Everything was perfect, hotel, beach front of our Hotel, view, staff, the breakfast it was amazing, I just didn't like the bed linen in the room.

Currently in one of the Kai Building Suite rooms with private pool and sea view, it is lovely but down side is little brown ants everywhere, I see them sometimes in clusters or just a few, or one or two at a time Im hoping they are not harmful but it is annoying, and saw a massive cockroach outside the room last night! Luckily I am checking out tommorrow 12pm! Upgraded from a room in the old building for the last 2 nights because wasn't keen on the view, funnily enough did not see one insect, wondering if I should have stayed there! Other than that no major complaints and cant fault the staff, they are very helpful, informative and friendly. Definantly read all reviews before you make your decision and book which I had done so I knew what to expect. Nissi Avenue only a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops, not far to walk to the Marina and Ayia Napa square only about 10-15 min walk, Im a walker so love going everywhere on foot if I can! However, there is a bus stop outside hotel to visit other areas. Breakfast and dinner is ok but didnt eat there every night, however if you want a half decent beachfront hotel with access to all local amenities and reasonable food then Pierre Anne might be a good choice for you.

Terrible hotel, room wasn’t properly cleaned. Bed linen was with stains. Blanket was ripped and with yellow stains. Room smelled like bathroom. Went to the reception, asked for room change but that wasn’t possible. She only suggested to wait for housekeeper, to clean/change all of it. Waited for 2 hours, nobody came.
Then changed hotel. Came back next day for different room, but that wasn’t much better than previous room.
In booking.com pictures looks a lot better than in real life.

Excellent hotel very clean rooms beautiful large communal pool we also had a room with our own pool which was fantastic as communal pool closes at 6pm (most hotel pools do in Cyprus) breakfast and dinner very nice plenty to choose from and drinks very reasonable prices loved our stay!! Bus stops literally outside hotel buses to several different locations Larnaca city, Ayia Napa Waterpark, Protaras, Paralimni etc €2 brilliant prices! Can’t wait to go back !!

Absolutely not like the photos. Our room was in horrible condition — dirty, outdated and full of problems. I found a huge cockroach in my bathroom, near my toiletry bag and also in hallway. AC was blowing cold air even when turned off and the staff hadn't resolved the issue for days.
Stained bedsheets, hair on the blanket, rusty safe, dirty balcony. We asked to change rooms every day and were told there was no availability — until day five and cockroach in bathroom, when we insisted more strongly, magically two rooms became free.
The second room was better and the safe didn’t work, we had to wait for them to fix it. Staff seemed indifferent, and some mocked at guests who had complaints.

Our vacation was ruined. Do not stay here.

Excellent hotel near the sea with a beautiful view and convenient location. Of course, the entry into the sea is bad, there is practically none. We went with friends, spent more time in the city - overall we liked everything.

I stayed at Piere Anna Beach Hotel and, unfortunately, had a rather disappointing experience. The bedsheets in the room were stained, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. Despite raising concerns, the staff didn’t make any real effort to improve the situation.
The hotel does have a few positive sides — the area is quiet and peaceful, the pool was decent, and breakfast was average but acceptable. The location is also quite convenient, being close to local bars and a park, which is nice for evening walks or going out.
However, the beach in front of the hotel is extremely rocky and not suitable for swimming, which was a big letdown.
All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

My experience started off quite badly — the room we were given did not match what was promised, and the agency I booked through in Belgrade clearly made a mistake. However, after speaking with the reception and the hotel manager, the issue was resolved. I paid a small additional fee and was moved to the Kai building, where everything was new, clean, and far more comfortable.
The location of the hotel is truly excellent — right next to the sea, so you can hear the sound of the waves throughout the day and even at night, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms with direct pool access, as well as those above them in the Kai building, are beautifully designed and well-equipped. The pool itself is clean, warm, and perfect for children.
The hotel staff made a genuine effort to help and eventually found the exact room I had requested from the beginning — the one I was originally told I would receive. The reception team and the manager were kind and professional, and I truly appreciate their willingness to fix the situation.
In summary, the first impression was disappointing, but the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the team. A word of advice: if you’re booking through an agency, double-check all the details and consider contacting the hotel directly in advance.

This is the worst accommodation and service I have ever experienced. From dirty rooms and complete disregard for guests, to the lack of care for families with children—for example, they randomly put you in a connection room with teenage girls, even though they know there’s a mother with a small child next door. The staff is rude and unwilling to understand the actual issues. The ventilation in the part of the “hotel” above the reception is full of mold, dust, and an unbearable smell—so bad that anyone prone to allergies can only pray not to suffer serious consequences. Truly shameful—regardless of how many stars this place has, you cannot call yourself a hotel if you operate like the worst kind of hostel. The water pressure is so low that a woman can’t even rinse her hair properly! I could go on, but in short—this is a complete failure and a disgrace for the staff, the owners, and the agencies selling this as a viable option!
