Hostel Moving is close to the Centre of Zagreb so it's easy to get to all the sights. The staff were awesome and always helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Great experience and good value

Spotlessly clean rooms, bright energetic friendly helpful staff. Walk to public trams, restaurants, downtown. Bedding, towels provided. Bring toiletries. Buffet breakfast only 4€ extra!

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to a negative interaction with the hotel owner on our last day. At 10:03 AM, I received a knock on my door from the owner, who informed me that check-out was at 10 AM. I explained that we had been told check-out was at 11 AM, but assured him that we would begin packing immediately. A short time later, he returned and aggressively banged on the door, demanding that we leave immediately. Despite showing him that we were nearly finished packing, he stood in the doorway, preventing me from closing the door. His behavior was extremely confrontational and unlike anything I've experienced in any of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in before. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast. We were told upon arrival that breakfast was €5, despite our booking confirmation stating that it was included. At check-out, we discovered that breakfast should have been free, but the staff member who checked us in was new and had not been properly trained. Lastly, the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and was inaccessible on the 4th floor, which was inconvenient.

I have liked the stuff expecialy the recepionist who was very kind. She always helped me to solve my problems .The rooms were simple the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was poor.

Its a great hostel, we love it, my family was there already a couple of times, we had to organize with the boss a lot for an upcoming wedding (needed a lot of rooms) and that was no problem at all for a fair price. The whole staff is really nice, very modern rooms, great breakfast, only 5 minutes to walk to the next tram station, a lot of bakeries, grocery stores, and ATMs around the hostel, parking is possible as well. WE LOVE IT!!
