Hotels on first line in Famagusta District

We went self catering and had breakfast everyday at planet Benidorm over the road, was 8 euros for a huge breakfast and a pint in the sun everyday, what more can you want? The old town is a nice gentle 10 minute stroll littered with bars and restaurants on the way, the seafront is just a 2 minute walk and has some lovely cocktail bars and all the usual shops to get your gifts and water for your room...

Yes there is people trying to sell you ***** on the main ***** which is a 2 minute walk away but it's no different to say Blackpool in England, you just politely say no and they don't bother you whatsoever

Great place for a family holiday. Wonderful view, comfortable pool, not far away from the sea. Good breakfast, delicious dinner buffet and cheap drinks. Also very helpful and friendly stuff.

I was there a few weeks ago but forgot to review, but I wanted to because we had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Marina, like anybody else does before you go away on holiday I read the reviews and was abit dubious about Benidorm but we had such a great time for the 5 nights we stopped

The staff were absolutely superb, the room and cleaning staff were great, around the pool was fantastic with the huge screen TV to watch the sport whilst the resident DJ played some class house music throughout the day and the entertainment in the white star pub was brilliant, I live a tribute act and saw Elton John and Michael Jackson

One day the yoghurt was bad and my wife threw up shortly after. Mold in the kids swimming pool. Some maintenance issues that can be a real hazard. Our room door window was not shutting properly

Good looking hotel rooms, very friendly and polite personnel, very close to sea and the beach with pier, many little restaurants (mostly with sea food), Cyprus very beautiful and interesting island which won’t let you forget about it 😉

A good standard hotel, clean, close to downtown and beach. Hotel personnel kind and helpful. I have to emphasize one more thing: Miss Dilyana at the bar, such a joyful, pleasant person

She is amazing a top star in customer service. Other than that the swimming pool is great and the placement is perfect near city center and marina but a little bit on the side so you don't get all the fuss

The location is perfect, bars restaurants all on the door step, I was really surprised when arriving at the hotel even better than the pictures, I would 100% stay here again I had B & B there was a good selection of food every day, I had the freshly made omelette Bed so comfortable, air con so good, really clean and spacious, if I wanted to be really picky I would have like more than 1 English TV channel...

My husband and myself booked in for one night & joined 6 friends celebrating 2 birthdays. We were delighted with the hotel. Lovely & bright, spotlessly clean, excellent service & delicious food

The pool was one depth which was up-to my neck and I’m 5”7 so if you have children just be wary of this. It did get loud as lots of adults playing music or ball games

It is superb value for money, and beautifully presented, The food is outrageously good, especially breakfast. The rooms are immaculate, and all of the staff are friendly and yet professional at the same time

The hotet WAS AMAZing And Beatiful. It is very clean and close to the SPA and the city center. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Receptionist lyudmila. We will definitely come back

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Room was lovely and clean but only negatives I would say is the shower needs a screen or something to stop the water getting all over the floor as our floor always had a pool of water after a shower even with a towel on the floor

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

Superb hotel, happy friendly staff, beautiful location overlooking a bay which is great for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel has two pools, a pool bar and loungers allocated to each guest at the beginning of the stay

We enjoyed our week at this wonderful adults only hotel, what a gem! Rooms are a good size with all the usual amenities (safe, mini bar, coffee machine) and the housekeeping staff keep them immaculate

There is a nice coastal path which takes approximately 15 minutes to stroll into the town where you will find many bars and restaurants. As is often the case, the real credit has to go to the wonderful staff

We booked on a half board basis which we have never done before. Breakfast and evening meal were good. Both were buffet style with lots of choice

Probably one of the best beach front resorts in Cyprus. Also, the fact that it’s an adult only resort makes it so much more appealing to couples that want to relax

You would need to be really fussy if you couldn’t find something you liked. The lobby bar was a superb place to sit back and enjoy a drink

We have just returned from a one-week holiday at TUI BLUE Nausicaa Beach in Cyprus, myself, Janne, and my wife Anna. It was an absolutely fantastic hotel with excellent service and outstanding staff throughout

Staff, food, hotel and pool are all what you need, high quality in all aspects. The location is great, away from the beach, but easy access to the sea without the sand problems

Good location, short walk to the city. Extremely friendly staff and superb management. Really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Lunch at pool bar was also tasty. Pool area was clean and sunbeds comfortable

Pool is a little cold at this time, but kids didn’t seem to care. The adults enjoyed the sea which was warmer and good snorkelling even close to the hotel with plenty of fish to see

Around the corner we even managed ti sea a turtle or two. Maybe silly, but the fact you had pre-assigned sunbeds was a dream, removing the stress in the morning

A good hotel with a great all-inclusive. Pool area nice, enough of sunbeds, food delicious and wide all-inclusive drink menu. Room was clean, modern and spacious and was cleaned everyday

Aya Napa is beautiful, the beach near the hotel is ok, but we stayed more often at Nissi beach, which is famous and you can walk to it. The hotel deserves a star more

From going through the doors to reception the first person we met had everything and explained all we needed to know the food was varied and well presented delicious cleaning staff working hard and the staff behind the bar were all very friendly both my wife and I have been to Cyprus over 30 times and would have no hesitation in going back to the hotel Stamatia

Restaurant manager George is always absolutely fantastic, each time I have stayed he has remembered me and is just so friendly and welcoming, he celebrated his 60th birthday during our stay and seeing the celebrations round the pool really made us feel part of a family there

Amazing staff in all areas..Christina and George in the resturaunts..and the waiters sultani and amari ..food is excellent...the hotel is spottles..we had a fantastic 10 days here..will be back very soon.

