marija

A beautifully signed, personalized postcard and some of the finest Croatian chocolate were waiting for me—a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel's commitment to outstanding hospitality

Bloody Mary and champagne for breakfast, picturesque view from the room, magnificent jacuzzi, sea water in the pools, hammam - I recommend!

Room was great, clean and spacious. Hotel is ok, indoor pools gets crowded in the afternoon. Evening music was a disaster, please change the "singer" (Tin).

When we asked, they simply advised us to “do the same. ” Locals and non-guests climb over the fence from the walking path and use both the pool and beach loungers

In the following days, we realized guests wake up early just to claim sunbeds, then leave for hours. Signs say towels will be removed after 30 mins, but staff didn’t enforce it

At check-in (3 PM), we headed to the beach area, only to find all loungers “reserved” with towels but not a single person present

I won’t return — but if you’re looking for a free beach day, apparently all you need to do is jump the fence

The staff were one of the highlights of my stay—professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. Their positive attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience

The hotel facilities were also very good, and everything worked as expected. Whether it was the common areas, dining options, or overall ambiance, everything contributed to a pleasant and stress-free stay

The spa was spotless clean and the breakfast full with choices. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere

Loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and speak a variety of international languages. Breakfast room was a bit chaotic and not very exciting. Over all a great holiday place

I recently stayed at Adriatic Resort for three days, and I had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and very enjoyable

It has many outdoor pools and Jacuzzi plus an indoor spa and gym and there are some nice walks around the coastline plus a small private beach with views across to Italy and Slovenia

Great staff with delicious food at both the evening and morning buffet! Unfortunately due to the time of our visit (4days before closing for the season) a lot of the bar/dining options were closed and the outdoor pool/hot tub was cold/out of service

Regardless, we booked and arrived and ended up spending fabulous 9 days! Everything was just perfect, room, food, cleanliness, beach, sea and staff

The water is crystal clear, very peaceful place to stay! The rooms and overall everything at the resort is very clean, the beds comfortable, as well as comfortable lying chairs at the pool! All the staff was kind and helpful, the food was amaziiiiingly delicious! There was more than we could eat 😄 the wifi was super fas everywhere also! The food is also good, delicious and there is something for everyone. The beach is right next to the hotel, sun beds can be booked in advance for 15 euro/set

From the quality of the food to the seamless service, reflects a commitment to excellence. It’s the kind of place where everything just works—and where you leave already thinking about when you can return

Food was lovely, not sure what everyone was complaining about as there was lots of choice for everyone and it was delicious. I imagine it gets quite repetitive if staying for 2 weeks but we didn't have a problem

We had a swim up room which was amazing as we would recommend getting one if you can as it was just luxury. It was rather cold so we only went in once but still worth it for the view

Coffee was very nice from the coffee bar. Cocktails were bad, possibly the only thing letting this hotel down, we tried every single one of the cocktails and they were all horrible

I would be remiss not to give special thanks to our incredible meal servers : Gabriel, Aldana, Mariana, Cecilia, Alejandro, Werver and Laura (what a fantastic team!)

To the inspired chef- Soufian, and the dining room manager , Ivicia (Papa!). Front desk mother and son team- Źeljana and Jure- so warm and helpful

Excellent hotel , very good staff ,great food and drink. Very comfortably rooms with fresh towels every day. Nice pool and spa and very good cocktails

Additionally, there were no toilets near the pool area or the dining/reception area; the only available toilets were inside the rooms, which was very inconvenient. The food was acceptable, but far from impressive

I have just had one of the best facials at the wellness spa in the Malin. I felt very well looked after by E n I s a. Thank you for looking after me so well. I would also recommend having a massage

Love this hotel, great location. I like the most animator Nika. She is great with kids and very dear and friendly. Every day is happy and in a good mood

Would stay again in this area as plenty to see and a visit to the falls is a must. , a long walk involved but worth it

There were several beaches to choose from, all stunningly beautiful and clean. Sun loungers were 30 kuna each. There were also 3 swimming pools: one outdoor for children, one outdoor for adults, and one indoor for adults

This hotel itself is very nice but the location is also the star. It sits on an incredible seaside walkway that has incredible beaches and views

The road down to the town and hotel was narrow and winding but well worth it! Great breakfast and beautiful pool areas. We went in October so we missed the crowds which was wonderful

The breakfast quality is average, and the value for money is quite low. However, since it's located near one of Europe's top beaches, focus on the beach and don't expect too much from the hotel

Hotel and rooms are execptional, clean, friendly staff - lovely people working here - the One Best of Best Chefs who prepares meals - Miss Sultana deserves not only payrise but also promotion because that kind, professional and caring person for others deserves being treated as a valuable Chef - managements shall consider things like this - best employees flee if they are not paid the way they deserve...

Updated room with great view of the sea. Beachfront property on some of the nicest stretch of beach in Croatia. Close to restaurants, shops, market, bakery, atm, marina, boat rentals and excursions

Great hotel in Dubrovnik… fabulous pool area. Very close and easy to get to the Gruz Port for cruise transfer.

