Hotels on first line in Croatia

Stayed in 2022 with our 1 and a half yr old! The 1st room was across from the main hotel! It was ok, but not big enough for 3!! We then moved to another room facing the sea! Lovely room very well presented and furnished! This was excellent room for the money! I’d be really annoyed if we stayed in the first room for the entire time for the cost of the room! It has a family pool out the back! Nothing...

Checkin was a little long but rewarded with bubbly champagne! Got upgraded to loft with jacuzzi. Hotel with a view of the sea and very nice complete facility. 2 pools available but main pool always packed

Main building is Lovely. Overall decoration done in style. Main Swimming pool cleanliness can be improved. Some debris and leaves at bottom. Breakfast Egg Benedict done to perfection, a must have.

Just 20 minutes walk from the old town , probably the best choice if you want to enjoy a nice pool and good spa as well

I had a great relaxed vacation, just what I needed. i came alone to run away from everyday life and i had a nice clean room view jacuzzi, great service. Airport is close and taxi cost 90kn. Be carful not to pay much more

I stayed for my 30th Birthday with my partner and had a fantastic time! The staff are super friendly and hospitable! Prime location and excellent facilities! I will definitely be back!

The proximity of the port is certainly not in favor, but they still managed to organize the beach so that swimming is comfortable. We enjoyed our staying very much

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Very central location and parking wasn’t far away and not expensive. Only downside was our room was a little small and don’t have tea/coffee making facilities

We kept extending our stay in order to have a massage, but as we enquired each day they were full. We're coming back here again for sure. Also the restaurant next door had amazing food and service

Beautiful Croatia, the ocean you will never forget. The hotel is in a great location, right in the center with very convenient transportation, and there are many local delicacies to try around.

I didn't use it - The outdoor pool wasn't particularly appealing to me, but since the beautiful beach is only 20m away, I didn't mind - The location is great. Close to the beach and absolutely central in the small town

There's also a supermarket very close by, and the hotel reception staff provided me with a copy of the bus timetable for the stop just up the road (it's fairly quick and easy to use the local bus service to go to larger resorts or the city of Rijeka up the coast

) It's very well placed for Moscenicka Draga itself, too, being very much in the middle of the village's sea front, from the hotel I was able to walk up into the mountains behind the hotel quite easily to see the high village of Mala Ucka, and the closer village of Mošćenice helped by the clearly signposted and marked trails, and a copy walking map from the nearby tourist information office

Being outside of school holidays it was mostly older guests while I stayed, and also a few pets, which was nice to see! It looked like they were geared up and ready for kids at other times of year, with special areas/kids club set aside

I didn't use the inside pool at all, but the outside pool was pleasant, and it is a very short walk out of the hotel onto the pebble beach

Beautifully maintained hotel. The food was good and varied enough. It could have been a bit warmer, though. The entertainment was fun for the kids. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marina.

It is a beautiful hotel and we highly recommend it! We loved the location of the hotel with the small beach right next door where we enjoyed swimming in the beautiful sea

Beach for swimming is a minutes walk and behind the hotel are some great walks with paths to Nugal beach. The seafront is on your doorstep and only a 5 minute walk to the old town

Great location and great seaview. We had a room on 4/F with a small balcony and I sat there to enjoy the view for hours. We parked our rental car right in front of the hotel which cost EUR 11 for a night

The exit of the hotel is right on the promenade, the beach is 5-7 minutes. There is the supermarket near the hotel. Were two times, both times excellent!

We had halfboard, it was only buffet , the food was good the only thing we kissé is the glutenfree stuff jn the morning, but we bought from the store ( its about 50m from the hotel) for this price it was really 5 stars

Air conditioning, internet, hot water - it works) Settled in a room with a sea view, it is indescribable! The room has a balcony with table and chairs, you can sit for hours with a bottle of wine or smth) The food is good, in addition, the hotel has its own pizzeria

Very nice-kind staff, room clean , ( sadly the people in stores generally unfriendly , seems they have enough from the turists. ) but in the hotel they were really friendly and smiley

Of course there are many higher class hotels ect but you would definetly pay much much much more

Nice hotel for a short vacation from autumn to spring. It is open whole year, but in summer it is too crowded and there is too little of nice beaches

If you want a very local-feeling hotel, this fits the bill. Beach area is concrete w/lounge chairs. Check-in person was very gracious but evening person was the opposite

Great place to stay and food was excellent both for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the not too distant future.

