I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.

Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. I wouldn't say this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in but not the worst ,it's a bit tired in a lot of places but the beds are very comfy. Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator. But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. I went to this apartment when I went to Protarus, Cyprus. This apartment is in a great place if you like to go out at all times. This apartment is a normal apatment so don’t expect an amazing apartment. Enough sunbeds (normally). I loved how it was so close to lots of things. I would rate this apartment 3/5 stars.

Pool is lovely, breakfast Is fantastic, the location is good and the staff are really helpful and nice. Rooms okay- bungalows has everything you need but could do with a bit of updating. But not bad enough to complain - the good thing is that the rooms are right next to the pool! Loved my stay and thank you

Overall, had a total of 15 nights. All staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Very very clean and wonderful breakfasts. I also want to give much credit to Manager Tayfun, who always goes the extra miles with all and everything. Thank you all for making our stay memorable

Very nice place. Very friendly people. But the Irish pub doesn't do Guinness