Hotel was fine. Not the best location for Old Town but they readily call taxis. The pool area was nice but the pool was freezing on an 85 degree day. Rooms were nice...view was nothing special

I had a wonderful2 nights stay at Hotel Lero in Dubrovnik. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and you can immediately notice how well everything is maintained

And now the most beautiful part of our stay: we came to Dubrovnik for a short birthday trip, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday card and a cake waiting in our room when we returned from a walk

Room was good and the shower pressure was great. Dog friendly rooms at additional 15 euros but do note that no dogs allowed in the dining hall if you do opt for half board or just breakfast

The staff are excellent—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast and dinner were superb, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food

The mountainous backdrop is gorgeous, beautiful beach right outside the hotel, fantastic spa facilities, food variety, each night something different to choose from, the food very high quality

My family has stayed here many times. The rooms could use some updating but overall very clean, great service and the staff are so kind! Lovely pool area and location is great!

A place to go in Makarska Riviera Excellent value for money out-of-season. Probably the best location in Croatia, on Makarska Riviera, but less crowded than Makarska itself

It’s correct that the hotel is of a slightly older style, but it is perfectly maintained and has an excellent Spa and pool complex

Even the included drinks and wine were great

My wife has a number of food allergies and can’t eat dairy and the Restaurant Manager was amazing and specially sourced Goats Cheese and Kefia just for her! We’ve been fortunate enough to have had over 50 years of travelling all around the world, staying in some wonderful five star hotels but never had that before anywhere

You can use sunbeds on the beach for free but they are a bit further away from the sea. It looks as if whatever can be sold in Croatia will be sold as you can't enjoy a view without paying for it

We had a very nice stay at Maslinica. We already plan our next visit😃 our first trip to Croatia but not the last one.

They are tiny and they don't have a balcony or a terrace so the experience of having such a room is not great. I spoke to two people who upgraded to better rooms with the balcony/terrace and a sea view

You cannot have your coffee in the morning there either as the only way to use is to buy something from very overpriced bar. When you arrive at the hotel there is no warm welcome or any welcome at al unfortunately

All these upselling of things which is a part of the hotel experience in the majority of other countries is irritating to say the least. On the first night at the hotel people were not allowed to use a terrace

Croatia is a mesmirisingly beautiful country and it is really nice to visit it and enjoy its beauty. The hotel is situated in a small place called Rabac and overall I had a wonderful time there

Good location near bus station, beach a'd city center. Summing pool is nice. Quite rooms and comfortable. Good welcoming and food is just great 😍🍰! Love it. Surely I will be back and its my best location in Zadar.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool

Great location, right by the beach and not far from the central bus station and the city center. The rooms are neat and the bathroom is clean. The receptionists and the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful

It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times

The facilities are simply the most comprehensive I've ever experienced in Europe, with two full gyms, four swimming pools, and direct access to the sea

The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it! Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink

Sitting in the room to watch the sunrise and sunset is simply amazing! The hotel gym is fully equipped with equipment, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. After dinner, you can experience it

Taking into account that this is a 3 star hotel, I think that it was a good offer. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, just a short walk away. Parking is included in the hotel price

Room and hotel was always clean and tidy. I mean the food was so good and versatile that l come back from holiday a bit heavier. I think this is the best beach for kids in the world

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely

Beach is clean with enough shade and space. Pool seemed ok, but never used it. Or 20 minutes by tourist train (30 kuna per person) or bus (10 kuna one way ticket). Don't expect many shopping oportunities near hotel

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Nothing bad to say about here at all

All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food

The resort had just opened for the season so was very quiet (which was a good thing!). The facilities were excellent with 3 pools and access to a beach for swimming too

You can also make use of the hotel’s kayaks, paddleboards, and water park. It’s a truly lovely place to go for a swim. There are also three pools, but we didn’t make use of those as, well, the sea is just there

We were upgraded to a Forrest cottage with shared pool. Immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Read a few negative reviews about the food before going but we never had any issues with it

Not that that’s a reason to knock stars off; I’m just saying. The location is delightful, the views from the restaurant are stunning, and access to the sea is easy

Had an amazing 10 day stay here beginning of September. Great location set in the forrest but only a 20 min walk into Milna. Staff were all lovely and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay

The hotel is in excellent location near beaches and surrounded with lots of trees, giving natural shade and keeps heat away

one staff member was very kind though, the man welcoming us at meals was friend and remembered our names immediately, his name was Hero. the pool was nice, sizeable and a good temperature

Everything was great, food, pool, rooms, cleaning and changing towels every day, every employee is trying to please guest. And beach Brulo is wonderful!

They provided a mini bar fridge, something that was missing in the rooms, which is handy when traveling with kids. The only thing that was missing is to have an early morning coffee, but we survived without it :)

Food was amazing, and having breakfast and lunch gives you freedom to get to Porec or any other close by towns to enjoy dinner at some really amazing restaurants

most of the staff were rude and unwelcoming, with dirty looks regularly, in one instance a bar staff member made a mojito just rum and sparkling water, no mint and lime, then when asking for mint she marched off and then came back and just put it in her hand with yet again a dirty look

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from several attractions in the old town and convenient for evening shopping in the city center. Given the location, I'd definitely book this hotel again

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate

Seeing them scurrying around right in front of you was a bit surprising and a bit unsettling. I imagine other hotels in the area might have ants too, and I doubt the hotel has any solutions

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s

You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season

Great for little children as the bay is very safe for swimming. Really nice in door heated pool and spa. Biograd town is lovely ,lots of supermarkets within walking distance of each other

Many would reserve multiple spots using towels and sunbeds, sometimes placing them in two or three different shaded areas, up to 30 meters apart, leaving little room for others

Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.