It's a little far from the old town, so you'll need to take the bus or Uber. It takes about 15 minutes and costs about 9 euros.

The rooms are spacious, there are several pools and a rocky beach, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel’s restaurants offer a fairly diverse selection

It was very close to the sea, we could swim in the Adriatic Sea, it was a very nice stay. You can go to the Old Town by bus, so you can enjoy sightseeing and the beach

The only negative point was upon our arrival, when we were given a room overlooking the parking lot, even though we had booked a sea view room. However, the staff quickly made up for it and offered us two alternatives

Villas very tidy, comfort and spacious. Food and service is amazing. My child loved the pool, especially small one. Ice cream one of the best I ever tried.

If we were to stay again we would make sure it wasn't right at end of the season. Our airport pickup with jet2 wasn't for several hours after we needed to leave

Particular highlights were the pool and slides, outdoor cinema, kids disco and facilities in the fantastic Maro club. We could not fault any part of this holiday and would highly recommend Valamar Amicor

The only downfall to our stay was our last day fell on the day the resort was closing for the season. This added to what felt like a rushed and pushy checkout

All in all, our staying was a lovely one. The place is definitely designed for family w kids. If you are looking for an option to disconnect and allow your children to have an active water time, I recommend the place

An incredible resort! Fantastic well appointed and immaculate villas in beautiful surroundings. A short walk into the lovely town of Stari Grad, also accessible by a very convenient water taxi

There are I believe 4 sea view rooms with sun canopy’s but only two work. There seems to be no provision in this hotel to get anything fixed that isn’t working

We booked for a mountain view, and on check in we realised they upgraded us to an ocean view. Excellent location and restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great property in the centre of the Marina, book oarking in advance or ask for directions pre arrivung in busy months but relatively easy. Perfect location for all of the town and a greatvplace to visit.

A solid option for a one-night stay. The location right by the water is fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent

We have just returned from Hotel Biokovo and it is definitely not a 4* hotel. The location is excellent on the harbour front within easy reach of the town and beach

Compact hotel building, but big enough room. Access to the roof from the room as a bonus. Strange shower without a head holder.

Staff were kind and helpful when needed. Having a breakfast option was a nice way to start the day.

It is a small hotel but it’s lovely. Very central with great staff who were very helpful. We left our luggage whilst we explored like lots of other people! The breakfast was very good with lots of choices

The bed was very comfortable, the room cool and quiet. Taxis too and from airport were very expensive, I think we were ripped off! Catch bus instead if you can!

I was also able to upgrade to a room with a bathtub for one of my three nights (for an additional fee), but unfortunately the bathtub didn't hold enough hot water, so I wasn't able to enjoy a long soak

The staff were all very friendly, and although there was no electric kettle in the room, they were able to lend me one

Beautiful and quiet campsite, which has a beautiful beach on the gulf, the beach is made of white pebbles and on the side there is a beautiful cliff, also excellent for snorkeling and relaxation! The campsite is very quiet and super clean, bathrooms are super private and secluded, everything very relaxing! I recommend it! (I stayed in the camper pitch)! Prices are a bit high though

The breakfast in the package is hideous, better not get breakfast included in the package and have breakfast at the bar&restaurant by the beach instead service and breakfast is much better there

The room was very nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach and outdoor area were very well maintained.

After much deliberation, we decided on the Centinera Resort because we booked very late and the location right by the sea had convinced us. We booked directly through the resort

Inside, however, we were in a more positive mood; everything was clean and inviting. There are two balconies with a side view of the sea, but unfortunately they are too small

We stayed this hotel for 6 days, we booked land view room, but the kind receptionist lady upgraded our room to a seaview room. Breakfest was delicious, the rooms also perfect

This is a three star hotel so I shell look at it as a three star hotel. The rooms are decent, the half board buffet breakfast and dinner has a wide selection of different dishes from fruits to seafood

In the heart of Draga Had a wonderful stay. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a wonderful sea view. The staff was very friendly. And the location is as good as it gets.

