Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies. No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value.

The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.

Hidden treasure A real hidden treasure right in the centre of Ayia Napa. The communication from the host has been 1st class, messages with all key and room information and she met us on our first day to explain everything. The apartment was spotless as was the reception area and all around the property. Yes there is night club across the road but that didn’t really bother us at all.

Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. This time of year (February), is perfect. It was so peaceful, so quiet, and so tranquil. The room was great, the employees were great, and the location was great. Just one general comment: Regarding the Spaghetti Napolitan, it’s supposed to be mostly pasta and tomatoes. In my case, it was mostly pasta and red peppers, with very few tomatoes. Good food just a very small selection each day. The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong.

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly. We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance....

Noce stay Nice hotel to stay for cheap. Breakfast was much better than expected. Average cpmfort in rooms and bit lack of dish and storage areas.

Lovely hotel amazing location. Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. Breakfast tipple buffet style. Over all 3 star hotel rating. We have been here for a week and have another week to go.
