Chrystalla Hotel in Protaras

What a lovely hotel and food was really nice different menu every day food was hot and very tasty with plenty of choices. The hotel is spotless and rooms well maintained we were on the 3rd floor but there was a lift, the pool area was spotless and plenty of sun beds, The staff are very friendly and very helpful they restaurant staff and maids are hard workers and reception staff, i can not find anything to complain about, just at least have one English channel on the TV. We will certainly holiday there again xxx

This was our 3rd time here. Going in August with daughter and granddaughter. I love it here .so clean and the food has got better each time we go. The staff are just brilliant from the restaurant staff bar staff and the house keepers..yes there are more hotel you can stay at .but for me it will be the chrystalla all the way . The management are just the best .the way they get stuck in with all the staff and how nice it is to see how much they care for them is very humbling. This is just like going to see family. See you all in August and already booked for September 2027.

Just back from our holiday and can’t praise this hotel enough. Great location short walk from Fig tree bay and the main strip. We rented a scooter and it was great to come back to the hotel which was clean and welcoming. We stayed half board and loved the food, especially Greek night. Lots of choice with salads roast meats. Drinks really reasonably priced. We had a sea view room which is worth the upgrade. We would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely hotel.

This was our second visit to the Chrystalla hotel and once again we had a amazing stay. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always pleasant. The food was delicious 😋 and plenty of choice at all meal times. We booked a sea view room, wow!! it had amazing views of fig tree bay and beyond. Our previous visit we opt for a room at back of hotel with the bonus of sunshine in the afternoons. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day and kept to high standard . A big thank you to everyone at Chrystalla for a fantastic holiday looking forward to our next visit..

We have now been going to the wonderful Chrystalla Hotel for 15 years and each time it somehow gets even better. Returned from another amazing 10 days last week. Thank you to all the lovely Koutsou family and staff,including George for making a perfect holiday experience .New this time was new chef Marcos great addition and lovely meals and also George .Oh those poolside omelettes😋 .For those who have not stayed there.We highly recommend it. Immaculately clean, comfortable,great pool area and bar Excellent food , friendly and perfectly located near Fig Tree Bay and the Strip.cant wait to return soon .

What can i say ? A few negative points if you book with TUI....you get dropped off on the main rd on the strip or La Pas bar...not ideal to drag yourself and luggage in the dark to the hotel after travelling hours.....and worse dragging them up ! The staff are all amazing, & go above and beyond to make sure your holiday is perfect for you. The food is basic, but good, yes dining room gets a little busy/noisy at times, staff are so prompt clearing tables so it's not a problem. The additional 20 rooms & new pool/jacuzzi are fabulous.... albeit very noisy and lots of reserving beds with many putting towels out the night before. You will rebook this hotel, we see many returning guests. Thank you team Chrystalla, once again....wonderful! ❤️👌

Just come back from another wonderful stay at this welcoming hotel. Room with a sea view was just perfect ! Maid service excellent and such a friendly lady . Food was fabulous for the whole 10 days and staff worked hard to make sure everyone was happy. A special mention to Victoria who always had a smile for you and alittle chat. Pool area very clean and such a lovely vibe whilst relaxing. All the staff are a credit to this hotel,so friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year for another fabulous holiday with you all. Thanks for making our holiday another special one.

Just returned from our first trip to Cyprus. Read the reviews for this hotel and they were quite mixed. All I can say is that the hotel is in a super location with just a 150 yd walk to Fig Tree Bay and a short walk to Protaras strip. Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and we had our sheets changed once during a 7 night stay. Towels changed every day by friendly and courteous Maids. George and the rest of the dining room/ Bar staff do a super job and always willing to help out with directions and recommendations. I am a very picky eater and I found plenty of choice at both Breakfast and Dinner with no shortage of local and international fayre. The pool area is clean and again the bar staff were efficient with a smile and the food for lunch offers a great choice. To sum up, would I stay here again, most definitely. Checking dates as I write this review.

Just had 2 weeks half board at this hotel and I must say for a 3 star hotel better than a lot of 4 & 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in . We stayed in a superior room with a sea view over fig tree bay perfect towels changed every day and spotlessly clean . The food was outstanding every day with a lot of choices.drinks were very reasonable cheaper than on the main strip coors and Carlin 3.50 a pint . Sunbeds are really uncomfortable tho the older metal beds are better and you need to get up at 7 to get the best ones . Supermarket 50 yards up the road fig tree bay 100 yards down the road but you need to get a sunbed there by 8.30 or you might miss out .will definitely be back at this hotel next year
