There are 3 rooms within a larger apartment building that are for rent and then the host lives in another one of the rooms.
Room was ok, bathroom was nice. Host was quite friendly, location was great only a 5 minute walk to the old town and right next to the ferry line.
Room and hallway smells of cigarettes very badly. The building also looks really sketchy from the outside. Parking in street only can be really challenging, would avoid if you have your own car. The host told us we could park in front of the building free of charge, but this was not the case. Would recommend finding street parking on one of the side streets and paying with the meter.

Suuuper friendly host!
Location is fantastic. Can’t be better. Free parking in front of the apartment was very easy for us to find. I guess it depends on the time of the day. We arrived at around 17:30 on a Monday.
The room and private bathroom (newly renovated) was Very clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. With air conditioning.

Very good place to stay in Zadar close to Jadrolinia station and sea

Lena is a very nice, welcoming host. The house is a bit older but the location is perfect to discover Zadar. We would come back.

Beautifully decorated and looked brand new apartment in a great position to visit Zadar old town. Also a stones throw from the sun dial and sea organ Free parking across the road and we were helped with our luggage. Definitely would recommend

The room was lovely, like being in a home away from home and loved the shower! We had a warm and friendly welcome from the hosts who were very helpful. Great location for sightseeing would definitely recommend for your stay in Zadar!
