it is in a great location next to a lovely beach & small harbour, lovely pool area & garden leading down to beach, it is spotlessly clean , the staff are happy, smiley , friendly & attentive , food was amazing , nothing would be too much trouble for them

Although the staff are perfect, the facilities need a lot of updating, especially needed near the beach area, the sun beds have no cushions and the sun shade have no pins to keep them updated lack of attention detail, the pool area itself is immaculate and staff make the place it is, pity about poor management to detail, they need to work harder

Special mention to Angelo & the restaurant & bar staff … you are all fabulous I would recommend this hotel to anyone specially at this time of year when it’s reasonably quiet. Plenty of clubs etc nearby if required

Just spent a week in this fabulous boutique hotel in Limanaki, Ayia Napa with my bestie…. this hotel should have a 5 star rating , everything about it is 5 star …

Staff were very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. The cleaners did a brilliant job at keeping the place spotlessly clean

Really good location, straight onto liminaki beach and the harbour. With sunbeds avaible on beachfront. The food is basic but it suited us because we like going out to the restaurants

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

While the selection was satisfactory, it left a bit of room for improvement in terms of culinary variety. The resort boasts three very clean pools, which were perfect for relaxation

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days

We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here

Fireman's Beach is also nice, turn left on the coastal path, you can walk there in about 15 mins The other main thing we love about the Malama is how helpful & welcoming the staff are, the same staff have worked there for many years which shows how happy & committed they are to guests happiness

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November

Super clean, super comfortable, big rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. Groceries store and bank/atm in the same building. Very close to the Agia Napa “center”. Nice beaches- 15-20 minutes walk.

Excellent! New pool in operation. Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff. Back rooms quieter, pool view now. Buffet in hotel is great value for money too. Repeat guest, will be back again for sure 👍

The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. A free parking space and a small pool area are available, although the pool water was warmer than the sea

We had a wonderful stay at Abacus Suites. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the hotel overall has a stylish vibe. The room amenities were good, though there were very few places to hang wet swimwear

Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator

Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions

But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. In Europe, this has got to be one of the cheapest accommodations

It looks like most rooms have a sea view, especially rooms on floors 3,4 and 5. The pool area is also lovely with plenty of lifeguards dotted around throughout the day

I live here with my eight-year-old son and can truly recommend it for both couples and families, diffrent pool areas makes it easy to chose

It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone

So, as like you are doing, we read the reviews for this hotel before booking and before we arrived. We were happy with the reviews and thought the place will be good…. however! It’s way better than we envisaged

We went half board and despite the previous reviews being good we were a bit wary of the food. Again however the food exceeded expectations, everything was high quality, fresh and great tasting

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa

With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge

It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for a week with my friends in September this year, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied (multiple things at the same meal), and of good quality

Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations

After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning

The staff is very caring and we really felt spoiled by them. We really liked the pool which is just the right size and never overcrowded. This is definitely a hotel where we would go back

We spent a week at the hotel which was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel room was newly renovated and huge, which made our stay so wonderful and high end

The hotel is located in a location overlooking the sea. It has wonderful, large apartments (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom)

We stayed at Myro Androu for a week and we loved it. The rooms were cleaned daily and the view overlooking the pool and ocean was beautiful. The staff in all of the hotel departments were really welcoming and helpful

Christina (I think she’s the manager, if not, she should be) and her staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. Everyone was super sweet. I am already looking to book another stay

If you want to use the cooking facilities take some basic items, we did not have scissors, spatula, tea towel or washing up liquid. Restaraunts and bars are good and only a short walk away

A facility for undemanding people. Good English breakfast in the Pig restaurant. Due to the low temperature of 18 degrees in February we did not use the pool.

It's nice coming back from the beach to a nice, clean apartment. If you have any problems, just pop down to reception in the morning and they will do their best to sort it out

Though it is 15-20 minutes from the beach it has great advantages such as a very quiet place somethings you do not find easy in Ayia Napa, rooms get cleaning every two days, staff is very nice and you get to have a nice view as it located above the beach area

Nice hotel with a friendly owner. We had a sea-view and small kitchen in our room. It was comfortable for 2 weeks. Internet connection is good, you can also work here if you have to. Towels were changed frequently

It’s a bit far from the beach but it has nice underground garage so you can park rented car or any other wehicle

No pool, but very friendly staff. They have no pool, but when you book it says pool and there is a picture of a pool (you can use) - but you have to walk to another hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Just walk down the hill and you're right in the thick of things, but it's so quiet at night you wouldn't think bar street was around the corner. Will definitely be back to these apartments next year, they are fantastic

Myriama is located on a on an active road leading up from the coastal road to the main party area of Ayia Napa about half a mile from the centre of Napa and the nearest beach, with only a few steps to the first bars and clubs of the clubbing area

The noise from the bars and clubs steadily decreased during the first part our stay, and although audible during the early hours of the morning was not too loud to prevent sleep

There is also a block next door that appears to consist mainly of single young men, they can be noisy and loud at very unsociable times, regularly at around 3am deciding to chat very loudly outside the block, loud enough to wake you up, not to mention the occasional party that went on until the very early hours

The road can also be noisy, whilst not busy there are regularly noisy motorbikes/cars/vans/trucks up and down the road, sometimes heavy loud pedestrian traffic and the dustcart that normally empties the bins overnight! The accommodation is fairly basic

The kitchenette was basic but sufficient for a holiday. The bedroom with access to the balcony was ok. The bathroom was again ok, the shower fitting was what can best be described as at an odd angle

Hot water or lack of, was a bit of an issue as the temperature dropped during our stay and the solar not working efficiently, with us having to ask for the hot water to be turned on several times

Guests talking on loud speaker while in the restaurant, large gatherings in the hallway outside rooms or guests from multiple rooms gathering in 1 and talking very loudly in the early hours of the morning is not acceptable and etiquette should be enforced by management more strongly!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations. The staff at the hotel were welcoming

Hotel is very clean, I got fresh towels every day and bins emptied daily too. Also very close to the beach and shops, with a supermarket attached to hotel which is very convenient

Breakfast is amazing with lots of choices and the dinner was a different menu each night (I went half board) which was also delicious. Lots of space around the pool area

The hotel's yard has a path between the houses that leads directly to the beach. You can get to the minimarket through the lobby via the indoor areas. A washing machine and tumble dryer that operate with coins

As in previous years we stayed in a room with a large balcony on the top floor facing the pool. No complaints about the staff at all or sunbed availability, all was excellent

I was very impressed with the apartment, as it had a large terrace with sunbeds and a parasol overlooking the pool. Everything we needed was also available in the apartment. The apartment was new and very clean

They have a pool and a pool bar. Everyday, the room is cleaned and the stuff is there to really help. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. away of Fig Tree Bay (maybe the most beutiful beach in Cyprus)

We booked the breakfast by the pool every morning and this two was so much food with a wide variety. The chef went out of his way to see we had enough. The pool barmen was especially friendly and helpful

The hotel has a pool that is divided into small pools with the depth highlighted for each one them which I really liked and thought it was helpful as I have a 3 years old boy

The entertaining staff always have something planned and they are constantly doing things in and out of the pool. The hotel isnt packed so the sunbed chairs are always available. This hotel is great for a family holiday!

We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

Great, budget friendly place to stay. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Room was very clean, had everything you need. They were also very flexible with Check-In and Check-Out times, which was a great plus

As is described in the title they are beach apartments, very basic but an excellent location only 2 minute walk to the beach. Great for a few days but not long term.

In addition to the excellent location, I would like to praise the outstanding cleanliness. Towels are changed every three days and bed linen every five days. We will definitely be coming back next year.