It’s a fantastic 5 stars hotel. You don’t need to rush down in the morning, there are always plenty of free sunbeds all day. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view and a private terrace

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel

You can stroll barefoot to the golden beachfront, where loungers await, offering uninterrupted views of the sea. One of the best parts for us was how seriously the hotel takes sustainability

The breakfast is superb and sets you for the day. The location opposite a small beach with clear water is perfect. Being on Nissi Avenue it has tavernas all around

The swimming pool is lovely a little small but very clean. The pizzas from by the pool are gorgeous

I can not think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The staff are amazing and can not do enough to make an enjoyable stay. The general manager checks on guests every day which is a lovely personal touch

The location is excellent with nisi bay and Ayia Napa centre walkable or bus which are regular. The beach directly outside the hotel is clean and safe. All in all I would highly recommend

The hotel is practically on a beautiful beach about a 10 minute walk to nissi beach if you want to party! This is my 5th time here, I wouldn’t normally keep returning to the same place but this hotel and staff have won my heart, I’ll be back in 6 weeks with another friend

Great little “adults only” hotel just a stones throw from the beach. The hotel is modern and very clean and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome

Once again my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing break at the Palm Beach. We stayed in a junior suite on a b&b basis. As usual breakfast was a delight, and the hot offerings all very enticing

The hotel is promoted as the Arkin Palm Beach hotel and Casino. There was no communication from the hotel that the casino was no longer available

The hotel is very clean and sits on a lovely beach which we would have visited if it was not raining but overall location and cleanliness do compensate for poor service and incorrect advertising

l do visit this hotel for 10 years left always happy, distances small not like other places like a football stadium walking and walking within the hotel. recommend highlt and love this place

There is only one small note: the service around the poolside seats could be improved. It would be better to have more staff available to take guests’ orders more quickly

The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

Great hotel! It's our second time coming back to this hotel. It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value

I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis. The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool

Stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed how calm this hotel was, especially considering you're so close to all the amenities. We loved going to Lamara beach which is just round the corner

They can jump, dive, swim — anything they like. Breakfast is sufficient and satisfying. You really feel at home here thanks to the cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The staff is wonderful and always helpful

The pool was great for relaxation while the kids played in the water, and the staff was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. There are good restaraunts and beautiful beaches a short walk away

There are some daytime activities if you fancy it but usually we just relax our days away by the pool which have lovely comfy loungers (and plenty of them) Speaking of raucous nights/days, if it’s your thing try Castle Club on the ***** or the foam party on Nissi beach down the road (short walk) we are in our 50s and always have a great time at those and never feel out of place :D We have been coming...

Nissi Beach, grocery stores, and souvenir shops are nearby. There's a small facility with no reception next to the hotel with an indoor pool, which I believe is open when it's cooler outside

We have never had a bad experience here, it’s a lovely family run, friendly place, on the beach, away from all the noise but within easy reach of everything if you want a faster pace. It really is a lovely location

We stayed as a family and had a fantastic experience overall. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the standards met exactly what you expect from a large international hotel chain

To what I was told locally, there is no prohibition on indoor smoking under current Cyprus laws, and at certain times the ballroom environment became uncomfortable d, e to smoke—more reminiscent of a traditional coffee shop than a modern event venue

The food selection was very broad and well managed, including clearly available gluten-free options, which was much appreciated

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Whether you stay in a simple room or a suite, you can be sure that everything will be in order. The beach is perfect for children

We stayed during and after the New Year period, and the atmosphere was vwell-organizedl organized

It's modern, the sunbeds are thick and comfortable, the bar, called "Famous", is very nice, and the rooms were clean with decent storage space. Waking up to the sea views was a real highlight

So we preferred the beach to using these. The two lifts are tiny and don’t really cope with the size of the hotel, and the rooms are quite dark – especially the bathrooms, where the lighting really isn’t up to scratch

That said, there are some things that could be better. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and by 8. 30am all the good ones were gone. This meant the 80's-style ones on the grass

Some of the hotel’s policies also felt unnecessarily petty. Being asked for a €10 deposit for a pool towel or an extra room key (you only get one as standard, which is inconvenient) seemed a bit much

For a short 4-night stay, none of this spoiled our break and I did really like the hotel overall. But if I was staying longer, I think these little frustrations would have added up

The plug sockets by the dressing table were also ridiculous – positioned so close to the worktop that you couldn’t use them for a hairdryer or straighteners

Honestly, you won't be disappointed if you put your trust into her decisions and suggestions. We spend the morning of our wedding playing in the pool with our family and relaxing with cocktails (completely stress free)

Where do I start with this review that I would give 100 stars if I could. we booked this venue as wanted a private intimate beach wedding and booked without ever seeing it and we picked right

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and overlooked one of the 3 swimming pools. The entire hotel is well-kept and is located a few meters from a beautiful beach, where guests can use sun loungers and beds

Great Hotel!! The rooms are clean and stocked. The good is very very tasty and varid. a large ja cuzzu and a beach the sea. Comfortable large sunbeams and next to the beach is the wet bar
