I said I would use the public parking lot, but there was no space available, so I parked about 1 km away. It was inconvenient that bottled water was not provided in the room. Other than that, there was nothing particularly bad.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, while the outside may not look like much, the inside is absolutely awesome. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the main promenade, and we felt completely safe walking back at night. Its clean and tidy although the host needs you to confirm a lot of information about arrival so that they can meet you so you need to keep that in mind. It is on the edge of the old town, within walking distance of everything, and parking spaces are available. The view is the biggest highlight. The view outside the window is so beautiful, with a panoramic view of the bay and the old town. It is worth recommending 👍

Check-in and parking were a bit complicated, but I was able to park on the hotel property during my stay, and the room was very comfortable. The view of Split's sunset and nightlife from my room was particularly beautiful. The hotel was modern, with ample outlets and everything I needed. The view of Split city from the hotel was breathtaking, making it even more recommended!

The wifi is sometimes good, sometimes bad. The bed and the room is comfortable. There are bugs and mosquitos in the environment around the hotel. Recommended to bring a bug and mosquito repellent liquid. I got 10 bites per 5 minute. Food is good.

For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk. It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10. Choose your preferred method. Located in the old town, it is ideal for sightseeing. The owner was also kind and I was able to check in safely even though it was late at night. However, the room was small, which was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if all hotels in the old town in Croatia are the same, but you cannot store your luggage after check-out, so you have to stop by the luggage storage center, which costs extra.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was excellent, with several types of bread, yogurt, milk, juice, and scrambled eggs. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. The other crew helped me for renting bicycle. The breakfast was great especially coffee and egg omelet. Room was spacious and classic, I liked electric blinds.

Friendly and helpful staff, got an upgrade. Lovely room but many stairs, if that is a problem book a room at a lower floor. Especially if you have much luggage. Parking is about 15 min away, EUR15/day. Right by the Promenade, beautiful view. Close to everything, great place to stay!

A group of us stayed in 2 of the apartments away from the hotel. Very clean & well furnished. Free wine in both rooms, beer in the fridge :-)

Anna at the check-in was so helpful- walked us to our room (in the Annex Building) and was very accommodating. The pre-arranged p/up at the airport was very efficient, driver was excellent.

Kind of mixed feelings about this place. The owner is very nice and the location and value are great. But! There's like no sound separation. Like, none at all. I could hear conversations from the other room as if they were right next to me. I couldn't have conversations in my room without disturbing other folks. I've heard most of old town is like this, just be aware!

A wonderful apartment to stay in while exploring the city of Split! We stayed in the loft apartment room which was comfortable, cosy and instantly felt like home. This room had it's own small, well stocked kitchenette as well as access to the main kitchen in the main area. We had a great stay at Villa Klara. The whole place is newly renovated and looks very stylish. It’s full of plants and flowers, which makes it feel really nice and relaxing. The pool was clean and super enjoyable. In the mornings, you can hear birds singing, it’s a really peaceful start to the day. You can see that everything is well taken care of. All is good. There is restaurant down the hotel. It is near the bus station going to Split. Near the beaches and restaurants and groceries. All is ok.

Great property but please fix your leaky toilet. The place was great. We were welcome by the host who took us to our room. We didn’t mind that it was on top floor and the elevator was only for bags. It's a self check in b&b. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but bring your own shampoo because our rooms hadn't any. The breakfast was minimalist. The location is fine. It was a bit difficult to find at first since the car could not go to the entrance, but still ok as you could reach the attractions by walking.

A fantastic place to stay with kids, quiet street yet in the heart of the city. Right in the historic centre of the old town, very close to the Diocletian's palace and the boulevard. Public parking in walkable distance (5 minutes), since the car wouldn't fit in the narrow, medieval Palmina street. Clean, roomy, with breakfast, wifi and everything a traveller needs.
