Great place! Two of us stayed here in August. The location is very close to the old town, just cross the bridge. There are many bakeries, bars, a shop, and a drugstore nearby, so everything you need is nearby. The room and bathroom are in excellent condition. Comfortable and renovated room, in an inconspicuous building. Suitable for a short visit to Zadar. Well located, 5 minutes walk from the center, and with public parking at 0.50 euros per hour and free at night.

We prebooked and paid through *********** for 3 nights, we booked a king room with a balcony. The entrance way to the rooms, is not very attractive, however please dont put you off booking. You gain access to the rooms by key code at the first door, then up to the 1st floor is the 4 apartments, you get keys for the rooms from a lock box, the code will be sent by the owner. Location is great, so close to the center, and free parking in the street! Just difficult to find, and from the outside it doesn't look like much. Rooms were fine and excellent contact with the owner. Only the large shower head and an awning of the window did not work.

Unfortunately not stayed long enough and the promenade in front of the villa is in refurbishment but for sure for the better. The rooms are amazing and the staff is awesome. A place to come back for sure.

The room and bathroom were perfect, the staff is just so sweet and the access to the sea right across the road is perfect for sun bathing and swimming. The breakfast is good and has a lot of different possibilities and the menu is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a good and calm hotel not too far but not too close to Zadar.

Nice family hotel with awsome postion,next to the beach. Parking is vailable on front. We enjoyed staying here and would recomend it. Great restaurant and service. Conection to the city is easy with bus station in front. All in all great stay.

Villa is located is fantastic spot exactly opposite the beach. Good breakfast every day. Rooms is clean but little bit dated. When you going to swim you need to wear rubber swim shoes to protect your feet from Sea urchins.

Very suitable for nordic people. No hassle with too enthusiastic staff which can be a bit of problem in mediterranean region in some places. Nice dignity and willingness to help and serve. I can really recommend. Family was interested to feel us welcome. We arrived at night because the flight was delayed and the arrival was smooth even of the late hour (we notified the staff beforehand).

Though not premium resort, it has a certain attractive charm, nice nature around, interesting facilities to use (playgrounds, bikes, romobiles, paddleboards, kanus), nice beach (for resort guests) - but garbage location (and consequently garbage disposal early in the morning do not work with prices of apartments and bungalows next to it)...

the room is small but ideal for a short stay. the bathroom is clean. we were there with a baby, the staff was nice and helpful, super children friendly. the breakfast was delicious, the beach is close and great with a baby.

We were in paasing by and stopped for a meal there. From the start we were greeted by attentive hosts and personell. Experience was accompanied with a great taste and quality of the meal courses which all came in the same time ... with affordable prices in the end as well just gives that sweet cheery on top. Whole-heartidly recommending you to visit and enjoy the experience as well.

Very nice B&B close to Zadar. We have been at Villa Anton on our first trip to Croatia and come back after 8 years. Really good job done with refurbishment and now having a restaurant as well.

Stayed here in June 2017, we just needed somewhere to stay the night after our flight before moving onto split. The staff were fantastic picking us up from the airport at 11:30pm and giving us advice on our travels the next day! Had a decent sleep and a very good shower! It's not 5 star facilities but 5 star service and very clean and adequate facilities throughout!

We had a great time. Definitely the photos are misleading, but do not listen for reviews wrote a few years ago. Rooms are remodeled. We had 2 bedrooms with brand new beds, carpet, furniture, TVs.