Parking is not available at the hotel and in the city center a 10 EUR/day parking fee has to be payed. The beach is located 1 minute away from the hotel

A simple, but very clean hotel with helpful staff and a very good location. The food is great and varied. It is a very good place to have a rest with your family. Everything was great.

The beach is probably the highlight of this hotel, as the water is crystal clear and you have a feeling like youre in heaven. The depth of the water is around 5-6 meters and you can see all the way down

There is a part of the beach for families that is much shallower, and there are other parts which are secluded and very private, while i was here i only saw 3-4 people at most on those ‘hidden’, more secluded parts

In a quiet place, in a beautiful bay, with crystal clear water. Sunbeds are free and comfortable. The hotel staff is pleasant, cultured and always at your service

Firstly the price of the hotel is unmatched, i dont believe there is a cheaper alternative on Hvar that offers both a breakfast, dinner and a private beach

Second, the hotel is older but all of the rooms are clean and well maintained, every room has a seaview, a tv and an air conditioner

For me, a phenomenal choice of hotel, although it is old fashioned and probably needs renovation by today's guest standards, but the rooms are clean, have air conditioning, everything works and I had no complaints

It was an incredible expirience, the hotel is near the beach and you have access to the pools as well

Got a room that smelled of smoke, got a different room the next day, Very small bathroom with almost no storage space, Every time you took a shower the floor was full of water because the door seal was leaky, the wash basin tap was so short that you couldn't wash your fingers without the water spilling over the edge, no information about things that can be used in the hotel and the 2 other hotels that...

parking is slightly complicated, we could park approx 200m away in the hotel’s parking lot, but in the end it wasn’t a big setback. Staff was always kind and smiling, room cleaned every day, towels changed as well

Villa Dubrovnik is an absolutely magnificent property. They pay attention to every detail and the service is impeccable. From the arrival to the check out, everything was done with the utmost care

The restaurant here had the best food i had the entire trip. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The fews were also so gorgeous from the room and from the restaurant. It’s also an easy little walk to the old town

The beautifully renovated Villa Dubrovnik is a place that seeps into your soul. The staff are so friendly and you will feel like the most important guest. The views are incredible and the rooms are perfection!

One of two hotels on island! Located in port by the sea. Built in second half of 20th century not seriously renovated for decades! We had a room facing forest which is recently soft renovated

I will write a review for the first time halfway through our stay here. My husband and I come to this hotel every year for a summer vacation, now we have taken 7 days

Apart from the hotel, we use the sunbeds on the nearby beach every day, and as guests of the hotel we pay an extremely favorable price of 5 euros. We also have bicycles and an electric car at a 50 percent discount

Room is comfortable and big enough with nice balcony! Cleanliness of the room and hotel is very good

The restaurant is spacious, beautifully decorated with a beautiful terrace by the sea. The rooms are renovated, have excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and a beautiful terrace

There aren’t natural sandy beaches (though some other resorts have created man-made ones), but Sipan’s pebbly beaches and rocky coastline are still gorgeous with crystal clear water, amazing swimming, and kayaking! Also bring shoes for the pretty hiking trails

Stayed here last May and will be there again this May. Delicious breakfasts with eggs to your liking, we’d recommend the omelettes

Lunch and dinner options were equally delicious, we tried everything on the menu over the week, my personal favourite was the Caesar salad

Katarina very generously gave us a room upgrade last time , so we’ve booked a room with balcony and sea view this time. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean with daily refreshes

The meals are generous and my husband said later in the week, that he’s forgotten what it feels like to be hungry! 😆 The pool is very cold, so be prepared. It’s a shame it can’t be heated

They don’t accept direct tips but you can pop your tips in a large wooden box in the kitchen area either daily or at the end of your stay. Even the cleaning staff don’t take money you leave out for them in the room

Hotel is close to the beach. Great view over the sea, super swimming pool with normal water.

We have been one week in the Hotel in July 2020. The location of the hotel is very good. The view to the see is fantastic. Snezana in the restaurant was always smiling and singing serving the guest

The mother and two black kids and a red one are dying in the hot weather from thirtsty and hungry

The rooms are clean. Food was good. Im happy that I can visit the Podgora small city in Croatia. The hotel was build in 60s so small renovation will be nice. The employees was nice.
