Anmaria Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa

The best thing about the hotel was the location. The strip was just a walk down and all shops nearby. The nicest beaches were just under a 10 minute drive. The hotel itself and its staff not so great. All receptionists apart from one male were very moody and unwelcoming. The rooms were alright but worn and torn (literally). Bedding was dirty and towels were stained! Breakfast was okay but don’t bother with anything else, very little selection and not much taste. Music was blasting most nights so was hard to get sleep. You could hear everyone in the corridors. Overall, wasn’t comfortable whatsoever!

Would return or recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what the photos and descriptions showed, starting with the housekeeping, they were very rude and badly trained, the floors were drowned with water, they didn't even restock our mini bar(water, coffee etc) they also didn't give us new cups to drink with instead we had to ask for new cups, she gave us new cups and we told her to take our old ones instead she took our old cups, went to the bathroom and just put water in them, then removed the water from the cups and put them back on the table for us, in the bathroom the towels that we had already used were found on the floor and no new towels were placed and we confronted them but they declined everything and under the beds it was extremely dirty as if they didn't clean it for months. moving on to the pool which was filled with chlorine more than it should have, it left my eyes red and puffy and caused my sister allergies, even the free water they put on the side tasted like pool water, filled with chlorine, moving on to the food, the chicken was so dry, the scrambled eggs tasted like water. The staff in the restaurant both the main and pool one were so kind and hard working but the housekeeping and all the others were so rude and were refusing to give us basic hotel room needs, the bathtub kept spilling water, the sink was so old and tiny I couldn't fit even one hand in there, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all the same thing but just in different packing and the walls were so thin you could literally hear the person next to you conversation . Overall this hotel has zero value for money and I don't recommend it.
