Highly recommended in the heart of the old town
Lovely apartment in a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town minutes walk from the cathedral and Roman forum. Our room was a good size with great storage. The staff member who checked us in and out was great, really friendly and helpful and gave great advice about the city.

Awesome location and good value for money. Close to everything. Unfortunately the bed are very uncomfortable.

The communication before we arrived was very good, with the host advising us of the best parking options.

When we arrived, the host gave us some excellent information about Zadar, and not only recommended a couple of good places to eat, but also called to make reservations for us.

There is parking right outside, but the entrance is super tight and the car park itself has a very uneven surface. Having said that, we got our VW T Cross rental through the gap without any damage - it did take one of us directing and one driving! The host also allowed us to park right outside, so we didn’t need to drive over the uneven surface.

The room itself had a great kitchen area, with a sink, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom was compact, but had everything that was needed. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep.

The room was up a couple of flights of stairs and there is no lift.

If we were to stay in Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

Karlo was a great host. He was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him. He was very helpful in telling us what to see in Zadar. The location of the apartments is very convenient and very close to everything to see in Zadar. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Unbeatable location!
We arrived with a rental car, and although the parking entrance was quite narrow, we had no trouble parking. The handsome young host who checked us in was incredibly friendly and even gave us some great tips on nearby attractions. 😊
The AC worked perfectly, the hot water was excellent, and we were completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this place, especially to fellow Korean travelers!

Cute little space in the center of Old Town, easy walking to everything! Parking on the street was not really an issue - we found a space nearby and got a cheap permit to park overnight. Skinny little winding staircase to get to room(s). Easy & helpful communication with property host.

ght in the center of the old town in Zadar, the location cant be any better. Its a little tricky to find at first but was mentioned and marked in the Lobely Planet map which helped. The owner was suoer helpful, showed us where to park our car for free and helped us with our luggage etc. The room itself is small but has everyrhing you need.

It was a very cute hotel in a good location right behind the Roman ruins. Please note that the entrance to the parking lot is narrow and the shower. The entrance is narrow, so you will not be able to enter if you have a large car. In that case, check with the landlord and park at the entrance. Please note that the shower does not have hot water until you turn on the gas for a while.
