Hotels on first line in Famagusta District

Just had a week at these apartments, can’t fault them staff lovely clean and tidy, one bed superior room with a sea view, would definitely be back

The only downside was out of the hotels hands and that was unsupervised children being allowed to run and play ball around other guests attempting to sun baths in peace!!! Their parents watched on without any thought for other guests

We chose to self cater using a one bed superior apartment and the huge plus was being on the top floor with a massive balcony which guarantees all day sunshine. The cleaning staff were keen and efficient throughout

Superb hotel in a great location. Hotel is super clean, rooms are cleaned every day, rooms have everything you require. Cannot wait to return. Thank you 🙏🏻

Despite the latter I would happily book again, Room 505 is recommended and Jet2 prices are reasonable to say the least

Washing and drying machines in the basement was another plus and only 4 Euros a wash

The outside bar by the swimming pool was always busy and pints were in concourse. Nothing but positives about this place

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The food is very good, varied, and fresh, and the dining areas — both the terrace and the indoor space — are spacious and well organized

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location also has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing

The soundproofing is adequate, considering the noise and music from the street, as the hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa, opposite the local Luna Park

The housekeeping ladies are very kind and attentive to details. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel was a lot lot better than I expected despite previous bad reviews! Upon arriving, we got upgraded to a one bed apartment which was just lovely

We went to sea CleoNapa last week and could not have had a better experience! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The swimming pool was lovely and the rooms a nice size! The manage went above and beyond in every way and made our trip lovely!

The toilet seat was also falling off

- Because of the issues with the air con in the first room they let us check out at 2pm on our departure day, we had a late flight so this was very nice of them! - Beds are really comfy actually! - Basic, but fine, spacious and everything felt clean except the toilet area

- In the first room there was only one plug socket next to the bed, it was really inconvenient. - Cleaning could be better, in the first room it smelt badly of urine in the bathroom. The second room was much cleaner

Positives - We had to change room as the air - con was broken in our first room (Ahmed & Imran I think their names were) super helpful and caring. We appreciated them very much during our stay

Basic room but very clean and tidy with a balcony use of a swimming pool and breakfast if wanted at 7 euros. Away from the noise, 10 mins from the main beach and a great little bakery for snacks and brekkie

Very close to Nissi beach and lots of amazing restaurants and pubs

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not that great, there is a hill to climb from the main road. On the other hand, this place is very quiet, the pool and the garden are lovely

Also, breakfast was great every morning. The rooms were clean but the furniture and fittings were kind of old. Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you are looking to stay around Nissy Beach

The hotel is right on the beach so loved going for walks at night time, and fairly close to ayia napa central

Entertainment has fun, food outstanding good vegetarian options each day too which has been good for two of us! The staff all very friendly, especially the man on the snack bar very helpful and kind to the smaller children

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Atlantica Callisto in Ayia Napa and couldn’t be happier! The hotel was spotless throughout — from the rooms to the pool area, everything was beautifully maintained

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

While the selection was satisfactory, it left a bit of room for improvement in terms of culinary variety. The resort boasts three very clean pools, which were perfect for relaxation

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days

We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here

Fireman's Beach is also nice, turn left on the coastal path, you can walk there in about 15 mins The other main thing we love about the Malama is how helpful & welcoming the staff are, the same staff have worked there for many years which shows how happy & committed they are to guests happiness

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November

Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season

This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift

The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt

It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place

After dinner, we were then checked into our room, where they informed us that we have been upgraded to a side sea view, free of charge. Our room was incredibly clean and the balcony had plenty of room, with two sunbeds

We stayed at Hotel Vrissana during the off season and absolutely loved our experience. The beach right in front of the hotel was perfect — quiet, clean, and beautiful. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind

Cleaning and changing of towels are done every day. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and surrounding areas (swimming pool, courtyard. Beach/pool towels are provided and changed every 3 days

Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent, where it’s situated on Protaras beach

They have different themed nights throughout the week, where you can see the menus for not only that week, the one ahead too! There was several different options to choose from and Chef’s making omelettes/pizza’s fresh on request

Hotel was very stylish and relaxing in a fantastic location (not busy) with the beach a literal 2 minutes walk. The pool area has been designed to be like a Ibiza style chill area with plenty of beds

We stayed I'm a side sea view superior room. Marble style floors and plenty of mood lighting with a very stylish/minimalist style bathroom/shower. The breakfast had lots a variety and all done to a high standard

I visited during a quieter season with fewer tourist activities available, but the receptionist was so kind and helped me find a tour, which made a big difference to my stay

Been going to ayia napa many yrs now and always stay at limanaki beach hotel from first day you know you will get looked after by the friendly staff rooms have great views of harbour great swimming pool clean rooms everyday cant fault the hotel and staff excellent all round and will be back next year 5 star from me

The restaurant close to the beach have amazing food and drinks. The halloumi here is so far the best I've had in all of Ayia napa and i have tried them all so far

I have stayed here before in April 2022 with both my nephews and their girl friends, without any complaints at all from anyone 🙌 I recently stayed and again without any complaints, short notice booking

Lived on plain pasta, chips and salad most of the week! Positives: The location is fantastic with the beach right outside the hotel. Pool was large with no troubles getting loungers

We had one á la carte sitting included in our stay, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the food was Absolutely outstanding! We had lunch at the snack bar most days so that we should stay by the pool

There wasn't a lot of choice compared to other hotels but the food was nice. The hotel benefits from an adults only pool which gets the sun most of the day. There were no 'sun bed wars' as there were plenty of beds

My only note would be that the hotel would benefit from zip and link beds which is standard in most hotels these days. We had a fantastic stay overall and I'm already looking to book again for later this year

My mum being almost 70 would not have been comfortable on this but once we explained to the staff the management made sure that a single bed was delivered to the room that day

I am a fussy eater and there was plenty there for me to enjoy each night. I would much rather a few dishes done really well than an endless amount of bland options

The night we arrived we realised that one of our parties rooms was set up as a double despite booking twin rooms there only a chaise to be used as a single bed

An additional advantage was the excellent location—close to the city center, and despite the greater distance to the sea, our stay was still exceptionally enjoyable

Lovely hotel, with very helpful staff but due to the pool getting no sun after dinnertime we were forced to spend our days at the beach so didnt get to know the staff as we would have liked, but they were very helpful & accommodating when we had chance to speak with them

We stayed at Anastasia Beach Hotel for a 10-day holiday in Cyprus. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and our experience there. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved

It looks like most rooms have a sea view, especially rooms on floors 3,4 and 5. The pool area is also lovely with plenty of lifeguards dotted around throughout the day
