Atlantica Stavrolia Gardens Hotel

I cannot fault this Hotel at all, we stayed at the Atlantica Sancta Napa. The rooms were spotless everyday, the food was outstanding and had a variety even for allergies! Every staff member was so friendly and the entertainment was awesome! - Gino was fabulous!! I will recommend this place to anyone I know!!

Our stay at Sancta Napa. Pros: -The food is absolutely amazing, I for one would say I am a fussy eater but I did not struggle to find anything to eat. If anything I had too much to choose from. The wine served at lunch and dinner was one of the best I’ve ever had and there is a kiosk for snacks during the day which was a lovely touch too. - staff overall were amazing and attentive. Beverley was so lovely and always looked so glam so a big shout out to her. - rooms were spacious and always cleaned to a very high standard. We were not the tidiest of girls so the cleaner done a fantastic job. Cons: - We were one of few rooms with little to no balcony considering we had upgraded our room with a sea view (which we did get) but would have expected a balcony to use, we had to squeeze across just to put our towels to dry. This was disappointing seeing as other rooms had a spacious balcony and somewhere to relax - we didn’t get this luxury. - No indoor bar which was a shame as there is the only bar situated near the pool and normally was quite busy, however the staff worked very hard and were always extremely polite. - Too many rules, designated smoking areas, my sandals broke so my only option was to wear flip flops to dinner to which I got told off for, this is slightly humiliating as it was a mistake but saw other people in flip flops. No cocktails allowed at dinner either. - Entertainment to put it politely is of very poor standard. We didn’t expect much don’t get me wrong but it was not great and the chairs in the area are extremely uncomfortable we had to use pillows. Overall we did enjoy our stay, would we return I am not too sure. The food and staff are what makes this hotel. They do a good job and we were even given sandwiches for our late check in which was a nice touch. It may have just not been the right hotel for us or what we was looking for but it shouldn’t put you off going. The entertainment team were always amazing with a wide range of activities throughout the day it was just the evening entertainment we struggled with.

Myself and a friend visited Cyprus the first time and soooo glad we chose Atlantica sancta napa for our stay. Everything from the very warm welcome, comfy room/beds, great food, staff great and friendly. Overall brilliant and will definitely recommend. Hope to book again in the near future.

The staff were amazing, especially the waiting staff, hotel spotless, food and drinks plentiful and all served perfectly, local to shops, beach, restaurants etc. Great hotel, loved the adult pool.

Another fantastic stay with Ele and the Sancta Napa Team. Brilliant staff who return year after year which says more about the hotel than any review could. They really are the heart of the place. The food was amazing as always and the pan Asian restaurant was just fabulous! We stayed in annex two in a rear swim up room and everything was absolutely perfect. Returning home today rejuvenated and relaxed but with a heavy heart it’s our time to leave. Until next time Sancta Napa 🤍

BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN! We arrive 17th June for 7 nights as a family and greeted by reception staff that are helpful, friendly and even help take your luggage to room. FOOD is amazing and so much choice and enjoyable. Restaurant manager along with the restaurant team work so hard for everything to be perfect. DRINKS at the pool bar are great. The pool bar team are friendly and funny and have a great laugh and are none stop serving as quickly as possible so that your not waiting. ROOMS modern and spotlessly clean and the cleaners work hard and are friendly. We had 2 rooms, a family room and a double room in annex 2 with swim up pool and requested ground floors close to pool due to my son needing easy access at times to the rooms which greatfully we received. AIR-CONDITIONING in rooms are great, nice and cold and decent showers. Ele Hotel Manager runs that hotel to perfection and you will see her around dealing with anything that needs sorting. SUNBEDS no-one allowed to put towels out until 8am which is great and staff monitor in a morning to stop this so no 4am trying to get them out haha. ENTERTAINMENT was good with activities throughout the day if wanted and shows etc in an evening. LOCATION beach front and in central location. Big shout out to Deano (PADDY), SEXY Marios and Valerie at the pool bar. We cannot wait to return next summer. Marie & Kevin Byrne

Just returned from yet another wonderful holiday at the Sancta Napa. In our opinion the food quality and variety has certainly improved on last year when it was good but this year was very good. The service in the restaurant was excellent and well done to Beverly the head waitress she busied herself about making sure everyone was attended to. Unfortunately in the outdoor area at the back of the restaurant the service was just not so good and several nights we left without being offered drinks. The cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent fresh towels and toiletries replenished when required. The hall and landings on the 5 th floor kept spotlessly clean.The outside areas at the pool bar were kept clean by some very hard working guys continually clearing up after guests. A special mention to Valerie and Marios at the daytime pool bar and Deano and his team in the evening. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Louis the lifeguard was great really friendly but professional sorry he had to return home a few days into the holiday but his replacements were equally good and worked really hard. Pool towels were a bit worse for wear for our first few days then a stock of new ones arrived great quality and much bigger. Reception staff are so professional yet so friendly and approachable. Always willing to help. Entertainment was a bit of a hit and a miss. The professional acts were excellent but in our opinion too many quizzes to fill in gaps in the entertainment. The most annoying aspect and the reason for 4/5 was the clear and blatant disregard for” no smoking “ areas. Young and old smoked and vaped throughout all areas. I appreciate this is very difficult to police but more signage should be considered. Perhaps including vaping in the signage .Mainly the problem exists with vaping and this is common throughout the entire hotel. One evening we moved tables 4 times to get away from vaping guests and this was most definitely in the non smoking area. This was our 7th visit to the hotel and we have already booked for next year.

Just returned from our holiday and can honestly say we a had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. The food was out of this world, so much choice every meal and so fresh. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the hotels roof top restaurant and on arrival we were given a bottle of fizz and at the end a beautiful cake. I cannot recommend this hotel enough we will definitely be returning

Our return visit didn’t disappoint , everything was perfect. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. The main restaurant meals have so much choice, something for everyone, everything is freshly cooked and displayed beautifully. During our stay we tried out the rooftop restaurant …. WOW , what an amazing experience , it’s a must for your holiday. All the bars have a good selection of cocktails made to order and always very friendly . The 2 pools looked lovely but were a little cool for me, it was April. We will return for another stay.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Atlanctica Sancta Napa Hotel in Ayia Napa! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The all-inclusive food was simply outstanding—without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. The staff at this hotel made our experience even more special. A special shout-out to Efim, who was simply amazing! He was there for us at every meal, serving up a variety of treats with a warm smile. His attentiveness, humor, and overall kindness truly made our holiday unforgettable. He always went above and beyond to ensure we were having the best time, and his positive energy made every day brighter. Efim is the reason we’re already planning to return to this hotel later this year! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had fantastic air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot days. We felt comfortable and relaxed in our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to public transport and the beautiful Ayia Napa Harbour, making it so easy to access boat trips and explore the area. We can't wait to return to Atlanctica Sancta Napa Hotel and are already looking forward to seeing Efim again.
