Pan Marie Apartments in Ayia Napa

The whole thing was absolutely horrible and disgusting. When we arrived there was no one there to check us in and give keys. We had to call multiple number until someone answered. When someone answered they told us that it would take max. 30min and they’d be there. We had to wait nearly two hours for them to arrive. When we finally got the keys we were shook by the state of the room and only stayed there for like 15 minutes. The room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. The balconys door had been open the whole day which was very concerning from the beginning. The sheets were dirty and they stank. There were also tiny bugs on the bed and the mattress had a lot of stains which some looked like blood. The fridge didnt work. There was mold on the curtains. The toilet was horrible it was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. It didn’t even have toilet paper. People were screaming outside and probably on drugs. The room was so disgusting we couldnt stay there any longer and left almost immediatly to another place to sleep. The next day we went to talk to the owner about deceiving us and he told us that it was out fault for booking a ”cheap” apartment like that is a reason to be dirty. He would not give us our money back and was very rude to us. We also paid extra for air conditioning that we didn’t use ar all and which he also refused to return. We stayed in another place and days later when we went to return the keys he ignored us and drove off.

dirty and old rooms, unclean air conditioning, smells quite dark. they are located in an area with night clubs and it is very noises until about 3 o'clock. linen, dirty towels and bad smell. the photos with the camera are fake, from another location.

Worst "hotel" I have been to! EVER!
BIG disappointment! Came to the hotel and was disappointed as soon as I entered the door! The room and hotel look far better on misleading pictures than reality! Lay in noisy environment with bar under the hotel. The bathroom was tiny and filthy. Had to take a shower before going out to eat and about to slip in the bath due to old soap residue! There was no water pressure in the shower so soap and shampoo were impossible to rinse off! Got pneumonia of air conditioning which was in a setting you couldn't change! The bathroom does not have shelves for toiletries and dirty floors. Have stayed at many hotels but this is the WORST hotel EVER! STEER AWAY!
