Atlantica Stavrolia Gardens in Ayia Napa

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft drinks were poor quality and we did not enjoy this we also felt as no indoor bar we didn’t always enjoy our drinks in plastic cups Pool was cool but we did expect that with the time of year we had no Issue with sunbeds and always got a nice area Room Was adequate little small for the three of us maybe better to have a family room with children but we did get a great view of the sea which we enjoyed Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful the bar staff were lovely and special mention to the evening bar team sorting get all the names but they were very friendly especially with our daughter special mention to Kirsty Sofia and Toni our daughter loved the kids activities and really enjoyed her time in the kids club Kirsty spent alot of time with the kids and my daughter loved the football they organised Overall we had a great stay thanks

Returned for some October sun, another great stay. The end of season was close but still everything was still perfect. Great location for a wander to the beach or up to the resort centre but a great place to just chill at one of the pools. Rooms, food & drink outstanding. This was our 10th visit to this lovely hotel and once again we had the best time ever. If you're thinking about booking a holiday here, go ahead you won't be disappointed. The hotel is well situated and close to shops, the harbour and bars. The beach is just across the road. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years and they have always been great. We did have a couple of small issues once, but as soon as we let reception know, these were quickly sorted. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Housekeeping always greet us with a big smile. The pools and surrounding areas are also cleaned daily. The whole hotel is always kept so clean and tidy. We felt that the entertainment was much improved this year. Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me). The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff. The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar. The choices are good and great for kids. All of the bar staff are amazing, they work so hard. A big mention to Yannis, Marios, Dino and Abass, thank you for making our stay so special. There are designated areas for smoking at this hotel, we have heard guests complaining about this. As a non-smoker, it is nice to be laid on your sunbed and not have smoke around you. My partner smokes and doesn't have an issue with the policy. So many guests return here over and over again which is a great testament to this hotel. We have made so many friends over the years and are looking foward to seeing them again this year. All of the staff who work here are friendly, helpful, polite and always have a smile. They work so hard and a thank you to them goes a long way. Lastly a special mention to Ele and Margarita, thank you for always making us feel so welcome. I have been to so many hotels in many different countries and have never met the Manager. Ele goes out of her way to speak to as many of her guests as she can. She really does listen to feedback from her guests. We have already booked to come back in May and September, we really can't wait to come back to our happy place

Very belated review! My partner and I stayed for 10 nights in October and we had an amazing time! FOOD AND DRINKS: We were all in-inclusive and thought the food selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day was very varied, good quality for it being a buffet and delicious! Each day there was a different selection of foods and each meal had a different themed cuisine which we were both very pleased about. I am a fussy eater and I was able to fill my plate with foods I liked (as well as tried new things) for each meal which is something I have not been able to do at every hotel I have stayed in previously. For lunch and dinner they did always have chips and chicken nuggets so if you have a child or you are a fussy eater adult you will be okay if you do not like that meals cuisine! The snack bar was amazing. It had a great selection and was open all day. We also went to the rooftop restaurant one evening where the food was really good and overall had a great experience. Despite the food being great, I will say the drinks were not. We cannot comment on the alcohol as neither of us drink but the soft drinks were unbranded which was disappointing (I believe the alcohol is the same). We mainly stuck to drinking the lemonade/unbranded Fanta lemon as they were the only ones that tasted okay - the unbranded coke was not great at all. We also drunk a lot of their mocktails which we thought were nice, however the bartenders didn't always add all the ingredients that were supposed to be in them so it did vary what they tasted like which was a bit disappointing - it would be great if they could improve this and ensure that they are adding all the elements that are supposed to be in the mocktails each time! STAFF: The staff were amazing particularly the receptionists and waiters. In particular, we want to make sure that the hotel knows how great head waiter Job was. He made us feel so welcome at every meal due to how friendly, chatty and funny he was. He knew our drink orders by heart within a couple days of our stay and always checked up on us. ROOM: We stayed in room 334. The bed was comfy, it was clean ( the maids cleaned it everyday) and there were plenty of plugs and a hair dryer and shampoo. Our only complaint was that our shower kept spraying all over the bathroom as our shower had no door/curtain/the shower screen was not long enough. This meant that every time we used the shower our bathroom was flooded, the bath mat got completely soaked and we had to use towels to mop up the water after we had used them. We did speak to reception about this one day and asked if we could have extra towels which they provided and they said they would look into. We only got the extra towels on the day we spoked to reception though. This problem was not resolved during our stay so unsure if the shower in that room has been sorted but honestly this did not have a negative experience on our stay, it was just a minor inconvenience which we just laughed off!

We felt relaxed 😎 the moment we entered the hotel and never lost that feeling throughout our 10 day stay in October. Our room was perfect and very clean everything we needed was provided, the hotel is very generous to their guests in every way. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I discreetly mentioned it to Kyriakos – I think he is the front office Manager – who took the right action and organised sparkling wine and a love heart cake; we were treated so warmly by everyone. And I must say the cleaning staff found a large amount of money on the floor and placed it on the desk with a lovely note attached to it; thank you so much the integrity of this Hotel is overwhelming. The food . . . I have never been to an all inclusive hotel which accommodates 800+ guests and the food was consistently delicious. The hotel is in the perfect part of the city and everything is in easy reach, even a Blue Flag Beach; I do not remember the name of this beach 😊. We cannot wait to go back for another relaxing experience in May.

Super hotel in a great position near to the attractions in Ayia Napa- but distant enough to miss the noise! Close to a lovely beach too- 2 min walk. Staff are everywhere and all genuinely friendly and care about your enjoyment- everyone we came into contact with was amazing. Food - wow ! Lots of choice and cuisines every night. Really good quality and selection- you will have no issues dining. The Salamis pan asian restaurant on the top floor was at another level- and you get as part of your weekly package- superb and full of quality. Beers and wines good too. Rooms spotless- cleaned daily and a good selection of channels from all over Europe inc BBC and ITV Pool area is busy to be fair, and looks like its going to be hectic. But it works. We always got a place with 4 beds despite never doing the 8 am towel run. We went out at 10am ish and had no issues. All in all - a cracking week at ten end of October. Thanks to all the staff at the Sancta Napa- which i believe is expanding this winter - looking forward to seeing it evolve

We returned a couple of days ago from this hotel.. I can not fault it at all. (Im fussy) From the reception staff to the bar staff & life guard.. all the staff are amazing..The food was fantastic, always something to eat, always full up & fresh. A special mention to the head waiter (Job). We didnt go to the snack bar as we ate so much in the restaurant we didnt need too. The hotel is perfect location for everything, the beach is over the road, the harbour is one way & the bars, shops are the other way. We had room 520, Room was so big with a great view. The hotel was so clean & fresh. We normally like to try somewhere new, but are already looking to book for next year. Thank you so much for our amazing holiday.

It was my first time visiting this hotel for our family holiday in June the location is great stone throw from beach and central to Aiya Napa, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is amazing (recommend the seasoned king prawns) I paid for a room with sea view so we had fabulous views of pool and sea , only downside I’d say is there basically no entertainment for kids , and evening entertainment was not great that was the only let down if I’m honest but apart from that u won’t be disappointed.

Just returned from another visit to the Atlantica Sancta Napa hotel, from checkin to checkout everything was again perfect. I can’t pick out any individual team members because every single one was amazing . Professional with that kind personal touch, everyone is so helpful and friendly . This hotel is like home to us and we will return again. If you’re reading my review, just go book this hotel for your next holiday … you won’t be disappointed .
